Shaan’s P.O.V.

Leaving from Ahmed Mansion when I got back home, it was almost midnight. Abbu was already asleep. I also got into my room and getting freshen up, I went to bed.
Just thinking about Titly and our arguments, a smile crept on my lips and when I thought of the person who made it look like Titly died and prevented her from coming back to us, my blood just boiled up.
I kept thinking who possibly could be the person and at some moment of being like this, I fell asleep.
After fazar prayer, I again slept. Though I felt I slept for sometime but when I woke up, it was almost noon.
Looking at the clock, I got down from my bed and rushed to washroom. Getting ready, I was about to get downstairs but got stopped as I heard someone talking in the study.
Abbu generally didn’t stay home this time. So getting somewhat curious, I got near the study only to get utterly shocked hearing the words Tamim Vai said to Abbu and the answer Abbu gave him just boiled my blood up.
When Tamim vai was about to leave, he got shocked seeing me. He uttered hesitantly, “I am sorry.” without bothering to answer him, I got inside the study.
Seeing me, Abbu also got shocked. But getting himself together in no minute, he uttered, “Shaan, you! When did you arrive?”
While glaring at him, I spoke up, “So, it was YOU who did all these!”
He like really pretended to be unknown to what I was saying and spoke up, “What are you talking about?”
I couldn’t help shouting, “Stop this drama. How could you do this to them? How could you do this to me? You knew that I love Titly yet you did that”
“I knew but I didn’t want it like that. And I don’t think I did anything wrong.” He spoke up sternly.
“What did you say? You didn’t do anything wrong! You just not prevented Titly coming back to us but also made her life miserable along with Roshni Vabi. Because of you, Ruhaan vai went through all the pain. And you made use of Tamim vai for doing all that. But still you are saying you didn’t do anything wrong. Are you serious like really!” I just blurted out while glaring at him.
And before he could utter anything, I said in a deadly tone, “Confess everything and surrender yourself before I make you do that.”
Making me got startled, he scoffed and uttered, “Why would I? You will never be able to find anything regarding this which you will provide as proof. So stop saying all these nonsense. Besides I didn’t do this for me. I did all these for you.”
When I gave him a utterly confused look, he spoke up again, “I didn't like you being with them. I just did whatever it took me to get you away from them. They are not the right people for you. They brainwashed you to have you all around them. Understand your position and status Shaan. You shouldn’t meet with them.”
Hearing him, I got speechless for a while and then uttered, “You are saying you did all those because of me! They had to go through all those difficulties and sufferings because of me. If only I wouldn’t have been with them, then all those wouldn’t have happened! Then it’s me. It’s only me who is to blame for their situation.”
Saying this, I looked at him and got silent as he spoke up again, “Don’t go to them Shaan. I am saying this for your own wellbeing. Understand this.”
Saying all these, he left the room and I stayed there being frozen and one thing kept buzzing in my mind, “Only if I have not been there with them, nothing of those would have happened to them then.”
While thinking like this, I left the house and started walking without having any destination in mind and ended up finding myself in the park where we used to come.
Sitting in our as usual place, I kept thinking what to do now. If I want to get him punished, I need to have proof of his wrong doings. As Tamim Vai won't confess his involvement with him then there is no proof against him.
I thought of going to Ruhaan vai for once but dropped the idea while considering what should I say to him.
How would I say to him that my father, my so called own father did all these!
I kept sitting in the park as I couldn’t decide what to do or where to go.
Ruhaan's P.O.V.
After office, I came back home with Titly. Roshni was already home then and watching something on TV along with Aunty.
As soon as she saw us, she changed the channel being all startled and I gave her a questioning look.
Without bothering that, she uttered, “You two are back? Go and freshen up first. I am bringing something for you two.” and forwarded towards kitchen.
Nodding at her, Titly left to her room and I also forward towards my room.
Getting freshen up, I got back downstairs and asked Roshni, “What’s the matter?”
She uttered looking at the TV, “Tamim really surrendered to the police but took all the blame on himself. He was on the news.”
I got silent hearing her. Right then Titly came there and uttered, “Api, where is Shaan? Didn’t he come today?”
I smiled a little hearing her as Roshni spoke up, “Why are you asking about him! Whenever you two meet, you just went on arguing with him over even the smallest things.”
Hearing Roshni, she spoke up, “Generally in this time he is here always. That's why I asked.”
And I spoke up with a little bit of teasing tone, “Missing your argument or Shaan?”
She looked at me and uttered, “It’s nothing like that, Vai. I was just generally asking.”
When she saw us chuckling, she uttered in irritation, “What? You two are just really impossible.” and left from there.
Roshni then uttered, “Where is Shaan actually? We need to talk over that.”
“Right. Okay then let me call him.”Saying this, I took out my mobile and dialled his number.
I called him for several times but he didn’t just answer it.
I looked at Roshni and uttered, “He is not answering my calls.” Then I turned to my phone and dialled his number again while uttering, “Strange! He never ignores my call then what's the matter with him now?”
Little did I know what he was doing...
