Angela's POV
"Erish, you never asked me how I fell in love with you??" I'm still hugging him and resting my head on his bare chest.
I thought my question made him smile but his eyes lost their spark for a moment and I captured it. He again widely smiled towards me.
"I think in our first meeting!!" He teasingly answered but my mouth opened wide with amazement.
I immediately raised my head and broke our hugs.
"Ohh! Come on Erish!! We were children at that time, how can I fall in love with you?? When I don't even know about love at that age??" I pouted my lips and glared at him.
He chuckled hard to see my reaction to his answer which made me more furious but his charming smile can't let me shout at him or show anger to him.
He suddenly held my hand and kissed above my knuckles which made my lips smile and I chuckled lightly.
"Then tell me now!! I want to hear!!" His eyes lovingly stared at me and his voice was so low and mild which made me blush.
"You remember when I was in 9th standard and you were in 10th standard we all went on picnics from our school side!" My voice has already become excited. I want to share this story with him.
"Yes, I remember!!" He gently smiled and answered.
"So you remember where we were taken on a picnic?" My eyes curiously looked at him to see if he truly remembered or not.
But he already read my mind and answered with teasing," How could I not remember that day? When you come wearing your school uniform for a picnic!!"
Hearing this, my face fell off and he burst out laughing.
Yes, it's true, I wore a school uniform during the picnic but that was just because I didn't read the school notice board and even nobody talked about that thing until I walked to the school for a picnic day. And except for me, everyone was wearing their casual clothes. That's too embarrassing for me. My friends laughed at me.
Whenever I thought about that incident before, it made me embarrassed but now I smile because those days are the best days of my life. I miss my school life. I miss my friends. But I never thought he remembered It. He always forgets about important days.
"Okay, no more teasing!!" He cupped my face and kissed my cheeks.
"We were taken for a picnic to the park!" He answered.
I forgot about his teasing and chuckled at him.
"There was a big pond too!" I corrected him.
"Yeah! Yeah!! He playfully said.
"Then you remembered that incident also?" My eyes are directly looking at him and my voice becomes low.
He raised his eyebrows.
"When I was walking around the bank of the pond to see the colorful fishes closely, But my one leg suddenly slipped and I fell on the pond!" I completed my words and saw his mixed expression.
"Yes, I remembered!" He embraces me in his arms again and this time more tightly. I can hear his strong heartbeat.
"If it were a few minutes late to get you out of the water, you would…!" His voice shook and his face turned serious when he said those words.
I wrapped my one arm around his waist and the other rested on his chest.
"Erish!" I whispered his name.
"Hmm!" He hummed slowly.
"When I was drowning in water. Then I knew that there was no one around me on the bank of the river to save me. As soon as I felt that my hands and feet started turning cold and my breathing rate started decreasing gradually. I was completely frightened. At that moment I thought that I would die here without saying goodbye to everyone. Without saying goodbye to mom, dad, my friends, and all of you. I just gave up and closed my eyes to think that this was the end for me." My voice shivered to tell him that.
He was silent listening to me and rubbed my back.
"But as soon as I closed my eyes, unexpectedly a loud voice came down on my ears, which is taking my name with great enthusiasm. That voice made me open my eyes and look at him. As I opened my eyes, I saw you coming running towards me and jumped into the water without any single thought just to save me." My eyes sparkled and my lips again smiled.
"At that time you did not even care about your life to save me. Even when you were a bad swimmer those days. Anything could happen to you but you still choose me. Do you know I still remember your face after you safely make it on land with me? Your face completely panicked and filled with anxiety. Even my vision blurred the whole time but my mind still remembered you and your efforts!!" I raised my head to meet his deep and soft eyes. There is an unspeakable spark going between us. We both silently looked at each other.
After that incident, my feelings started to grow for him. He needs to know after that I fall in love with him. My heart started feeling something different for him. The teenage girl started to pronounce the love word for the first time for him.
I wanted to share this story with him. My side story!! But I don't get the right moment to share this, which is finally coming tonight.
Ethan without speaking anything just looked at me with a stunning face and I think I can read his mind right now. I knew what he was thinking and for giving him an answer, I finally completed my last sentence with a wide smile on my face.
"Yes, Erish! I Angela fall in love with you after that moment when you saved me!! When you fell on the river just for me!! When you don't think about yourself, only think about me. After that incident, my mind filled with you. My heart always wanted to see you. My eyes started longing for you!!"
"And see! After that day till today, I Angela is deeply in love with you! My every breath confesses my love for you. In this life, my love for you is never going to fade. But please, never avoid me!!" My eyes turned red when I mumbled the last words to him.
After that day, his simple words gave me butterflies in my belly, and when he finally proposed to me. My happy tears finally fell
through my eyes.
"Sophia!!" He said my name with full love, wiping my tears.
I rested my head again in his chest.
"Yes, Erish! That day I fall in love with you!!" I again announced.
But suddenly he broke our hugs and cupped my face with his palms.
"Is it true?" His face is serious and his eyes looking at me directly.
I nodded my head to think he was excited.
But his face showed different emotions. His face lit up. His eyes become moist. There is a wide smile which he is trying to control but he can't.
"Did you fall in love with me after that incident??" He asked with a heavy and unbalanced voice.
I chuckled to see his reaction and nodded," Yes! I fall in love with you that day!!"
I said again and again. I also realize how much I like to confess. If he wants I can say the whole time.
His charming smile became more bright, in his eyes, tears rolled down on his handsome face.
"Thank you!!"
"Thank you so much, Angela!! For loving me !!" He kissed my hand's knuckles full of love.
Seeing him crying, my eyes become moist.
His words touched my heart when his touch made my body more logging for him.
I feel touched to see his reaction. His face is filled with sparks. And the next moment he just kissed me passionately. His kiss is so smooth. I can feel each rhythm so perfectly. It does not feel wild, it's not filled with lust and hunger, it's just filled with pure love, pure care towards me.
His kiss made me want to kiss him more.
It makes me want to never break our kiss at all.
