" Because he doesn't love me back. " I said and started going out of the restaurant.
" Wait !! Where are you going to?? Wait Vidhi..." He paid for the breakfast and came running after me and caught my hand to turn me.
" Tell me that you were kidding !!! " He looked absolutely shattered.
" Think whatever you want. " I said and turned to go towards the car.
" Vidhi wait... " He held my hand in his large and rough one.
I flinched as a fork of lightning slashed on the skyline, followed by a roll of thunder a few seconds later.
I was never too comfortable whenever there was a storm. But right now there was a Storm inside me too.
" Are you alright? " he was concerned. But I was very angry.
" Yes, please don't bother. " I said rudely and I saw him getting a bit hurt.
" You got to tell me his name... " He said.
" No... "
" You can't do that to me? "
" Don't try to act, as if it matters to you. It doesn't matter to you at all. "

" Where were you, those last three months when I realised that I was in love ?? "

But he pulled me against his hard chest and tightened his arm around my waist.
" How can I leave you alone after knowing this?? You love me?? You Love Me ?? Oh, God !!!! " He said grinning like a mad man.
" Leave me..." I pushed on his chest to get out of his arms.
" You think, I don't love you back?? " he was looking at me with so many emotions. I was confused. I looked away.
He held my chin to make me look into his eyes and they were glistening with a different kind of fire. He was looking at me so I tenderly.
" You are wrong my clumsy beauty... Vidhi, you are the only girl I have ever loved. "

" Yes... That day when you fell on me, I fell in love with you. It's just that I didn't realise it then. But then gradually I realised that I was getting drawn to your charm. "

" How could I take them back?? They were for you. I was so hurt with your behaviour, that I wanted to throw them in the trash bin but could not as my emotions were attached to them.

" You are ??? You took them with you?? " I was so happy to hear that. I smiled at him.
" How could I throw them?? The love of my life got me those gift for my birthday. They were very precious to me. So when you all left I picked it up. I was just very conscious earlier of what your brother might think about me... Us... " He said and I hugged him again. He tightened his arms around me.
