I woke up with a throbbing head. I mean, with a limp whole body. The feeling of being beaten up all night woke me up. There's a light pressure on my tummy, and there's a familiar scent wrapped in my nose.
The blanket is wrapped just above my chest, the first thing I saw was the high ceiling and the dimness of the sorrounding.
An arm rested on my abdomen and when I walked past its owner the butterflies began to disappear from my heart again. His other arm is my pillow, my head is leveled on his chest so I lifted him just to see his face.
His features are more defined and relax when he's asleep, the usual meets of his eyebrows is replaced with peace and manliness. Pointed nose and moistened lips, my heart thumped in accordance of his shallow breaths.
