Third Person’s POV

“Now let me change your mood.”, Zayden said when everyone started gathering around the center for the cake cutting moment. He immediately took his mate’s hand and walked towards the left of the hall. Grace looked at him in confusion.
“Where are we going? Aren't we going to watch the cake cutting ceremony?”
“We are not kids, sweetheart!”
“Okay! But at least let me know where we are going?”, She asked when he walked inside the lift, taking her with him. “Zayden!!”, Grace asked again but he just pulled her with him.
When the lift opened, she found herself in the corridor with a lot of rooms around. He turned the knob of one of the rooms and brought her with him when he finally left her hand to close the door.
Grace looked inside the room while he closed the door. It was a nice room. A bed, table, closet, mirror...and she was about to see much more when she was spun and pushed back harshly.
As soon as Zayden closed the door, he saw his mate looking at the interior of the room. He was so on the verge now. He had been controlling himself for the last two days! He hadn’t kissed her or sucked on those sweet lips of his mate. And he wanted to do it. He wanted to devour her now. It would be impossible downstairs as he knew how shy his mate was. But, he brought her here to satisfy his urge. And now that he knew his mate was more than willing, there was no stopping him.
So, he pulled her and pushed her along the door and brought his lips on her urgently. Grace could just gasp in surprise. She didn’t even get the time to respond as he was being so fervent. His face was so fast that she could feel herself melt in his arms. His tongue touched hers and instead of feeling disgust, she felt excited. It was a whole new feeling.
Zayden was in heaven now! Not being able to kiss her for almost four days, had made her ache for it. He sucked on her lower lips, upper lips, and then her tongue. It was as if he was exploring her mouth. And when he could feel her struggle for breath, he traveled down her mouth to her neck.
Oh! How blissful it was for the both of them! Grace could just arch her neck to give him more access. She could feel his hands move from her waist to her stomach. And she could feel herself getting wet with excitement. What was happening to her!
They were so engulfed in each other that she didn’t realize when Zayden had reached the back of her gown and he started unzipping it.
It was now that she realized how deep they were into each other. She immediately tried to push him away. But he was so much drowned in the pool of lust that he didn’t understand her signal.
So, Grace applied more pressure upon his chest.
“Zayden!!! Please wait.”, She almost begged. She knew he was a man and men have their needs. And denying him, again and again, wasn’t healthy. But, she had no alternative left. She couldn't do anything intimate here...in someone else’s house or room. It was very unethical.
“What?”, Zayden asked, clearly irritated that she was denying him again. His and Dominic’s patience was really wearing off! After all, how long would he be able to keep her away for long?
“We can’t do this here!”, Grace muttered slowly, as she could clearly see the annoyance in his eyes. She didn’t want to upset him in any way.
“Why? What happened?”
“It’s somebody else’s room! We can’t do that here! It’s not good.”
“Don’t worry. The queen has arranged rooms for everyone so that they can stay here tonight for rest.”, he said and started leaning down to kiss her again but she turned her head on time.
“Still, Zay!”, She spoke, not realizing that she had used a nickname for him.
And, Zayden did notice this. His eyes shone with happiness. This was the same nickname that his mother used to call him. He always felt that Grace was just like his mother.
“Zay?”, he recited.
“Sorry! I was just…”, Grace tried to get an excuse as she thought Zayden didn’t like the name she gave him.
“No! I like it.”, He said, flashing a smile to her.
Grace smiled back and found a way to escape his arms.
“Let’s go back to the party and I don’t want to stay here. Our home is just a few hours away from here.”, She proposed.
“But, we will continue this at home.”, he said, cornering a loose strand of hair near her ear. Grace blushed as she didn’t know what to say. She couldn’t be as he was. “Hmm?”, he waited for her response.
“Okay.”, She meekly replied looking at his shirt instead of his face. Zayden smiled at her shyness. Men love those women who have this innocence in them. “Good.”, he said and perked her lips. They both corrected their dress as it had gone wild during their make-out session.

Three weeks later,
“There are two people who want to meet you, Master.”, James informed Wyatt as he was working on some of the account sheets.
“Me? Who is it?”, he asked as he wasn’t expecting anyone.
“I didn’t ask for his and her name. But they said, they have an important issue to discuss with you.”, He explained.
“What issue? I am busy now and I don’t want to waste my time discussing some nonsense.”, Wyatt said.
“They mentioned Zayden. They said, they want to talk about Zayden Staunton.”
The mere name caught his entire attention. Who was the person who had something to discuss Zayden-the person he despised the most?
After giving it thought upon it, he asked James to let them come in. He furrowed his eyebrow when he felt the presence of a werewolf.
After two minutes of impatient wait, the people who had perked up his ears entered. Out of one was a werewolf and the second was a vampire. He wondered what made a werewolf come here? That too with a vampire.
“Hello. I am Wyatt Staunton. And you are?”, He asked as he failed to recognize the person.
“Hello. I am Sarah Watson and he is Paul.” the visitors announced.
