Evans pov’s
We got to the dinning and I saw eva eating her food already.
“Good morning mom” she greeted calmly.
Good morning dad she greeted grinning to herself while I kissed her on her forehead.
“Morning cupcake” I said and she giggled.
“Show off” emily mumbled while I chuckled.
“Someone is jealous of daddy and duagther bonding” I whisper bitting her earlobe and she gasped loudly but was wuick enough to use her hands to cover her mouth .
The maid served our food and we all eat silently.
“Damn it 8: 15am, I’m going to be late for work” I said standing up and looking at my watch in distress.
“Hey settled down your boss is your fiancee” she winked at me.
But I was trying to say something to her….
“Seat down when am down we go together” she said calmly.
“Okay boss” I said in surrender and we both shared a laugh.

“So we have to make this look real’ Emily repeated to me for the tenth time in the car.
“I know c’mon let’s go” I said unlocking my seat belts.

We walked into the premises of her company holding hands like couples would do.
• It true, they are dating.
• Oh my they are do cuteee.
• He really is the boss fiancee.

• They look extremely gorgeous.
“We walk elegantly and the compliment kept coming” I couldn’t help but smile.
But it was cut short as I remember that it all fake and all this is short lived.
And maybe in the end I wouldn’t get the girl of my dreams ever.
We walked to her private elevator and I also got in.
Well that what you enjoy for having the boss as your fiance.
“Do you feel anything for me” I found myself asking emily while we were in the elevator.
She stare at me, with her mouth dropped open but nothing came out from it
She couldn’t say anything, she just froze just like I thought she would.
“Forget I asked” I replied trying to sound calm.
The elevator was open and she walked to her office while I went to mine.
I meet Manson on the way and he hurried to meet up with me.
“Man you have really become so popular” he said smiling.
“Yeah right” was my only replied.
“Hmm what with the mood?” he asked glancing at my face..
“Are you sick” he added concerned.
“Am fine it just emily” I said dejectedly in low tone as he followed me to my office shutting the door behind him.
Emily’s pov’s
I got to my office and settled down.
But Evans questions in the elevator was so suprising.
Why would he ask me that, I didn’t have any reply to give to him that why I left mouth open without words coming out.
And He kept staring in anticipation for an answer.
Fortunately for me, the elevator opened and I hurriedly went to my office forgetting to collect my briefcase from Evans.
I waited for he, hoping he remembers to bring it back to me.
But as time went he wasn’t coming around and I needed to use a file from the briefcase, so I decided to go collect it from him in his office.
I walked out of my office and headed to his to get my briefcase.
When I got there I heard voices and I halt to know what they were talking about.
I crouched my ear on his door , to listen to the conversation going inside his office.
I recognize one voice to be Evans but the other voice was unfamiliar to me.
“”Are you sick” the unfamiliar voice said.
“””Am fine it just Emily” I heard Evans voice.
“What about her, are you both having issue” the other voice asked.
Yes, I can’t do this fake fiance anymore”
Why ??
“Because I can’t pretend when I truly love her a lot”
“It hurts me so much, knowing that one day she might leave me for the man she loves” Evans said and I gasped.
He loves me……..
“Who is there” I heard the other voice asked.
I quickly ran trying to go to my office before they know I was evasdropping on their conversation.
But unfortunately I miss my steps, as I closed my eyes waiting for me to crash on the floor
But I found myself landing in a strong hands, huh it not hard as the floor..
I open my eyes to see myself in the arms of Evans .
Evans pov’s
“Are you okay” I asked emily concerned
“Yes am fine” she shuttered
“What are you doing here” I asked her furrowing my eyebrows.
“Ermm I was_” she said fidgeting.
“You were’ I sa6 gesturing for her to continue with my hands and she laughed nervously.
“I was coming to your office, to get my briefcase” she said without maintaining eye contact with me.
“Coughs”
“Good morning ma’am am Manson, Evans only friend” mason introduce himself.
“Oh hi, it nice to meet you” she said smiling and composing herself.
“The pleasure is my milady” he said placing a kiss on her hand and she blushed.
“Your briefcase” I said bringing them back to reality.
“Yes, I need it” she said in a clear tone.
“This way” I said and she trailed behind me.
She walked in and I shut the door locking the bolt.
“So” I said clasping my hands together smirking.
“My briefcase” she said coldly.
“Hmm what with the tone” I asked her but she ignored my question.
“Here” I hand over the briefcase to her and she began to walk until she got the door.
“Why is the door lock?” she asked pushing it with force.
“I locked it” I replied coldly
“Because I want you to stay and watch your fiance work” I stated with my hands folded.
“Whatt” she said amazed at my outburst.
“Yes or don’t you like this sexy face “I said huskily walking close to her.
“What are you doing?” she asked scared.
I moved to her and she moved from the door falling on the couch in my office.
“Perfect position” I said smirking I moved my face close to her and smile at how scared she was..
“Hi beautiful” I muttered..
Huh, she opened her eyes bitting her lips and I groaned.
“Stop doing that” I said.
Doing what she asked again bitting her lips
Instead of giving her a response I grab her a kiss her and she reciprocated immediately.
After a while she pushed me away turning her face in anger.
“You have no right to kiss me at anytime” she half yelled.
“We made a deal so stick to it, don’t you ever kiss me again” she said pointing to me furiously while I kept staring at her in confusion.
“Now open this door” she said sternly.
I was frightened and quickly ran to open the door.
She walked out and I shut the door.
“What we that ,. Why was she so angry” I thought.
Emily’s pov’s
“Ahhh” I yelled shutting my door.
My PA rushed in.
“Ma’am are you okay” she muttered.
“Get out now” I yelled and she scurried away in fright.
I banged my hand on my table .
“He isinlove with me” I thought vividly
“He has forgotten the deal, if he dare try to have any feelings for me I will terminate this deal”
I hate that word love it doesn’t exist.
“True love is just a fairly take I won’t fall for this, I won’t” I muttered to myself pacing tho and fro my office.
Stupid….
Now am beginning to like him.
He decided to fall in love with me..
I Emily James the billionaire who had gotten her heart broken by several men.
Men after my money and nothing else they are all the same.
They come like angels boom they turn out to be the devil.
I won’t fall for this I said firmly sitting on my desk.
Can someone tell Emily that Evan’s is different !!!!
