My wolf and I felt so happy to have him. I glanced at Tess's cubicle as we passed her. "Bye, Tess!"
She looked up at me and waved with a large smile on her lips, "See you tomorrow!"
Sebastian and I walked out of the office and made our to the elevator. He pressed the button for it to open and when it did, we climbed into the elevator. Only the two of us were inside and as the doors closed, the tension between us increased. I could feel his gaze on me as the elevator went down. I glanced at him and asked, shyly, "Do I have something on my face?"
My question made him chuckle as he shook his head, "No, Kat. There's nothing on your face."
"Then why are you staring at me?" I asked him with a confused frown on my brows.
He looked amused at my question and his eyes captured mine as he answered me, "Because you're so beautiful and I can't help, but stare at my beautiful mate."
My heart beat faster at his compliment and my face flushed, "You're very good looking too, the most good looking guy that I have ever seen."
His lips tugged up into a smile and he looked pleased, he cupped my blushing cheek in his right hand as he stared into my eyes. "You're so cute when you blush and it reminds me of how good and innocent you are that it scares of being with you, scares me of tainting you with my not so innocent ways."
I shook my head vigorously at his words, "No, Sebastian. You can't leave me. I don't care if you have tattoos or look like a bad boy, I want to be with you, my mate, no matter how you look on the outside because I know that you're good on the inside."
His smile widened into a grin and I could see the happiness in his eyes along with love and want. He looked like he wanted to say something as he parted his lips then closed it. He seemed to change his mind as he parted his lips against and said, "You're one of a kind, Kat Mason and I am so glad that I am your mate."
My tummy squeezed in delight at his words and he leaned his face closer to mine as his eyes flickered to my lips before looking back up to my eyes. I felt my heart beat even faster at his closeness and as I anticipated the kiss that he was going to give me. Just as his lips was an inch away from mine, the elevator doors opened and we heard a gasp. We pulled away from each other and turned to see manager Heather standing there with a frown on her brows and a surprised look on her face.
"Hello, Sir." She greeted Sebastian as she entered the elevator and briefly glanced at me with disdain, "Kat."
Sebastian only nodded at her as he tugged me out of the elevator. I gave her a small smile as I waved, "See you tomorrow, manager!"
My niceness and enthusiasm only made her cringe as the frown on her face deepened. Sebastian's voice pulled my attention to him as we walked to the door of the building. "I can see what you mean when you said that you're scared of pissing her off. It's obvious that she doesn't like you."
"I know and I don't know why, but I can probably guess. Since I came late this morning and she found out that I'm dating you, she believes that I got this job because of my relationship to you." I said with a sigh as the people that passed us kept greeting Sebastian while he nodded at them.
A frown fell on his brows as he said, "So she thinks that gives her a right to hate you? She should better be careful because I won't tolerate her treating my mate badly."
We have just walked out of Wolfe Corp when he stopped, making me stop too. I gave him a reassuring smile, "I'm sure she won't try anything on me since she knows that I am dating you."
"Alright, but if she does, don't hesitate to let me know, okay, cupcake?" He asked me with both of his brows raised and a concerned look on his face.
I nodded as my lips stretched into a large smile, "Okay, my mate."
"Now, let's go meet your parents first before you meet mine." He said with a smile touching his lips again.
"Alright." I replied as he tugged me towards the curb where a red new model Lamborghini was parked.
"Whoa! That's your car?!" I asked in shock and awe as I stared at the beautiful car.
My reaction made Sebastian chuckle as he nodded, "Yes, that's one of my cars."
My eyes widened in shock, "There's more?"
"Yes, and I'll show you when I take you to my house." He replied me, looking amused.
The driver's door opened and a man wearing chauffeur's uniform along with the hat climbed out. "Evening, Sir and Sir's lady friend."
"Hi!" I greeted him with a smile while Sebastian nodded at him, "George."
He walked around the car and was about to open the back seat for us, but Sebastian stopped him. "Wait, give me the keys. I'll drive with my girlfriend. You can hitch a ride with Adam to take you back to the house."
"Yes, Sir." The chauffeur replied and turned around to walk back into the building.
"Come on." Sebastian said to me as he tugged me towards the passenger seat.
He let my hand go and opened the door for me, I climbed in as I said, "Thanks."
He pushed the door closed and walked around the car to get to the driver's side. As soon as he climbed in, he started unbuttoning his suit jacket. He pulled it off along with his cuff links and threw it in the back seat. He glanced at me before looking back at his arms as he started rolling up his white shirt sleeves to his elbows. More of his tattoos were now on show and I suddenly found it very arousing as I stared at him.
He took off his tie and threw it in the back seat too then unbuttoned the first two buttons of his shirt. His gaze strayed to mine as he finished and a smirk fell on his lips, "Enjoying the show?"
I suddenly felt embarrassed at being caught staring and a small blush rose to my cheeks.
