No one pampered me in my whole life but him. I'm no one to him but still, he saved my life two times, not only this he has taken care of me since he brought me here...
In the morning he got on his knees for me and now despite being naked in the washroom, he didn't take advantage but took care of me. He covered me with a towel and took me in his arms to calm me down.
He didn't raise his voice once since I came here but today when he was asking me continuously why I'm crying and I didn't reply, he lost his patience and yelled. I can understand his situation, if I were in his place, I would have done the same but I got scared when he shouted maybe because of my painful past and when he realised he scared me. He immediately apologised and again asked politely why I'm crying. I know he's worried for me, which no one did. Richard, My husband cares for me but even he never gets worried about me like Alex was just because I was crying... I hugged him and hid my face in his chest, crying bitterly at my situation.
In everything I realised one thing, he is my saviour and his arms are the safest place for me. Now I know that he can never hurt me because the person who lost his temper just sees my tears and how he can hurt me... not only this he is a man, I was naked still he didn't touch me once in a wrong way. He made me wear my clothes which the maid brought with her and at that time also he kept his eyes on my face but his mere touch sent shivers to my whole body.
The way he was handling me, caring for me, and doing everything that he was doing for me was something which I used to crave my whole life. but in the end, only one question arrived in my mind: 'why is he doing this?'... I was no one to him, still, he was doing everything for me, why?

I closed my eyes waiting for him to arrive. That's when I felt a pillow on my face... I started struggling as I was getting out of breath but all my attempts went in vain... I tried to scratch the person's hand who was trying her best to kill me by clogging my breath. Soon darkness started consuming me... I was tired of trying, not able to breathe for my survival...
"Alex"

Maybe this is the end of my story. Soon death started taking me in his arms releasing me from this painful life but then I gasped for air as the pillow that was on my face went away. I started coughing, trying my best to breathe...
"Leave me... I will kill this bitch" I heard the voice of the lady and looked at the source of the voice. She was trying her best to get out of Alex's hold. Now, I understand he saved my life again.
Maybe when he came into the room, he saw this girl choking me with a pillow. my eyes went to the bedside... There was a big wedding photo frame of Alex and this girl leaving me utterly shocked. Tears rolled down my eyes seeing that photo. I gulped trying my best to swallow the pain of heartbreaking. Why does everyone have to betray me? why?
"Irene calm down" he yelled but she was looking at me like as soon as Alex left her she would eat me alive.
"I won't.. how dare she come to our house... to your room" she frowned.
"she didn't come on her own, Irene. I bring her with me"
"Ohh so this slut used her beauty to trap you" she insulted me on my face.
"I'm sorry to say your husband would be a manwhore but I'm not a slut" I mocked. Alex looked at me but didn't say anything. He was busy caging Irene in his arms.
"Leave me... I will kill this whore.. how dare she utter those words for you" She growled. My eyes were only on Alex, his eyes colour changed into brown.
"Don't.. don't dare to utter a word against her anymore" Dominic growled and his alpha aura was enough to send shivers to anyone's core. I felt goosebumps all over my body. even Irene bowed down her head, as her wolf submitted herself to Alpha. Dominic gives control back to Alex. he looks at me and I can feel that he was hurt but why? it shouldn't be I who was beyond the hurt to repair. I turn my face to another side, not able to look at his complaining eyes. I don't know what hurt me the most, his betrayal or seeing the pain in his eyes because of me. I was breathing heavily to control my emotions when I heard a male voice.
"Mate" I turned my face towards the voice. A man was standing near Irene and by looking at his demeanour anyone can say that he is Alpha of another pack. He pulled Irene close to him, leaving me utterly shocked. If he was Irene's mate then why did she marry Alex?
"Take her with you to calm down her anger," Alex said.
"You shouted at my mate," the person asked, raising his eyebrow.
"she was losing her mind... I have no option" Alex shrugged off.
"I also see how long you save her... I will kill her" She yelled.
"Irene," Alex shouted.
"Would you two please go outside and then fight... I'm feeling sleepy" I said adding fuel to Alex, '' call me bitch but he deserves this. He played with my emotions and now he's pretending to save me from his wife. I want to show him that I don't care about him or his wife. He can do whatever he wants to.
"What is she doing here?" the person who was holding Irene asked Alex.
"She was kidnapped by Andrew and her health was not good. That's why after rescuing her I brought her here."
"What was the need of saving this whore" Irene frowned.
"I'm giving you last warning Irene, now I will not bear a word against her.. no one can insult her.. no one" I can sense his Alpha aura and also that he was trying his best to control his rage. he turned towards me…
"She has no fault that she's the wife of that asshole," he said, looking into my eyes.
"don't you dare to abuse my husband. you are telling him asshole what about you dickhead." I yelled and looked at Irene. "you have someone in your life and still you bring me to your bedroom... Not once, I asked you many times what your intention was but you kept saying you have no bad intention for me.. why you show me that you care about me.. ...u love" I clamped up. a tear rolled from my eyes but I quickly wiped them. I don't want to show him that he affects me.. I don't want him to know that I started feeling something for him.. I don't want to cry... I looked into his eyes, he was silent but his eyes were speaking a lot of things especially that he is hurt.
