"Trust me, I have not any bad intentions for you," she started laughing at my words. I look at her confusingly. Tears were flowing from her eyes yet she was laughing. I can feel her pain behind her smile. I can feel it..
"My own husband left me alone when I was in labour pain in the middle of the battlefield and you're asking me to believe a stranger with whom I met a few days before" she mocked back.
"Then what did you expect from that bastard? '' I clenched my fist tightly because of anger. she didn't reply to me but just kept staring at me.
"what?"
"Who are you?" she asked.
"Alex.. My name is Alex.. Alpha of moon pack"
"no.. I mean who are you to abuse my husband."
'Okay I didn't expect that she would take his side even after what he did to her' I thought.
'What you're expecting from such a naive girl' I rolled my eyes at Dominic's comment. I bet he is controlling himself not to yell at her for taking his side.
"see I don't want to argue with you on that a* topic. so please calm down and take a rest here. I'm sending some food have it" I turn towards door but before I could step out of the room she throw side vase on the ground
"I won't" I turn towards her. "I won't have anything until you tell me about your intentions. Why did you keep me here?" she yelled. I sighed and went to her side. She immediately rolled on the other side of the bed.
"a while before you're roaring like a lioness now what happened?" I smirked and took out my gun from the side drawer and threw it towards her. She looked at the gun and then me, widening her eyes.
"This gun has silver bullets. if any moment you feel that I'm dangerous for you then shoot me without thinking" I said
"Alpha" I heard Max's voice. I turned my head towards the door. He was looking at me shockingly.
"I can smell her fear. how can you give her your gun, what if she really shoots you?" He asked.
"when my intentions are not wrong then there is no need to get afraid." My eyes went on Sana who took a gun in her hand and pointed it towards me. "I hope you won't harm me," I said. We kept looking into each other's eyes. I indicate max to leave from there with my hand. I went near her and put the gun down. she was so lost in staring at me that she didn't even realise that I came close to her. I kissed her temple. she closed her eyes and a tear rolled down from her eyes.
"I know you have faced a lot but believe me I will not harm you.. never ever" I said and stood up from the bed.
"I'm sending something for you to eat"
"Please don't leave me," she said and I could feel that she was scared.
"you're a fearless girl. don't be scared ok. I can't change what happened but I assure you this will not happen again . never ever in your life" she didn't say anything after that, I left the room to bring something for her to eat. After a while I came with soup near her. she was nowhere.
"Sano" I panicked and was about to go outside to search for her . That's when I heard a voice of water from the washroom.
'At least you could use your smell power to search for her, idiot,' Dominic mocked. I sat on the bed waiting for her. After a while she came outside, taking the support of the wall. I immediately went to her and extended my hand towards her. She looked at me first and then at my hand. After thinking for a while she gave her hand to me. I brought her towards the bed with my support and made her sit and then forward a bowl of soup towards her.
"I'm not starving" she said and was about to lay down but I held her from her shoulder.
"you're already frail. please have something then you can sleep. I won't disturb you"
"but" before she could complete I put the spoon filled with soup in her mouth. she looked at me enlarging her eyes. I again extended the spoon towards her mouth and this time without saying anything she drank it. I kept feeding her with my hand while she stared at me silently. Don't know why she looks at me like this.
"Why are you pretending to be so good? Just tell me the reason so that I will be prepared because I know in this cruel world no one is good" she said. I can see how hurt she is. I wish I could meet her before Richard and save her from all the evil eyes.
"water?" I asked. she nodded. I give her a glass of water. She drank the water and then lay down on the bed without saying anything.
"I know you have faced a lot of Sana and I really don't know how to make you believe me that I can never harm you.. never" I said but she didn't reply and closed her eyes. I left her alone so that she can sleep peacefully.

I opened my eyes when Alex left the room. I know he will never harm me but how can I trust him when all the people in my life always dishearten me. No one ever loved me, not even my husband, Richard or maybe he did. I don't even know what love is. In my 7 month of marriage I never felt secure the way I'm feeling with him. the way he kissed my temple felt so blissful.. in my whole life no one fed me with their hand. From childhood everyone doomed me except Richard but the way Alex showed his care to me, even my husband never did. I won't say Richard never cared about me. He did but still why I'm feeling so different for Alex.. Ohh god what I'm thinking. I just lost my husband and my child and here I'm thinking about someone else.. no.. this is not good.. I'm not like this.. did he know some magic which he did on me.

I was lost in my thoughts when I heard the sound of knob. I closed my eyes. Don't know how but I can feel Alex's presence near me. He blew the blanket over me and sat beside me. I can feel his eyes on me. That's why I clutched the bedsheet tightly in nervousness.
"I thought you were sleeping," he said. I didn't open my eyes.
"Since you're awake I want to apologise to you" I opened my eyes and looked at him. I sit on the bed.
"So now you will utter the truth.. come on I'm ready" i said, looking into his eyes that's when his eyes colour changed into brown which made me scared. Don't know what is going to be worse in my life now.
