Ruhaan's P.O.V.

Arriving home, I got down from the car and entered the house. Turning to me, Titly spoke up, “Vai, I am going to my room. I need to freshen up.”
I followed her while looking at her as she walked towards the staircase. Arriving at the second floor, she took the right turn to get to her room.
When she entered her room, I forwarded towards the guest room where she was living with Aunty for the few days back.
I saw the photo frame of the family picture of Roshni on the bedside table which Titly got with her here saying it will always be with her.
I took the photo frame in hand and kept thinking as something came to my mind and right then I heard Titly shouting, “Vai?”
I rushed to her room with that photo in my hand without realization. When I got inside the room, I saw her standing in front of the mirror of the dressing table.
Seeing me, she uttered pointing at the person in the mirror, “Who is she?”
I kept staring at her being all silent while thinking what should I tell her being afraid from within if something bad happens to her.
Roshni's P.O.V.
Coming back to our place, Ammi, Heer and I kept sitting in the living room for a while. After some time, Ammi stood up as she said, “I am tired. I will take some rest.”
When I uttered, “Ammi, please”, she got stopped and turning to me, she spoke up with a little bit of smile, “I am alright, Roshni. Don’t worry.” and left the place.
When she got into her room, I looked all around the house only to remember all the memories with her. My eyes got teary as I kept thinking all this.
Then Heer spoke up, “Api, you need to be strong here. You can't fall weak.
While nodding at her, I spoke up, “You are right Heer. There is nothing to worry about Tithy now. Ruhaan is there to take care of her. Now I have to take care of Ammi.”
It was almost noon and I thought of preparing something for lunch as Ammi needs to take her medicine.
After finishing with the cooking, I took a quick shower and making ablution, I said my prayer
After lunch, I got up to bring the medicine of Ammi but it was not in the medicine box. While searching for it, I got back to my room but there wasn’t the medicine also.
Then I remembered, I took her all medicines to Ruhaan's place. I called Ruhaan but he didn’t answer it.
I kept thinking what should I do now as the medicine wasn’t available here. I thought of visiting Ruhaan's place but what if Titly sees me! What will I answer her, if she questions me?
Then my eyes fell on the picture of Tithy. Holding that, I started crying silently.
Right then I heard her uttering, “Searching this?”
I turned back only to get shocked seeing Titly standing by the door holding the medicine box.
Titly’s P.O.V.
Getting back from the hospital when I reached home, I thought of getting freshen up first. Saying that to Vai, I left for my room.
I felt Vai was following me as he might think I was still weak. So without bothering that, I forwarded towards my room normally.
Taking out my clothes, I rushed to the washroom. Getting a quick shower, I got out of the washroom. I felt the clothes were quite loose for me.
While thinking about how could I lose so much of weight overnight, I got near the dressing table.
Then I saw her. In the mirror, it wasn’t me but someone else. Being afraid, I shouted, “Vai..”
When he entered my room after few seconds, I asked him pointing at the mirror, “Who is she?”
Vai just kept standing there staring at me being all silent. Seeing that, I got near him and while shaking his hand, I uttered again, “Vai?”
Holding me, he just uttered, “Titly please don't take stress. Please calm down.”
I tried to say, “But Vai” but interrupting me, he spoke up, “Ple..please sweetie. Calm down. No need to worry. I am here with you.
The voice of Vai was trembling and I could feel, he was being afraid but couldn’t understand of what. I have never seen him like this.
Getting hold of myself, I nodded at him and he made me sit on the bed and gave me a photo frame while kneeling in front of me. Being confused, I took that. When I saw vai looking at the picture, I followed his gaze only to get shocked.
I kept staring at the picture and there was the girl of my face right now. I turned to the mirror and then again looked at the picture. I gave vai an utterly confused look whereas he was just giving me an assuring look.
I again turned to the picture. There was a middle-aged lady whom I saw in my room in the hospital when I woke up and there were two other girls.
Though I didn’t recognize them but one seemed quite familiar to me. Then I remembered she was Roshni Api whom I met in a watch shop.
As I kept staring at the picture, Vai spoke up, “You know them?”
While shaking my head, I spoke up only to get stopped after uttering, “No but” as every single memory made its way to my mind and I went blank for a while.
When I got back to my sense, I found Vai shedding tears badly as he just uttering, “Titly, please say something, dear. Please don’t do this to me.”
Seeing him like that, tears came to my eyes also. I could easily feel how much he had gone through those years thinking of me as dead.
I slowly uttered, “Vai?” but he didn’t hear me but kept being like that. I just hugged him.
Getting startled, he got stopped and I uttered, “I am sorry Vai for leaving you alone. Sorry for making you go through this. I am sorry.”
Hugging me back, he started crying again. I kept patting his back for a while and then made him look at me.
Wiping his tears, I uttered again, “I am sorry.”
With a little bit of smile he wiped my tears also and hugged me again.
After a while, I let go of him remembering something and uttered, “Vai, Roshni Api?”
Before Vai could say something, I uttered again, “Where is she? I didn’t see her in the hospital. No, I saw her at night but when I woke up she wasn't there. Where is she vai?”
Vai spoke up, “Actually we thought you might have forgotten” and interrupting him in between, I uttered, “I got it. But I need to meet her. Let's go to her.”
Saying this, I got up and left the room. When I was on the staircase, my eyes fell on the wall clock of the living room.
Remembering something, I spoke up, “Vai, you go ahead. I am coming.”
Saying this, I forwarded towards the guest room.
Getting something, I rushed outside. Getting in the car, I spoke up, “Vai, we need to rush otherwise it will be late for the medicine time of Ma.”
Hearing me, Vai smilingly nodded and started driving towards our destination.
When we reached there, Ma was sitting at the dining table with Heer but api wasn’t there.
Seeing me, Heer stood up and uttered happily, “Tithy?”
Hearing her, Ma turned to me. Without bothering other things, I took out her medicine and gave it to Ma and spoke up, “Ma, here is your medicine. Take it”
Hearing me, tears came out of her eyes. Wiping that, I spoke up, “Ma, at first take this. After that, we will talk.”
After taking the medicine, she hugged me. After a while, she let go of me and tried to utter something but wiping off her tears I spoke up before that, “No need to say anything, Ma. I remember every single thing and I am utterly grateful to you all.”
She spoke up smilingly, “Tithy..Titly”
Understanding her hesitation, I spoke up, “It’s Tithy for you, Ma. And Tithy or Titly whatever my name is, I will be your daughter, right?”
She caressed my face and hugged me again. I hugged her back and after a while letting go of her, I spoke up, “Heer, where is Api?”
Heer pointed towards our room and uttered, “Searching those medicines.” and I forwarded towards the room.
When api saw me, she just got paused there. There were tear stains visible on her cheeks.
I walked up to her and while wiping the tears spoke up, “You really thought I will forget you for good!”
She just hugged me while crying. I hugged her back and when I heard her uttering, “I am sorry, sweetie.”
I let go of her and spoke up, “You did nothing to apologize api. And if you are talking about my face then I must say, I like this face too. So don’t be sorry. All these years you did so much for me and I am utterly grateful for that. Thank you api for saving my life.”
While caressing my face, she hugged me again. Then after a while, she let go of me and we got outside of the room.
Ma, Heer and Vai were sitting in the living room. Seeing them, Api spoke up, “Ruhaan, where is Shaan?”
Vai got paused for a moment and then he turned to me. I spoke up normally, “Api, Shaan has gotten something important to do..”
While saying this my voice got slower at the last part as I remembered the news and understood there was no way for it to be true that Shaan had gotten something important to do rather he was up to doing something crazy....
