"why you only? anyone can mark me" she yelled. When I told her that it is necessary to mark her for Maya's life, his mere words made both of us furious. Before I could reply Dominic took control of my body and told her that she is ours. When he found out that we scared our mate he gave me the control back.
"Before I could reply to your words Dominic took control and you don't need to be scared of him. He's just worried for you both that's why he behaved like that. He is like this only, never able to express his emotions" I said explaining Dominic's intentions. He didn't want to behave like a jerk with Sana. he just worried for her mate, Maya. After a long wait, he was able to meet her again but because of a misunderstanding between me and Sana, he can't lose her again. Sana is not helping at all but makes him furious.
He wanted to heal Maya as soon as possible for her life and Sana has to understand that her stubbornness will lead us to the point where there is no backout but only remorse of losing our part, Maya. I didn't meet Maya but I can feel connected with her maybe because she's a part of my love Sana.
I know how much she's important to my queen and this way she's is important to me and I'm sure when I meet her in the very first moment I'll fall for her just like I fall for this girl, Sana.
"but he has to learn how to behave with women. I will not take this behaviour" I came out of my thoughts, hearing my queen's angry voice. I smiled and locked the strand of hair behind her ear.
"I love this side of yours, fearless and powerful," I said. She didn't reply anything and shove my hand away. I can feel that her pain is increasing. I look towards the clock it has still time at the full moon till then I have to make her understand how much it is important to mark her. she glared at me when I didn't answer. I giggled at her cuteness... She looks so cute when she gets furious. I decided that I will annoy her a little to look at her cute expression.
"about the question you asked earlier, Why do I only mark you?" Soon her expression changed into curiosity. she wanted to know why I wanted to mark her and what intention I have for her. Don't know when I will be able to win her golden heart and when that day will come when she trusts me and gives me a chance.
"I know that you ask this question to know my intentions," I smirked. her eyes widened like a thief got caught red-handed. she didn't reply, looking anywhere but not me.
"Dominic is a powerful and blessed wolf. nor wolfsbane nor silver affect him and in your veins, Andrew injected wolfsbane and silver only since last month that's why only Dominic can recover Maya after marking you by sharing his power" I reasoned out. She nodded understanding my point.
"Moreover I know that you won't let anyone mark you except me" before she could reply, I put my finger on her lips.
"nor I would let anyone mark you but Dominic will do it today," I said in a serious tone telling her that this is not a joke.
"you will mark me without my consent?"
"For Maya, yes I will" I replied. I know this is wrong but did I have any option left? I have to mark her with her consent or without that.
"you both care about her only" she clutched my shirt. I don't know why I saw a strange pain in her eyes and the way her voice cracked telling me that she was craving my love but seeing me so much concerned about Maya but not her. It's terribly hurting her.
"What about me? You didn't care about my consent.. my feelings?" she frowned and hit on my chest. I touched my forehead with his.
"You and Maya are equal to me, no one is more or less for me. I love you both equally and eternally. I am marking you without your consent, the reason for this is not only to save Maya's life but also to save your life. And remember you only told me to save Maya.. what happened now? You want to lose Maya?" I questioned her. she opened her eyes but then closed them as I didn't leave any room for argument. She distanced herself from me and closed her eyes.
"I don't want to lose Maya but that doesn't mean I will let the murderer of my child mark me" she scoffed and pushed me away.
breath in.. breath out... I tried... I tried not to yell at her but then I lost all control.
"Don't you have a brain or what? don't you understand that it is not all about you but Maya also?" I yelled. a tear rolled down her eyes. Her lone tear was enough to put me in guilt. She is not in a good mental state. I can't treat her like this. I have to be calm around her.
'But this girl has to understand that it's not only about Maya but her health also' Dominic scowled and by his tone. I can bet even he's trying his best to control his anger and not to scare her like before. I cupped her face but before I could say something she distanced herself. I hate it when she distances herself from me like this. I was about to shout at her, that's when I carefully noticed her she barely could open her eyes.
"Sana"
"Alex" she mumbled. I took her in my arms and tapped on her cheeks to keep her conscious.
"Keep your eyes open," I said.
"it's arching badly... it's hurting Alex.. please end this pain" she mumbled and held my shirt.
'As time passes by, the danger to Sana's and Maya's lives is increasing.' Dominic muttered. I again looked towards the clock. There were still a few minutes left on the full moon.
"Why are you doing all this to me? we both knew that I hate you then why do I want only you to be by my side when I'm sad, furious, or happy in short why do I want you to be my side in each moment of my life" she didn't even realise that she indirectly confessed her love for me. I made her lay on the bed and took her in my arms, sucking her tears… loving her with all my heart.
