After talking to Angela and getting a divorce paper, Eric went straight to a bar and started drinking non-stop.
He doesn't want to come back to his senses and phase reality. The reality in which he is all alone without his love, without his Angela.
He already got many bottles around him on the counter and was drinking all the bottles line by line.
"Why? why?"
The only word he is speaking with a shading voice is why.
It almost started to turn midnight but he is still a little conscious and drinking.
The waiter and manager felt worried to see him drinking like a maniac. As they tried to ask him to stop as it could get them in danger if something happens to him consuming so much alcohol. But Eric's cold personality was already fracking them out and they felt scared to go beside him.
They all waited for him to sleep. And by time finally his head rested on the counter as he closed his blurry red eyes while mumbling something in a low voice which no one could get it.
"Sir, We need to get him out! It's already time to close the bar!" The waiter raised worry as he looked at the Manager.
"He is already faint, just check his phone if someone could come to take him…" the manager's words made the waiter nod as he went to Eric's seat and tried to check his coat and finally he got the phone.
He went back to the Manager.
"Sir, this is his phone!"
"Turn on the phone!"
"Yes!" The waiter nodded and did that only to see the password set on it.
"Sir, there is a password! Now, what should we do?" The Waiter asked.
The manager felt tense as he could see Eric's expensive clothes and feel he is someone rich. He can't make him throw like a drunk.
"Now, we don't have a choice. Let him stay here! We can't guarantee he is not someone big shot!"
Manager's words made the Waiter clear what he was talking about and nodded in understanding.
"Alright, sir!"
"I'll put the phone back!" The waiter responded and went to send the phone back but midway Eric's phone started ringing.
"Sir! The phone ringing!" The waiter informed the Manager as he went back in his direction.
The manager immediately held the phone in his hand and pressed the answer mode.
"Hello!"
Jack's forehead creased to hear an unfamiliar voice from his boss's phone.
"Hello, who are you? And where is the owner of this phone?" Jack immediately raised the questions.
The manager felt the phone person is a relative of the drunk man and he immediately felt relieved before answering him.
"Hello, Sir, I'm the manager of Xxx bar! Your friend is here in a drunken state! Please come to take him as he has been consuming alcohol non-stop for many hours and fainted a few minutes ago!"
Jack felt stunned and immediately responded, "Alright, I'm coming! Until then stay there and take care of him…"
"Alright, Sir!" The manager nodded and disconnected the call.
After half an hour later, Jack comes to take Eric from the bar.
"Hello, Sir…"
The manager immediately welcomed him.
"Where is my friend?"
"He is there!" The manager pointed toward the bar counter where Eric is already in sleep motion.
Jack greeted his teeth and immediately went towards his seat.
"Boss, are you alright?" Jack tried to make him up.
Eric slightly opened his eyes and recognized Jack in one go.
"Jack!" He tried to stand but got trip on his feet.
The manager and Jack help him to stand up.
"Boss, you are too drunk! Let's go back home!"
Jack said while Eric drunkenly nodded to him.
"Yeah...Let's go!"
Hearing him, Jack asks Manager to help him to take Eric in the car.
The manager did that.
While Jack finally successfully takes him home back.
He asked the home servant to take care of Eric and called him if there were any issues.
In bed, Eric repeatedly dreaming Angela and her smiling face.
"Angela…"
"Angela…" He mumbled her name while pain filled in his voice.
He dreams about her while tears come out from the corners.
On the other side, In Angela's room, she's trying to fall asleep but her mind is filled with Eric's painful complexion when she sends the divorce paper to him.
She couldn't help but not fall asleep and felt frustrated about her situation and the way her mind was captured by Eric.
She angrily sat back and shouted at herself.
"Damn Angela! Don't think about that liar! He is just a cheater! He hid his identity and turned substitute for his brother and married you, faking it."
"He doesn't deserve your attention at all. You don't love him, remember that! Don't let him bring you down again and make yourself a fool for him!"
"He was just using your love for his selfishness! And for his family business profit!"
"He and his family don't deserve your sympathy! Remember that!" Angela tried to explain herself while saying those things.
While she got off the bed and went to the window side to get fresh air feeling too sophisticated because of her frustrating thoughts about Eric.
She pulled the curtain and opened the windows. While cold wind comes immediately hugged her body.
Her gaze moves from the calm sky to the ground and without knowing land on the certain place where Eric's car was standing for the past two days just waiting for her. However, today now the place is empty. He is not here anymore made her heart tighten and She remembers the divorce thing and the way Eric reacted towards that.
How shattered he looked when he left finally with divorce paper in his hand.
Yes, she watched him through her window after she left him there without turning back.
As she was feeling too much chaos not to push the curtain to look at him last time but at last hearing the car door opening sound, she could not restrain herself and peek through it and saw him finally leaving her house with lost hope.
Suddenly, she comes back to her sense as she felt there are tears in her eyes.
She touched her cheeks and looked at her wet fingers.
"Why? Why are you crying if you do not feel anything?" Her inner voice shouted which made her immediately break there and get back on her knees.
"No! No! I can't be…" She shook her horrific thoughts with nervousness.
