I think I know why Vicky offered to follow me she must have noticed that I and Jimmy argued about something, "look, Vicky, if you are here to lecture me as well like Jimmy, you can go back and stay with your boyfriend," I told Vicky immediately we walked out of Alex's ward.
"hold on a minute, Kim, first of all, I do not know what you are and Jimmy argued about and secondly I did not come here because both of you argued over something or not, I am here because I want to go with you to see doctor Sam and at the same time talk to you about Kyle," Vicky said.
"And what about Kyle do you want to talk to me about?" I asked turning to look at her briefly.
"I think we should see him just once before we leave this Hospital," Vicky told me.
"I knew it, this was the same thing I and Jimmy argued about a few seconds ago," I told Vicky.
"What?" she asked, "you and Jimmy argued about the same thing, does it mean that he is in support of you going to see Kyle before we leave this hospital?" Vicky asked again.
"Yes, that was the same thing he told me, and I am not surprised that you are saying the same thing as well, and why are the both of you bent on me seeing him, or reconciling with him, or even taking money from him? After the both of you have hard what that bastard did to me, especially you Vicky, you were with me through the whole incident, you saw how I suffered because of that man." I told Vicky.
"No, Kim, it is not what you think, and I know Jimmy can see reasons with me, we have not even talked about it, so I am asking you to see him once, if not for anything, but for the sake that he donated blood to Alex, and as a result, he fell ill himself, that is the least we could do," Vicky told me again.
"How are you so sure that it is because he donated blood to Alex that made him ill?" I snapped at Vicky.
"He gave so much blood to Alex, I am sure that is the reason why he is brought to the hospital, and besides he wasn't allowed to rest properly before leaving here..." Vicky was saying when I interrupted her.
"It is good you pointed this out, and do you know why he didn't rest? It is because he wants to obey that Sonia, he is a puppet in her hands," I told Vicky.
"A puppet?" Vicky asked, sounding and looking surprised.
"Yes, a puppet, and do not ask me how I come to know this, I have seen it first hand, when they both came to the police station, so I am sure Sonia tired him out which landed him in his condition, if really that is the reason why he is here, and as for him donating blood to my son Alex, he did not do me or Alex any favors, it was his obligation to us for hitting him with his car in the first place, he should count himself lucky that nothing bad happened to Alex in the process," I told Vicky angrily.
"You should stop thinking like this, Kim, whether you like it or not, Kyle is still the father of your kids, that is why his blood matched Alex's blood in the first place," Vicky told me.
"And I hate the fact that he has to give his filthy blood to my son," I told Vicky again, feeling very angry now that I think about it, "I accepted it because that was the only way my son can live."
"I know that Sonia girl is a b*tch, but I think she is right, we should at least see Kyle and find out what exactly happened to him, before leaving the hospital," Vicky told me rather calmly instead, walking beside me.
"Why? Are you not listening to all I have been saying, Vicky? Did you not listen to anything that Sonia said in Alex's room?" I asked, turning to look her in the face.
"Sonia told me that I was right in returning the money Brian give to you, did you not hear that? And she said she and Kyle were going to make life unbearable for me because of that money their dad gave me, and the reason behind their dad giving me the money too, did you not hear that?" I asked Vicky, stopping in front of her this time.
"You do not need to remind me all that and you don't need to be angry, Kim," she said, I guess she could see how serious I am.
"And why shouldn't I be angry? why Vicky? You are my best friend, you're supposed to have my back here but you are proving otherwise lately, I can't believe you are in support of that Kyle,"
"No, Kim, I am not in support of him, I am only saying this because no matter how you look at it, you have a right to their money, it is nothing to feel bad or ashamed about, if I were you?
