"Why did she say 'she knows you remember her'. Do you know her?" I asked Dominic but he didn't answer. This arrogant jerk never leaves a chance to annoy me.
"Answer me for god sake" I frowned. "I want to know everything related to her... tell me"

"Alpha, we changed her clothes as well as the bedsheet" I nod. She left from there. I too went into my room and sat beside Sana.
"What happened after that Dominic?" I asked.
"My mom welcomed us warmly and even I fell into her trap. I thought she accepted Maya. My brother took me somewhere and when she got her chance she stabbed Maya with a silver knife and I also suffered the same pain that Maya was feeling. I immediately morphed into a wolf and went to her. she was howling in pain. "Don't worry we will not let anything happen to her?" I said to Dominic.
"ask to increase the security of our pack because as Ella said I can go into a deep slumber for that time there is a higher risk for our pack. If someone attacked our pack at least you will be prepared" Dominic suggested and I agreed and told Max as he suggested. After settling everything my eyes went to Sana who was still unconscious. I moved Sana a little on the bed but she didn't respond. I checked her pulse which is low.
"not again... till how many times I have to see her in such condition and feel the fear that I might lose her. please moon goddess help us" I thought and made her drink water from the bottle Ella gave me and after a while, I again checked her pulse which is normal.
'we have to keep checking on her till full moon night' Dominic said. I nod and keep staring at my girl. I don't know when darkness consumed me.
my sleep broke when my butt touched the ground floor. I groaned and opened my eyes only to find her looking at me with fearful eyes.
'She pushed you' Dominic giggled. I rolled my eyes and stood up. Sana immediately rolled down to the other side of the bed because of fear.
"don't.. don't dare to come near me.. stay away" she yelled.
"Sano... it's me.. your saviour.. why are you getting afraid of me?" I asked. I was about to go near her but she started crying, hiding her face in her knees.
"Please let me go.. please... I can't handle more pain.. please let me go" She whimpered. A tear rolled down my eyes seeing her in such horrifying condition.
"I'm not coming near you... relax. please don't cry" I mumbled. She looked at my side with those beautiful blue eyes filled with tears.
"Why are you crying?" she asked and that's when I realised I had tears in my eyes seeing her in pain.
'Do we deserve this pure and innocent soul?' I asked Dominic. he didn't reply. I wiped my tears and smiled.
"I'm crying because I scared you. I'm sorry" I said while coming closer to her but she pushed me away.
"I said don't come near me.. please let me go.. please"
"I can't," her eyes widened with my words. She hurriedly stepped down from the bed but before she could take more steps she fell on the bed because of weakness. I was about to go near her but looking at her fearful eyes, I halted my steps.
"don't worry, I'm not coming near you but please stay on the bed. your condition is not good. You're weak"
"Why did you bring me here? Why are you doing all this? what do you want?" she asked, looking at the floor. she was so afraid to even look into my eyes.
"I will tell you later when you will be fine," I said.
'Why didn't you tell her that she's our mate?' Dominic frowned.
'Are you insane? Don't forget that she just lost her husband and child and in this situation, we can't tell her that we are her mate. what would she think? I don't know how she will take this information but I'm sure she pushed us away' I muttered. Dominic didn't reply but I can feel that he was furious and why would he not be when I'm also angry knowing that she was married to someone else. It's not that I'm judging her but I'm mad at her why she didn't wait for her mate, for us...
"Please let me go… please" I came out of my thoughts when I heard her plead.
"stop crying" I frowned. She kept her hand on her mouth because of fear. Why can't she understand that her tears make me furious? I calmed myself.
"how many times do I have to tell you not to cry and I'm not here to harm you" I screeched.
"then why you're not letting me go"
"You can't even walk a step and you want me to let you go" I scoffed. She didn't say anything after that, just kept staring at me.
"Trust me, I have not any bad intentions for you," she started laughing at my words. I look at her confusingly. Tears were flowing from her eyes yet she was laughing. I can feel the pain behind her smile. I can feel it…
