I got heartbroken hearing the princess was poisoned. She doesn’t deserve to die. How will do such a cruel thing to her? I waited for the King and Queen’s response. I looked up at my room. Everything is calm. All the tension in the palace has gone now. My head stopped hurting. My body pain has decreased, and it’s back to normal. I took a few deep breaths and looked down at the Dairy.
The pages are all torn. How’s it possible? I flipped all the pages and found many of them are torn completely. Iam the only one who is having it. How it’s possible when no one entered or touched it. I think that’s why many parts of memories are skipped while Iam inside it. With confusion, I decided on one thing. Iam going to return the diary to the Queen and confess the truth. I know seeing other's diaries is wrong. I don’t think the Queen will punish me for this. Even if something happened Iam okay with that. I want to know what happened after that. I desperately wanted to know it. I will find it.

“Welcome to Paranormal Games,” a man spoke in mike standing on the stage while both King and Queen are seated. We all are gathered at the entrance to the forest. It’s nearly 1:00 am. The day has finally arrived. This is the first Paranormal Games Iam ever played. I hope I won’t lose my life. I will try to win this game with my friends. My teammates.
“Did you train well in using bow and arrows, baby? If not, don’t worry, I will be there for you,” Jacen told me when Iam uncertain as Iam lost in thoughts.
“No problem at all. Issac taught me well. Even without this, I can manage it,” I optimistically said with a smile.
“I know you do,” he said and kissed me before the games started.
“I have zero experience in these games. What are we going to do? “Amelia asked all of us in confusion.
“The king will explain it to first-year students. So, you can wait till they do,” Issac told. Everyone is gathered together with their group. Here my teammates are Jacen, Noah, Amelia, Leona, Sebastian, and Issac. He’s just been with us for a while as a guide from third-year-student.
“Everyone wears it. Please don’t lose it no matter what,” Issac said and gave us all a watch.
“Why do we need it?” I asked, taking it from his hands.
“It’s not just a watch. If you got injured in the game or died, you all need to press the screen and you will be taken out of the games. Whenever a person gets out of the games, we will be notified about that through this watch. Like I said, the crystal will protect you. But if you lost your life more than thrice, then you will be dead forever. Mostly it won’t happen the first time but Iam warning you,” Issac explained and warned us.
Whatever he’s saying, Iam not going to lose my life or leave this Academy. I got more things to do here. Especially knowing about princess Sapphire and also, I have many things in my mind which I won’t reveal until the time comes.
“Attention everyone. I hope you are wearing the device to teleport you here back to the palace if you got injured. Now you all stand in the corner and there’s a lot of weapons in the middle of the ground. Take whatever you need and enter the forest. There will be arrow marks in the trees to point out where you need to go. I can’t tell everything. But at the end of the forest, there will be a house. The first three-person who entered it after many obstacles will find three stones. Phoenix, crystal, and silver stone. Those three students who got that will be the winner. In the middle of your journey, I won’t tell what problems or obstacles you will be facing. You need to figure everything out and come out of the forest within four hours. Iam sure it will take nearly four hours. So, the price for the winners will be announced later. Get ready for the countdowns,” the king announced it and we all are waiting for the countdown.
All I need to take is the bow and arrow and let’s see what Iam going to face after that. This is the new and life-threatening thing Iam experiencing in my life. Iam feeling pretty excited and scared at the same time.

“Yeah, yeah. Got it. But no one should stop even though our friends aren’t with us,” Issac whispered next to him.

“That’s cruel and selfish,” Sebastian interfered.

“That’s not selfish. No one’s going to die. At least not in the first attempt,” I muttered.

“I should be sleeping right now,” Amelia calmly said, without feeling the tension about the games.

“This is not the right time to talk about sleep,”

I steadied myself to run at any moment they said go.

I ran. My first destination is to get the bow and arrow. We all got whatever we need. But that’s when we lost us all. Taking the weapons right at the same time is planned on purpose. In the middle of many students, we can’t find our group at all. I entered the moment I took the bow and arrow. It felt difficult to breathe while Iam in between many students. After entering the forest, everything felt alright.
“Seriously, I told all to stick together. But here we are alone without our group,” Noah complained.
“Nothing to do. Keep moving. It’s difficult to find others in this dark,” Jacen told him. Everyone went in a different direction. But not all can make it to the end.
