Grace’s POV

I found myself in the same old room or Should I rephrase it that I was in my dream again?
“Well, well, well...I see you have used one of your power which you had forgotten to use.”, I heard the voice of the person, whom I knew now.
“How can you enter my mind?”, I asked her, while she just smiled.
“You know the answer.”
“Right now, I am in no mood to solve any puzzle, Jane.”
“Puzzle...Hmm not bad!!”, She said, on which I glared at her. “When I was kid, at that time I used to complain a lot about my sister for being so different from me and do you know what my mother used to say? ‘Your sister may be as different as the sun and the moon, but the same blood…”
“...flows through both your hearts. You need her, as she needs you.”, I completed the quote and looked at her. I didn’t know I was crying until she wiped my tears.
**Flashback**
‘Wow!!! We are vampire now.’, Jane cheered in happiness and looked at her younger sister who looked sad. ‘God, why are you sad, Jenny?’
‘Because I don’t wanted to be a vampire. I wish they wouldn’t have converted me into one.’
‘But why? Isn’t it so cool that we are immortal now?’
‘Definitely, not! I wanted to be mortal and spend my small life with my loved ones rather than living in the darkness till the end of my life.’
**Flashback Ends**
“I see, you now have your memories related to me.”, She mocked.
I grinned and cried at the same time. “You haven’t changed even a bit, have you?”, I asked. “You still look same.”, I said, touching her face and her hair.
“I wish I could have said the same.”, She said and pulled my cheek softly. “I missed you so much. I always kept a tab on you from afar and was glad that even in this life, you were blessed with two loving sisters.”
I quickly wiped my tears and held her both hands. “I need your help, Jane. Please….”
“But Jenny…”
“Please!! You had promised our mother that you would always take care of me and my happiness.”, I reminded her of those times when our mother was on death bed and at that time, we were humans.
She sighed and held my hands in her palms. “But I still can’t change the future. You have to face what is written in your destiny.”, I nodded my head in an understanding way.
‘If not werewolves then a few vampires can surely help me in this war.’
I don’t want to know what would have happened between Zay and Sarah!
Because right now, he is not in his right mind.
I trust my mate, who is still there.
I have faith in him.
I won’t give up.
Not until I get him back into my arms again.

“Are you okay, Luna?”, Eric asked in concern when he saw me coming out of the room. I was not sure but I could guess that he had an idea what had happened with me last night. Zayden had mentioned once that ‘ Alpha and Luna is the heart and soul of the pack’, in case anything happens to them, then automatically all other wolves of the pack could feel it.
“I...I am.”, I replied, trying to act strong. “By the way, what’s the update? You had sent Xander to get some help, right?”, I asked because we didn’t have much time to plan for the war.
“All other werewolves refused to help us.”
“So, you mean there’s going to be a bad werewolves against us?”, I frowned when I heard Eric. I could assume from where it was coming. They might have decided to take orders from Zayden, the bad Zayden, to be specific.
Eric nodded his head while I saw Peter looked lost and sighing.
No doubt, anyone could tell that we would lose by observing the number of warriors which we had and which Zayden’s currently have. Not to mention, Zayden now had some of the Vampire’s warriors as well, because of Wyatt’s presence.
I started explaining my plan by getting help from the queen, Crystal. I was sure that she would help us in this war. And for this, I had already made my first move. I had sent Jane to meet Queen Crystal or King Vince. I also asked Eric to get help from Alpha Craig and Allison.
“I totally missed that even Alpha Craig can help us.”
“It’s fine, Eric. You should personally pay him a visit about it. While I will visit my sisters for help.”
“But Luna…”
“Don’t worry. They are my family, they won’t hurt me.”,
‘I know everyone cares for me a lot but definitely don’t want them to babysit me. I can take care of myself.’

“Eric, I am going to visit my sister at my parent’s house. And will be back by evening.”, I informed before leaving.
“Take care of yourself, Luna.”, He said again. I nodded my head in acknowledgment. I had to take care of myself at any cost, for our child.

When I knocked on the door of my home, It was already open. I entered inside the home to scold Blake for keeping the door open. I locked the door and looked around and found no one.
“Mom, Dad, Blake”, I called their name but got no response in return. ‘Weird, where is everyone?’
I went straight into the kitchen to check on my mother but she was not there and when I turned around, I froze. I didn’t know what I should do next.
I wanted to be scared and shocked but at the same time, I was confused.
‘What is he doing here?’
“What? Did you expect me here?”, He asked and sat on the sofa beside him. “Well, Zayden’s stupid beta forgot this formula in the mansion. So, I used it to hide my scent, sister in law!”, He answered my unasked question.
I knew the man in front of me wasn’t fond of my mate...okay, maybe he hated him.
“Where..where is my family?”, I asked, knowing what Wyatt was capable of!
“Oh, your family! I saw them leaving for the city for your father’s treatment.”, I sighed in relief, knowing that at least my family was safe. But what now?
‘What does he want from me? Because as far as I knew he hates Zay not me, right?’
I didn’t notice that both of us were actually staring at each other with different emotions. Finally, Wyatt broke the silence.
“Whenever I see you, I realize something”, he said, confusing me even more. “Don’t you think that your life is kind of very...very dramatic!”, he chuckled. I narrowed my brow.
‘What is he trying to say?’
“I mean...look. Just like a typical romantic movie, A criminal or say a werewolf falls in love with an innocent woman. He kidnapped her whole family and forcefully married her and tried to become a good person just to make her love him back. And quite strangely, that woman falls in love with him too! How dramatic! But...do you know my favorite part? It’s then when the villain of the story enters. And then bla bla bla happens!”
“Why are you here?”, I asked confidently, while keeping the fear aside. I ignored his meaningless comment about my life.
Wyatt raised his brow at my confident behavior. He replied to me instantly, while standing from the sofa and approaching me. I followed his movement as I saw him come towards me.
“You amaze me, sister in law!”, he said mockingly. “I thought you would act all afraid and scared like a kitten! But no! You aren’t afraid, are you?”, He asked as he came close to me. I quickly lowered my eyes, feeling uncomfortable about this closeness.
He kept his palm on my stomach, feeling disgusted at his touch, I pushed his hand away.
“I know, you are pregnant, sister in law.”, He whispered in my ear, scaring me like hell. “Since I know your weakness. You should feel scared of me. So, are you afraid, right now?”, He mockingly asked.
“No”, I replied, looking at his eyes.
A sharp pain shot through my cheek and my hand immediately came for its rescue.
He slapped me...hard.
