Ryan's pov:
I quickly bashed inside my room with the idea that she would still be there standing in the same spot waiting for me but hell no! There was no trace of her in there. She is gone……… She doesn't have any smell so there was no way to detect where she could be or how long she had left. I sighed deeply before plopping on my bed. My eyes moved to the mess she caused, the pail of water and the soaked mob on the floor. The messy food littered every single spot on the desk. I smiled and looked away.
I stared at the spot where I met her immediately after I entered, I could remember vividly that she had food in her hands and mouth. I laughed at how embarrassed and shy she seemed to be.
She looked cute when she felt embarrassed, but my face hardened as I recalled how afraid she looked. It was as if she was scared and afraid of me, her scared behavior breaks me. I don't want her to be afraid of me, I don't bite, or is it because I am the king?

I cursed under my breath, I don't want her to see me as the king but as her mate but I don't know how to convince her that we are made for each other. She might think that I have lost, especially now that she doesn't have a wolf, it will be impossible for her to notice our bond. Without her wolf it is pointless, and I know that the only way to convince her about us is if only she had a wolf. I drooped a bit with my head lowered, I let out a frustrated growl when running my hands through my hair.
Something strikes my mind, getting me curious. But why was she acting strange? Though I wasn't against her eating the food that was kept for me, her having a taste of my food made me feel special and delighted. But she seemed goddamn hungry which had me confused……. Wait!! Let it not be what I am thinking.
Are they starving her? Let it be that they are not starving her because she seemed fucking hungry, my eyes suddenly turned cold and hard.
"She seemed hungry to me," Ethan said
"What has my mother done this time around?" I grunt.
"How sure are you that it is your mother?" Ethan asked.
"I have a feeling that it is one of her silly acts, then if not, who could have the guts to starve that little Angel…….. My light, MY THESAURUM!!!" I coldly snapped.
"I think you mean our thesaurus not only yours," Ethan rolled his eyes at me.
"Look, Ethan, I am not in for your argument," I lashed, earning a glare from him.
"Then say our not yours because she is mine too," he insists.
"Fine! Fine!!" I exclaimed. "She is ours…… Are you okay now?" I snarled.
"Better…." He giggled.
I hope that this is not among my mom's doing because I won't take it lightly with the person involved with this. I made strict rules and they all have to abide by them, be it whosoever. But where do I start looking for her now? She doesn't have any smell, both human and wolf smell. Looking for her will warrant a lot of suspicion and questions from the packs and I didn't want to put her in the spot right now. I don't think she will be comfortable being the center of discussion and I won't go on and announce about us in the presence of every single soul without her concept.
Swirling around the bed, I feel restless. The doorknob twisted, drawing my attention, with a frown I watched as Bianca walked in.
"Not now, Bianca," I blurted out with a scowl expression.
"Good afternoon to you too," she mumbled, flinging her hair sideways as she spares me a seductive stare.
"What do you want?" I frowned.
"You!" She shamelessly blurted out.
"Me as in how?" The skin in between my forehead deepened in confusion.
"I want you, Ryan……. I want to feel you, I need you all over me. To be precise I need you inside of me, to feel you," uttering she kept roaming her bitchy hands all over me.
"Just stop it!!" I said with disgust before shoving her hands off me.
"Come on, Ryan, somebody needs to make you feel good," she whined. I quickly hopped out of the bed. "You can have the bed all to yourself," I glared before lugging to the door.
"I will tell Liam about us!!" Twisting the doorknob, I halt at my step.
"Are you blackmailing me now, Bianca?" Turning around, I coldly snapped.
"I will tell him everything that is going on," her face turned icy cold.
"Is that your plan to hurl me into sleeping with you?" I slur.
"You can call it anything but don't push me," she warned with a glaring brow.
"Why are you doing this?" I slumped my shoulders.
"I just want you, Ryan…… just make me feel like a woman and trust me. I won't say any shit to Liam, I know that you don't want to lose Liam or his trust," she mumbled the last words with a devilish smirk.
"Don't you dare fall into her trap!!" Ethan yelled.
"Is not that we were left with any choice, Ethan," I groaned.
"Which choice? Allow her to tell Liam beside that will free you from her unnecessary threats," he said.
"Can you listen to yourself, that means losing Liam," I clapped back.
"You won't lose Liam, trust me," he uttered.
"If I don't lose him then what about his trust?" I said.
"You won't lose anything, Bianca is just making a fool of you," he shot back.
"Don't get me angry, Ethan!!" I warned.
"Which one is angry? I am trying to help you see things," He barked.
"I can't take chances," I said.
"Then what about our mate? The pain that she will go through if you fuck that whore?" He yelled.
I gritty my teeth in anger, he is right. What about Ashley? What do I do now? I am confused.
"She won't feel any shit……. She doesn't have any wolf," I said, trying to convince myself.
"Who told you?" He glared
"SHE DOESN'T HAVE ANY DAMN WOLF!!" I yelled at him.
"The mere thought of you fucking another person that is not our mate disgusts me and makes me sick in the stomach," he grumbled.
"Deal with it," I said before shoving him behind me at the back of my head.
"Are you done having a word with your wolf?" Her eyes arched up.
"It's none of your business," I snarled.
"Huh," she mumbled with tight lips.
"Let's get done with this," I said with irritation, moving closer to her, she seductively giggled before crawling on top of the bed.
