Angela's POV
I felt confused when this happened? And how did I don't know about it? Everything turned into a mess until I opened the next envelope.
There are no photos but a message for me.
"If you want to know the photos' secrets then meet me."
I know who the person is. The message now makes sense. It's Ayesha. I know. I knew it clearly.
During the kidnapping time, she also talked about Erish's secret but that was a trap to make me believe in her words.
But why? Why is she using the same element again?
I couldn't help but look at the photos again and again until I heard the door open sound.
And I fastly covered the photos and letters with a comforter.
"Angela!" Erish's voice caught my attention as the door completely opened.
I looked at him with a big smile while getting out of bed.
"You back!" I said while he smiled and immediately put his laptop on the couch while walking towards me to wrap his arms around me and hug me warmly.
"I'm sorry! I need to look through some files, that's why I took so much time in the study room!" I nodded while feeling touched. He is doing everything for me. He stopped going to the office while doing work from home and also took care of me at the same time.
How could he hide something from me? I can't fall again into Ayesha's trap.
"Are you alright?" He asked, freeing me from his arms while looking at my eyes.
"Yeah! I'm..." I hesitantly said.
Should I tell him about the envelope? I thought for a moment but the next second shook my thoughts.
It's not a good idea! I tell myself and bit my lower lips.
"Are you sure? you are alright?" He arched his brows while his face turned questioningly.
I don't know how to respond to him for a moment and then I just nodded. Only then, his face becomes relaxed.
I don't want to talk anymore. So, I diverted his mind.
"Are you hungry?" I asked.
"Yes, Let's eat dinner! It's already time!" He said while looking at the clock and then at me.
"Alright, let's go!" I gave him a small smile and we both went to the dining table for dinner.
No matter how much I tried to ignore those photos and Ayesha's words. My mind is only thinking about those photos and dates.
I looked at Erish who was busy looking through his phone screen while eating from his spoon.
How and Why?
These are two simple words but too difficult to ask.
I was extremely deep in thought that I don't even remember how we both finally came to sleep and we both were lying on our bed.
He held me in his arms while his eyes were closed while I was just faking it and waiting for his sleep.
At midnight, I pulled out envelopes from the comforters and looked at them one last time while turning to look at Erish's face who's now in a deep sleep.
As I saw the photos, I can guess it's not Erish's old photos. I turned my head and saw his sleeping face which made my feelings more complicated.
Should I just ask him?
I thought about it. But it doesn't mean that I doubt him again like last time.
I sighed helplessly before placing the photos in the envelopes and putting them into the table's drawer which is just beside our bed.
"I can't let Ayesha succeed in her motive! Whatever she's planning!" I murmured to myself.
I thought it was not going to affect me too long. But again I got a text from another unknown number the next morning.
'What if Erish's secret is related to your wedding?' Reading the sentence my heart tensed.
That sentence truly affected me. I can't say Why? But yes it scares me. It scares me that there is something big that I can't listen to.
I was in a clash of thoughts when Erish suddenly told me to be ready and he gifted me a dress.
I don't know how to ask him about those photos. I was anxious.
As we both entered his car, I asked him where he was taking me.
And he looked happy to answer me that it was a surprise and I can see that when we arrived.
He planned dinner and not only did he play the piano but sing a song for me which made me tear up. The tears of joy.
How can someone be so perfect? How could he love me so much? I felt special in his care all the time.
From that moment, he said he will change.
He did it. He did it perfectly and surprised me.
His every action and every action showed me how much he loved me! How much he adores me!
How could he hide something from me when I'm his life's part all the time.
But this feeling and questions immediately changed when I asked him about his health and if he had any accidents which I don't know about.
And he takes time to say 'No'.
He told me that I was always beside him, even though he had an accident. I should know about it.
His words were true but still, the way he hesitated for a moment didn't hide from me.
Yes, I was with him the whole time, and I remember he had a small accident a few years ago when we were in college. But that was the last as I remember but the photos are not old which I saw. I can rectify that.
Is he truly hiding something? My hand fist clenched at that moment.
And I finally decided to check on Ayesha. But I need to know which prison she is in?
So, I asked him about Ayesha which made him look at me straight but I tried to look calm so he couldn't read my expression and find something abnormal.
"I'm just asking!" I said and smiled. Only then did he tell me that she's in south prison.
I noted the information and finally tried to look normal all the time.
I know I'm doing wrong to hide the things related to Ayesha and photos from Erish.
But I truly wanted to know the truth from which I'm still unaware.
And how is that secret related to our wedding?
If Ayesha truly has my question's answers then I'll find out. If she's planning something dirty like last time then I'll make her agenda fail.
