"So, that's it. What we have done all these days are nothing. Just like that you're asking us to leave?" Kristen asked angrily as she looks at me with full hatred now. "Because she was chosen. How did she even pass?" she choked out, tears already running from her eyes. I just remained silent.
"Stop whining, you know that only one gets to stay others have to leave. Besides i have rejected you all the very first day except her." Alex retorted her as I awkwardly stood in my position, trying to come up with something to convince Alex for letting them stay. How did i get chosen? All I did was causing trouble and constantly trying to escape, so why? Was it because of my blood? Or because the Mendez clan are looking for me?
"You've got to be kidding me!" Hannah snapped before Kristen broke into tears.
"Just Shut up and leave already. We have no more use of you." Joey said harshly as I stared at them in disbelief. How xan they change drastically? Yesterday they treated girls like angels. Now they're throwing them out like garbage.
"Wait, give them a chance." I asked them in a gentle tone but they looked at me nonchalantly. " Don't you think They deserve it after everything they've done for you. They let you feed off them and dis other things too. Plus, I think that-"
"Who the hell cares about what you think, Barbie doll?" Alex interrupted me again. I couldn't help but gave him a deadly glare. It was all his fault that this is happening.
"I am so used to live here. How will i leave!" Hannah cried while hugging Diane tightly. What was their problem anyways? They should be happy that they're free. I would kill to be in their position right now.
"Danny, show them out." Alex muttered, which was followed by a sigh. Elena came to my side to comfort me. Though not frequently, she's there when I needed someone the most. She too has no way out like me. She's mated with James . That's why they're away for a while . James looks pretty descent compared to his brothers. Atleast he is loyal to her .
" What?" I asked as Alex shook me. He frowned at me . Looks like I had zoned out.
"Get ready to go out. We are going for a walk around the town." David said with a smile and I slowly nodded before turning around to leave for my room.

I wore my sleeveless simple yellow dress and sighed before walking out of the room. As soon as i got out of my room, Franklin appeared out of nowhere.
"Katy, stay close to us, okay?" He sounded worried . As he glanced at me from head to toe, his eyes became a shade darker, making me extremely uncomfortable.
"You're looking gorgeous in that dress, katy." Joey complimented as i entered the living room by now, I am kinda used to it.
"Where is everyone?" I asked softly, searching around the area when I realized the girls are sent away . Add to that Alex and James aren't here.
"They're staying behind." David ruffled my hair and I was about to say something when i noticed joey glare at me. Since Alex and james aren't coming, this is me real chance to escape.
"Well, here he is. " Danny grinned at me. I had to escape, no matter what.
"Let's go." Alex's voice caught me off guard and I gasped before turning around to face him. He looked at me for a second and he shook his head in displeasure.
"What the hell are you wearing?" He asked which confused me . David, joey and Franklin are smiling like idiots.
"Me?" I asked him back . He came closer to me causing my heart skip a beat.
"Yes. Go change into something decent else, you're not going." He said slightly annoyed causing me frown at him.
"Why? These are the clothes you gave me when i came here, also why should i change for you?" I raised my voice and I watched him clenching his fingers tightly seeing my "bold" attitude.
"I said," he started to come even closer and pulled on my dress, almost revealing my chest region and I immediately covered it with my hands. "Go change." He let go of the dress while giving me his famous glare, causing a shiver down my spine.
" Alex, calm down." Danny grumbled and I snapped my head towards him.
"Yeah, it's just a dress, what are you getting all worked up about?" Davis said in an almost teasing tone . Alex still looking at my face. Was it something on my face?
"Don't tell me you're actually jealous that-"
"Shut up, let's go now." Alex cut off Elena as I watch him turn around before leading the way. I stared at him and ignored David who now wrapped an arm around my shoulder and dragging me along. What was up with Alex? He's weird.
After a long walk around the city, I let out a soft groan and looked at Alex, who was still walking faster as people gathered around and cheered us every now and then.
"Stay close." David instructed, tangling an arm around my waist and I looked at him in confusion. "Mendez clan are searching for you, ready for any opportunity. We only have one more block to go before we go home." He explained and I stopped to think for a minute. Why do they want me anyways? I don't have anything special. They're planning to use me. What if they're really trying to help me?
"Katy?" I snapped my head up to look at David and quickly nodded for whatever he said before brushing his hand away and jogging up to Elena.
"Hey, do you have a minute?" I asked softly, tugging at her dress and trying my best to ignore the people coming towards us. Luckily, the boys had huddled walking around us and created a clear path as we walked along.
"What is it?" Elena muttered and I looked at Alex, who has now stopped to talk to a man. Good, now was my chance.
"Help me escape..." I barely whispered, eyeing at the boys, who were now surrounded by our city most beautiful girls, as they giggled and bashed their eyelashes flirtatiously.

