Three months later
Maryam's POV
My relationship with Kareem in this house have always been on and off for the past months now,and I find it annoying and tired at the same time. I really don't know what else to do again,he's just so stubborn and hard as a rock,I don't know how I'm going to break him
Next week is going to be my husband and Kareemah's birthday. I don't even know what to get for them, for Kareem I'll call Khalid and asked him and for Kareemah I'll go straight to Kareem's office. I don't care if he's going to get angry, if he had allowed me to further my education in the first place he wouldn't have to see me in his office
Last week I was so happy that I got to spend a week with my parents,Mom was the most happiest. She cooked my favorite for me,make my hair. I never knew Mom could make her,she bought new cloth for me and so many things which makes me happy but not leaving my sister's own. She don't want her trouble so she bought everything in two for us
My Mom and Kareem's Mom are now best friends, they bought same cloth for each other and they are now inseparable
I took out my phone and dial Khalid's number. He picked up at the first ring
"Where are you Khalid?"
"I'm at home..... why? Anything wrong?"
"I'm on my way" I said before hanging up
I quickly pick up my bag and went out

"Hey beautiful...are you alright?" Khalid asked the moment I entered his living room as he hug me
I blushed "everything is fine Khalid just wanted to see you"
He sighed as he replied " you got me worried Maryam,I thought something happened "
"Sorry....good morning"
"Morning....How was your night my Angel?"
"It was fine...and yours too?"
"It was good but when I woke up I felt bad and sad"
"What happened? Why? Is your night that bad?"
"Well I dreamt that I married you and we were so much in love... But when I woke up you're not next to me so I-"
"KHALID!!!" I exclaimed his name to make him keep shut and he laughed
"Do you want to die? If Kareem should hear this he'll definitely kill you"
"Well I don't care! I'm only expressing my feelings"
"OK I think I'm hearing some weird things now"
"Believe me Maryam, I've always love you and will always do. I wish I met you first before him,I would have cherish you coz to me you're everything"
What? He loves me? What about Kareemah? Ok he doesn't know that she had something for him....what's really wrong with all this men? God gave them eyes to see but instead they're using it for something else
"Beautiful are you OK?"
"Huh? Yeah...yes...yes "
"So what do you think?"
"Khalid?!"
"Are you happy with him?"
Am I? Yes I know I love him but am I really happy with Kareem? Yes...yes I'm. Even though he's been mean and annoying I still find my self falling for him everyday
"Yes" I answered with low voice
"So you do like him after all " he said disappointed
"Khalid...Khalid I'm sorry but I only see you as a brother... I'm sorry. I'm just shut of words I don't know what to say" I said bowing down my head, I don't know how I'm going to face him,I've always think that he's just been caring to me because he sees me as his sister but now I came to only find out that he has feelings for me?
"You think by doing this I'll back out? No Maryam I won't, I'll love you with all my heart and I'll be waiting for that day,the day you'll open your heart to me"
What?!
"Khalid I'm married!"
"But you're not happy with him"
"I'm...how could you be so sure"
"Its a lie you're not,I know how your face twinkle anytime you're with me"
"Khalid please don't make this too hard for the both of us,I love Kareem and no one else"
"What?! You love him? With all the treatment he had be giving you?" He asked angrily and I nod my hear in response
"I don't know what's really wrong with all of you guys? God gave you all eyes to see but instead you're all using it for something else"
"What are you talking about?"
"Kareemah" I started as I sighed again
"What happened to her? " he quickly asked with so much concern in his voice
"Nothing.... Just that you know...she...she like you and instead of you to open your eyes and heart to see that...but no instead it was me that you liked"
"What? Kareemah? Same Kareemah likes me? But we always argue or fight when ever we're together"
"That's love fight idiot!"
"I...I don't believe you" he said slowly
"I'm serious Khalid... But let forget about that for now...where's Mom? Is she back?"
"No she will be back in two day's coming"
"OK...."
"So why did you come here?" He asked dropping the other talk and I can't feel anything but rejoice
"You know...it's Kareem and Kareemah's birthday next week and I don't know what gift to give them,I wanted to ask you what do you know about Kareem's taste, so I could know what to get for him"
He told me what I could get for Kareem
"And so for Kareemah….I don't know anything about that lady she's too feisty to my liking"
I laughed. "You're not serious Khalid, that woman really likes you,so much"
"And I love you too Maryam, I really do" he told me with all seriousness
"I think...I think I need to leave now" I said before quickly walking out
"What's really wrong with Khalid?" I thought

I walked in directly towards his office and I smiled to my self when I realise his annoying secretary wasn't at her usual post again
Good! I won't have to see her annoying face today. Actually I'm not in the mood for that and thank God it's evening already may be she went home already
I stretch my hand and open the door lightly,I walked in but to my surprise Kareem wasn't there. Where could he have gone to? I know him, he's a hard working man,he can't just leave his office
Where could he have gone to?
I decide to call him and he wasn't picking up but the amazing part is that I could hear the sound of the ringing phone around....but where?
I redial the number again as I heard the same ringing tone,I let my leg drag me towards where it was ringing, I follow the path as I stopped when I saw a door
Is this not suppose to be an office? Then why is a secret door here too?
I opened the door and awe in surprise. Is this a house or an office? How much money does this man has?
Well I wasn't here for that, I dial his number again and luckily the phone was also staring at me lying on the couch. I pick up the phone and widened my eyes as I saw what he saved my number with
My Annoying wife
His annoying wife? Is he really kidding me?
I placed my bag and the two phone on the couch as I made my way up,may be I would see him. So this is where he used to stay sometimes,that's why he don't bother himself coming home,I couldn't help but feel sad about it,did he really prefer this place than his mansion?
Does he bring girls here? He used to have fun with them? No...No I shouldn't think that way, Kareem won't cheat on me... But what if he did?
No! No..he won't
As I move closer to a door I heard someone moaning
I think I'm hearing wrong,but who was I kidding when I heard the same voice moaning again. What's happening here?
I walk slowly with my shaky hands and opened the door as I slowly entered but stopped when I saw the scene going on in front of me
Kareem? And his secretary Hafsa? They are both...subhanallah
"Kareem??" I called as I fell on my knees crying. Neither do both of them realise I was there
Kareem's POV
Shit! My head is killing me. How much am I drunk? Wait how can I drink? I was busy with those agreement papers....damn it!! This headache. I slowly opened my eyes and adjusted my self...I groan due to the pain.
When did I come to this room? Oh my God! I looked at my self and I wasn't wearing any clothes. Suddenly I heard someone groaning and I looked beside to find Hafsa also waking up. Wait! Does this mean? Oh shit!!
