Nicole responded, she couldn’t even think of doing that, no way.
"What do you mean? It's my life, Rafael is my husband and I want him back, this is not your life, it's all mine and I have a right to request it back, that was the deal, you step off when I come back,"

Nicole yelled, she couldn't believe her sister was asking those words, it had to be a dream, she has to wake up from this dream.
"What? It's all mine, I just let you have it for a while, it's time to give it back,"
"I am not going to give you what's mine Natalie, never,"
"What's yours? Bitch? Are you fucking kidding me right now? You have my life, I am the one not you, so get off your high horse and hand it back,"
Natalie yelled at her.
"I won't, I don't fucking care, you can't make me do things anymore, I am not your puppet anymore, I will think about myself and put myself and my family above everything else, I can't give up my husband, yes, he is my husband, the man I love and father of my future children, I won't give him up, you can say whatever you want, assume the worst of me, but I won’t do as you say, yes, I admit that Rafael wasn't mine from the beginning but somewhere, yes, somehow the universe decided he should be mine, he loves me just as much as I love him and we are going to be together no matter what you say, woman, so you are the one who should get off her high horse,"
Nicole replied, each word spoken with much determination, Natalie looked livid but Nicole was way past caring about her twin's feelings, if Natalie wasn't going to care about her, she would do exactly the same and not give a flying fuck about her sister.
"Do you guys realize your voices are so loud that anyone can hear you talk? Why are you guys fighting here when you can take it to your rooms?"
Nicole heard their mom say, she hadn't expected their mom at all, their dad walked in behind their mom.
"Why should we talk inside when your daughter stole what's mine? I have a right to demand my life back don't I? She even stole your love for me, why are you treating me like you use to treat her? I am your favorite remember?"
Natalie said.
"Shut up, Natalie, no one is my favorite above anyone of you, you are both my daughters and I love you both equally and your sister didn't steal anything from you, do you know what stealing is? How long were you gone that you have the right to just breeze in back here and demand such things, you don't own a thing, Natalie, the minute you walked out of this house to the airport instead of the church is the moment you gave everything away,"
Their mom said.
"Yes, mom, go ahead and support her, go right ahead, yes, she didn't take anything from me yet she got married in my name, go right ahead, she didn't do anything, yes, I can see, you are blinded to mom,"
"Natalie watch your tongue, you are under my roof,"
Their dad yelled at her sister who took a step back.
"Why dad? I can't say what's on my mind? Why do you want me to leave your house? Of course, I will, I plan on doing just that, just tell your thief of a daughter to give me back my name and my husband,"
She yelled back at their dad.
"Your husband? When and where did you marry him? Were you in the church that day? What? Do you know what vows they said? What? Your name? Do you know how easy it is to change a name? If your sister didn't like you or put your feelings first, she would have changed it before you came back but she choose not to even after we told her we will willingly sign the name change paper, she refused to, wanting you to be back so that you won't have to bear so much lost, she has been doing all the work you left for her and now you come back and accuse her? How long were you gone for? One week? One month? No, you were gone for over six months, what did you expect to happen?"
Their dad questioned, Nicole stood there in silence, she didn't even know what to say, her parents were on her side which wasn't pleasing her sister at all, she wished Natalie wasn't doing this, wished they could just resolve the whole issue without any drama but Natalie didn't want peace as her next words hurt even more than the others.
"Don't think because you suddenly have them backing you up, this is going to be easy on you, no it won't, I won't back out of getting back what's mine, just so you know, I hope you remember how they used to treat you, it only changed when you started using my identity and became the perfect daughter they wanted, bet you if you were still locked up in your studio making those horrible painting of yours yes, those painting are horrible just like you, and they won't even look at you if you weren't carrying my name, so try to remember that and also, think about it, everything you have now is never going to be yours, you are living in my shadow which is just your fantasy that I will soon crush,"
Her sister said pointing in her direction.
"What more, I will do everything to get back everything that is mine I don't mind getting my hands dirty, that's a fucking threat, you thief,"
Natalie added and left them there, her mom followed her sister barking out orders but Natalie didn't listen, her dad followed behind them not saying a word to her, this went even worst than she had thought, there was nothing more she could do here than to go back home, she walked out of her parent's garden and got their driver to take her back home, she texted her mom on her way thanking her for at least trying.
When she got home, she rushed into the bathroom, filled the tub with water, and got in, letting the tears flow with the water, she was beyond upset, the things Natalie said to her hurt her the more she thought about it, what? A thief? She called her a thief and a betrayer? That's so low, she never felt so humiliated like she did when her twin kept saying those awful words to her, she knew she didn't betray Natalie, she didn't, This whole thing was met to happen, the universe just had a way to make her happy and they did, so she wasn't going to let her sister guilt trip her into giving up her happiness, Rafael and her unborn baby was her life and she wasn't going to give them up, not even for the world.
"I will fight for what's mine, Rafael is mine,"
She said to herself out loud, her doubts, her mind, she would fix them, she want going to just back down, let Natalie do her worst, she knew her worst won't stop what she and Rafael had, it was special and had forever written all over it, their future together would be beautiful just like their present right now, she just knew it.
The words her sister used on her were hella hurtful, the thought of it made her cry, even more, she wiped off the tears but it just kept coming and coming, she dipped herself into the water and let the tears wash away with it.
