“Boss, to your right!” I heard John yelling from behind, I ran to my right side of the corridor and then I saw her. I stopped in my tracks as I saw her, she was laying on the floor at the end of the corridor while her hands were tied. My breathing stopped looking at the way she was laying on the floor.
“Venessa!” I screamed as I began running towards her, tears were rolling down my eyes as I was running like my life depended on it. I was just a few meters away from her but I suddenly hit myself with some invisible mirror in the way, I fell back because of the sudden hit. Blood began flowing down from my nose, My head began spinning and I couldn't even stand up on my own. Every time I tried to stand up and I fell back again, I slammed my fist against the mirror but it wasn't breaking.
“v..Ve...Ven..essa!” I whispered while I placed my head against the big mirror, Nothing was clear to me. Everything was blurry, “Venessa,” I whispered as I tried to get by pressing my hands against the mirror and trying to balance myself by leaning my body against it.
“I hav...ve to...Stand up...Come on, Enzo” with so much difficulty I stood up, I rubbed my eyes over and over again to make my vision clearer.
“Venessa, Get up baby...please…” I was shouting while slamming my hands on the mirror, even though my vision was blurry I screamed and screamed.
“Venessa, please…” I was sobbing loudly but all my cry wasn't going to her,
“Please get up my baby...please, Venessa!” I cried, as my vision was becoming clear I noticed that her wrist was cut and blood was flowing out of her hand.
Looking at her blood, I began screaming even louder, “VENESSA!” I slammed my hand continuously on the mirror and blood began coming out of my palms but it didn't stop me,” Please, please, please, get up, love...please….” I cried all of a sudden her fingers moved.
“Venessa!” I yelled,
I watched her slowly opening her eyes and blinking several times, she raised her hand towards me and I was crying and slamming the mirror with blooded palms, “Venessa! Break!!” I screamed but the goddamn mirror wasn't breaking.
“Enzo!” Nikolai ran to me, He looked at Venessa and began kicking the mirror to break it down.

VENESSA’S POV.
I could hear his cries but there wasn't any energy left in me to get up, looking at his tears, flowing down and blood oozing out from his palms and helplessness in his eyes, I tried to conjure up the left energy in me, I tried to get up by pressing my other hand on the floor but my body isn’t supporting me.
I looked at him, he was crying and hitting the mirror over and over again,”My Enzo!” I whispered, Blood was flowing from my wrist making my vision so blurry that I couldn't even see my own hand,” Enzo!” I began crying as my eyelids felt very heavy to me.
“I..I..Lo..love..you! Enzo!”

BACK TO LORENZO.
I was losing her, she's closing her eyelids, “NO! NO! NONONO… baby please, please don't leave me...Please!” I screamed but she wasn’t responding,
“Boss!” John called, I turned toward him. He pointed his finger at the floor in the corner, I looked at it and saw some white plaster stick to the wall. Nikolai immediately bent down and grabbed the end of it and began pulling it out. Inside that, there were two wires attached to the wall, one was black and one was red. We looked at each other in confusion, I glanced back at my Venessa.
“Fast, we are losing her!” I yelled at both of them, James rushed to John, handed him a pocket knife, John took it and began cutting the red wire. But nothing was happening, The mirror wasn’t opening. Nikolai glanced at me and placed his hand over the mirror and hissed while taking his hand back. I stared at him in confusion, ”Don’t touch it...Electric shock!” he said while rubbing his hand and hissing in pain.
I grabbed the knife from John and cut the other wire, I immediately rushed towards the mirror and kicked it with my leg over and over, after continuous kicking of us all it finally fell back with a loud noise. I rushed toward Venessa and picked her up in my arms, I ran towards the stairs with Nikolai. He tied a cloth around her wrist and held it firmly as I ran downstairs like a madman.
While I ran through the lobby with Venessa in my hands I turned to Nikolai, “Seth!?” I asked,
“He’s in the car, We found him on the 3rd floor, that was the reason why we were late,” he said, watching us and Paul immediately opened the car doors. We got inside with Venessa in my arms, as everyone got in Paul started the engine and drove us to the hospital.
“Stay! Please, baby, please!” I began whispering as I placed her hand against my lips.
Paul stopped the car in front of the hospital and we took her inside. Seeing me, doctors rushed us and moved Venessa to Icu. I grabbed the collar of the doctor, “I’ll kill you if you don’t save her, get that?” I warned,
“I..Will try..my best sir,” he said and ran inside the ICU.
I stood outside of the ICU, pacing back and forth while tears were flowing through my eyes, No, No I will not lose her! I said to myself over and over again as I glanced at the ICU doors. The doctor walked out of the ICU, “What happened? Is she okay? Can I go in?” I asked,
“Mr. Fransico, she lost so much of blood, we need blood for her right now or else we may lose her!” he said which made my heart spin, his words were running in my head over and over,
“WE MAY LOSE HER!” nothing around me was making sense to me except those words,
“Enzo!” Nikolai yelled at me while shaking my shoulders, “I’m giving her my blood, Don’t worry she will be fine I promise!” He said, I just stared at him dumbfoundedly.
Doctors took him inside and began the process, I was just standing there like a statue with tears in my eyes. John made me sit in the chairs, but I was just staring at the door waiting for them to open it. Two hours later,
As I sat there like a statue waiting patiently, my chest ache began coming back. I placed my hand over my chest and controlled myself but I was slowly losing consciousness, I tried to not close my eyes but eventually, I gave in and her face flashed in front of my eyes, “V...Venessa” I whispered, while I completely lost my consciousness.

"Enzo," I heard someone calling my name, I tried to open my eyes slowly.
"Enzo!" I heard them again, I slowly opened my eyes. I looked down at myself and noticed that I was placed on the hospital bed, I looked to my right and Her face was the first thing I saw.
She was smiling, I looked around to confirm that this isn't any dream and noticed that she was in fact real. I smiled as I stared at her beautiful face smiling at me, "I love you," I said, as I took her hand in mine and kissed it.
"I love you more!" She said while smiling at me.
Her smile is the whole world to me, I would like to live or die for that beautiful smile of my puppy.