" help me escape. We both know that I don't want to be here. You accepted your fate and decided to be here forever but not me." I tried my best to pursue her with my words .
"I suppose...but what's the plan? Tell me your plan..." she trailed off when I shook my head and let out a frustrated sigh.
"All I need is you have to distract Alex." I said, inching closer to her ans she agreed. I hope she doesn't get into trouble for this.
"Alex is already distracted. It's your lover boy that needs to be taken care of." Elena let out a groan, glancing past me and I followed her gaze to notice David, who was now talking to some girls as well.
"Great! Fine, you go and distract Alex and David, I'll use that chance to run and-"
"Distract who, Barbie doll?" Alex's voice cut me off and I gasped before turning to face him, who was now standing right behind me, his eyes burning holes through my face as both Elena and I backed away. The people started whispering and staring at us as the boys started walking up to me, David looks at me in pity before turning away.
"Nice plan you got, katy." Joey almost chuckled but managed to keep a straight face. Now the people are coming closer to eavesdrop on our conversation.
"What's going on?" one of them even asked them . Alex shoot me one more glare before turning to face the people.
"Nothing, the girls are just tired." David lied smoothly and I turned to look at Elena, giving her a nod.
I started to run and pushed through the people, my heart pounding loudly against my chest as the boys called out my name but I didn't even bother to glance back at them.
"Go after her!"
"Move out of the way!"
I heard them yell before I turned towards the nearest block, my legs almost giving away as I struggled to run faster. What have I done? At any time, the boys could use their powers and catch me. Then,that'll be the end of me.
"Woah! Hello there, sweetheart." a familiar voice said when two large hands covered my mouth and yanked me back. I turned to look at Terry, who swiftly pulled out a Vervain chain out of his pockets and slipping it around my neck before I could even pull away from him.
"They won't be able to find you anymore." He said while grabbing my wrist and dragging me to the nearest park . I tried to free myself from him. But he's too strong for me. He pulled me down behind the bush. He covered my mouth with his hands when i tried to scream.
"Be quiet! Do you want Alex to find you?! After you tried to escape from him in public? Go ahead. " he said as I instantly grew quiet, my eyes widening at his words before I shook my head. "Good girl." A evil smirk on his face and the memory of him almost choking me to death flashed through my mind, making m me shed tears but I knew I had no other choice but to do as he says for now. It didn't even take two minutes for the Ivanov brothers to reach the park. I held my breath as Terry pulling me into a tight hug, making sure to keep me hidden. I buried my face inside his chest and gripped his shirt when I heard them talk.
"Where did she go?!"
"We looked everywhere!"
"Where the fuck is she?!" Alex's voice stood above all the boys . I was trembling in fear as I tightened the grip on Terry's shirt, asking him to inch closer to the bush but he didn't budge. Instead,he smirked as he stared at my petrified state and I turned away, not wanting to give him what he wanted.
"Just shut up and find her, I don't care what it takes to find her!" Alex snapped again, making me jump a little. His voice was too close to the bush we were hiding behind now and if it wasn't for the chain, I would definitely have been caught by now.
"We can't hear her heartbeat or sense her presence."
"it's impossible, unless she was on Vervain."
"Alex, do you think that terry-"
"I told you guys to shut the fuck up and go find her!" Alex spat and I looked up at Terry, who is looking satisfied and happy making my breath hitch in fear. This guy really was after Alex. But why? What did alex even do?
It wasn't long before they went away and I pulled away before looking up at Terry, who nodded with a grin.
"Thank you for saving me." I said quickly and was about to stand up when he tightened the grip around my waist before pulling me closer.
"Finally," he mumbled, his eyes gleaming in pleasure under the light of moon and I stiffened in my position. " Now You're all mine." He finished and I quickly shook my head before swatting his hands away and standing up straight.
"I never said that I would come with you!" I snapped, backing away from him and he bolted up to me before locking my wrists in a tight grip. What does he want from me?
"You're really cute and adorable." He stated softly and I glared at him before moving back a little but he followed my motion, causing my heart to drop. What was he planning to do?
"Why don't you just give up, sweetheart?"
"Stay away from me!"
"And if I don't? Who's going to come save you? Alex?" he asked and I became silent again before backing away a little further. Terry suddenly grabbed my wrist and slammed them to the wall as he closed his face to mine. I held back the urge to scream. I didn't want to show him that i was afraid of him.
"You shouldn't have run away..." he whispered, pecking my cheeks and I froze before looking at him.
"Get the fuck away from me!" I spat with so much hatred and I huffed when he simply chuckled at my outburst.
"You better get used to me, sweetheart," he said, closing in on me again . I shuddered when his lips brushed against my jawline and then all the way up to my earlobes before he whispered the words that sent my eyes widening in fear.
"Because you're going to have so much fun with us."
