CHAPTER THIRTY TWO
SARAH’S POV
I was surprised to see Henry along with Aunt Kathy and Max at the airport calling out my name.
I didn’t know Henry was going to turn up with them. It seriously looked like I hadn't seen them for a long time. I really missed them so much.
“Mommy!” Max called out rushing to hug me.
“My little dearie! Did you miss me?”
“Yes mommy. I miss you so much. Where is daddy?”
“Your daddy has something to take care of but he will be back soon, okay. You know, I miss you so much and guess what? I’ve got you a surprise gift.”
“Really, mommy? Where is it?”
“Let’s head home first before you can receive the gift.”
“Yey! I can’t wait.” He screamed, jumping in excitement.
“Welcome back, darling. I really miss you.” Aunt Kathy uttered, giving me a warm hug.
“I miss you too, aunt.”
“I know there’s so much to talk about, isn’t it?” She asked and I nodded with a smile before turning towards Henry.
“Welcome home, Miss Sarah.”
“Thanks Henry.” I answered with a smile before he gestured us to the car as we all got in.
“Sarah, did something happen between you and Jay? He seemed a bit odd when I spoke to him this morning.”
“Uh… it’s nothing aunt.” I replied, trying to act like everything was normal.
“Okay. If you say so. Let’s go Henry.” She stated and held on to my hand with a lovely smile on her face.
“You know, I thought you were going to get to know each other and perhaps get along with each other but I guess I was wrong. Jay is really a nutcracker.” She added with a soft chuckle.

We arrived in the mansion which felt like home to me for the first time unlike the first day I set foot in the mansion.
“Go freshen up and come downstairs for dinner. The dishes are specially made for you.”
“Wow! I can’t wait to try it, aunt.”
“Mommy, where is the gift?” Max asked in his cute tone.
“Oh, boy. You’re really excited to see the gift. Let’s go to my room to open the present.”
“Yey!” He jumped and rushed to the stairs.
“Take it easy, Max.” I called out, running after him.
RYAN’S POV
It has always been my aim to acquire Hopkins wealth from the beginning which is why I became friends with him and what really brought me to his gala was due to his deep secret which I found out and made sure I had it in hand before trapping him.
I want to also show Jay how I can destroy him by peering up with his rival company and make his business fall before bringing him down from his position as the mafia don.
I’m sure Hopkins is feeling miserable alongside his friends. He has no other choice but to accept my demands because no one is coming to save him or his friends.
I need to hide this drive in a safe place because it contains Hopkins' secret and that of his friends. I can’t afford to lose it since it was hard finding the secret. Many lives were at stake when I got the secret.
I know Hopkins can’t be foolish to send someone to steal the source of information from me and if he tries anything funny, I’ll make living become unbearable for them.
I’ve to call Joe to hold on with our plan because I don’t think it would be any fun to strike without watching it with my own eyes.
“Hello, master. I’ve made all the preparations, I just need your command to strike.” He said, the moment he picked the call.
“Calm down Joe. You’re more desperate than I am.”
“It’s not that way, master. I just feel this is the best time to strike so destroying him after would be much easier for you.”
“Not yet, Joe. I’ve given it a thought and it’s not the best plan. I've got more great plans in my head but we won't execute them until I return.”
“Are you saying we should abort this mission, master?”
“Yes Joe. For now, don’t do anything until I return.”
“Okay master, as you wish.” He replied while I disconnected the call and headed to the shower to prepare for the dinner party.
I’ve given Hopkins a lot of time to make a decision and give me a response at the party or I’ll expose the secret out in front of everyone.
Tonight is going to be a great moment of fame and glory for me because Hopkins will announce me as his business partner.
JAYDEN’S POV
Ryan will know who he messed with tonight and I’ll make him experience hell on earth tonight.
I called up one of my close friends who happened to be working with a secret organization where men were trained to become assassins to send five of his men to carry out my plans tonight.
I’m the man who no one wants to mess with but Ryan did and not to the point I expected. I know if Amanda was still alive, she would have stopped me from harming but today, no one is coming to save him for what had done.
I arrived at the dinner party and saw him standing with Mr Hopkins and his two friends who were shivering like fools in his presence.
I see no reason why they should be acting that way to him when he’s nothing but a total j**k.
I walked over to meet them, putting up an act to look angry with Mr Hopkins.
“Mr Hopkins, can I have a moment with you since you’ve decided to cancel the contract deal with me for no reason.” I uttered, which made him look confused.
“I’ve agreed since that’s what you want but I need to have a word with you.” I added, as he nodded and asked me to follow him while the old fool kept smiling unaware of what’s coming for him.
“What were you trying to do, Mr Russell.” Mr Hopkins asked, when we got to a quiet place.
“I want him to believe you’ve canceled the deal with me not to make him suspect anything.”
“Oh… thank you, Mr Russell but what am I going to do now? He’s pressuring me to announce him as my new partner in business with a share of half of my company's share.”
“That’s interesting. You need to do it.”
“But, it will be all over for me.”
“Do what I say or deal with the problem yourself.”
“No… I’ll do it.”
“Good. Go make the announcement.” I urged him as he left.
“Are you all in position?” I asked the assassins through the ear bud.
“Yes boss.” They all responded.
“Wait for my command. The moment Mr Hopkins is about to make the announcement that's when you can strike.”
“Okay boss.”
Someone is going to get the hardest torture of his life today and he won’t even have a cue who it is.
It’s going to be so much fun watching him through the CCTV footage that has already been installed in his suite.
