Eric's POV
I took the car straight to the house and first went to our master bedroom to find her.
I checked our bedroom, then bathroom and balcony everywhere but she was not in the room. I started to become anxious.
I started checking other rooms one by one but she was not in any room. I was starting to have strange thoughts in my mind.
"Angela!!!" I started looking for him everywhere by calling her name. In the hope that maybe she would give me the answer.
But I didn't hear any sounds or voices. I kept looking for her like nuts.
"Angela!! Angela!! " I shouted loudly everywhere.
And yet not being able to find her anywhere, I finally decided to call her on her phone.
I immediately called her number from my phone. But I was also afraid that if she did not pick up my phone then? If she is really angry and crying anywhere.
Suddenly the phone rang from the other side. As soon as I heard that, I was relieved. At least she didn't switch off the phone. But the very next moment, the sound of a ringtone came in my ears, which was coming from some corner of the house. Hearing that, I understood that she was still in the house.
"Angela!!" I immediately followed the sound of that ringtone, calling her name back.
The phone was still attached in my ears and I walked to the front of the bar room.
The bar room was the only place where I hadn't searched for her. And the closer I went towards the room, the louder her ringtone became.
I hurriedly opened the door of the bar room. But the room was completely dark and Angela's phone was on the bar table. Which was showing light in the darkroom due to the phone ringing.
I immediately went to that table and picked up her phone in my hands. I tried to look around but nothing was visible because of the darkness.
I started calling her name while moving towards the main switch of the room, in the hope that she might answer. As every second passed, my heart was getting restless. I started to feel uneasy. I don't know where she has gone.
This time I panicked and started calling her name more loudly with anxiety.
"Angela!!! Angela!!!" I don't know how many times I called her name but no sound came from her side. My patients started to lose. I just hope that she is fine.
I immediately reached near the main switch and first of all I turned on all the lights.
As soon as I turned on the light, I started looking for her from all around the room. I must have taken only two or four steps. That's when something hit my feet.
I bowed my head and looked at my feet and in front of my eyes were empty wine bottles. Which had stopped staggering after hitting my feet.
I immediately bent down and took the bottle of wine in my hands. I looked at it carefully, there was still a little alcohol left in it.
"Where is the bottle of wine coming from?" I just thought in my mind and started looking back in the direction from where the bottle had come wobbly.
I started to move in that direction. I immediately realized that the remembrance direction was going towards the balcony.
The balcony which is attached to this room.
I immediately step towards the balcony in thought that she might be there. And empty wine bottles can mean she is drunk too.
Think of her in a drunken state on the balcony. My heart was terrified and seeing the possibility of some mishap, I immediately ran uncontrollably towards the balcony. Without thinking any further of sense.
"Angela!!" I reached out to the balcony, calling her name uncontrollably.
And as soon as I reached there, my first sight was on my Angela who was sitting on the ground and there were four or five wine bottles placed next to her which were already lying empty and some new bottles were also present.
"Angela!!" I softly called out her name.
"Thank God!! My Angela is not hurt anywhere!! She's fine!! " I just thought in my heart and my tensed heart finally felt relieved to see her safe.
But on the next, I noticed her condition.
She was wearing a Party gown and her hair was a little tangled. I felt a sharp pain in my heart to look at her like this. I don't know how many times I will break her heart like this and make her hopeless. As a husband, I failed to make you happy.
I started to feel bitter in my heart. This is all happening just because of me. I'm the reason. I crushed myself like always.
Then my eyes fell on her hands, who were trying to open another new bottle. On seeing which I immediately snatched the bottle from her hands.
But the very next moment she shouted loudly seeing that I took the bottle from her hands.
"My bottle!!!"
She stood up from her place and tried to look at me in a drunken state and the next moment her intoxicating eyes collided with my eyes, which were looking deeply at her.
My eyes fell on her face. I can see after drinking her face slightly flushed and she was completely drunk right now. She tried to open her eyes fully but because of intoxication, her vision was blurred.
"Who..are..you??" She finally spoke up.
"Angela!! It's me Erish!!" I said cupping her face between my hands.
I know she's angry and that's why she is drinking here alone. It's my fault to make her like this.
"E..Erish?" Hearing my voice, she looked at me carefully and after taking some time, finally, she learned that I'm Erish.
"Erish!!" She started laughing.
"Yes, baby it's me!!" I just wanted to make her calm. I stared at her lovingly but to my surprise, she took my hands off her face and glared at me with anger.
