"A ten hours flight, how am I going to survive it?"
Nicole asked dramatically as they rode to the airport two days later, her husband shook his head and looked away, he must be tired of her nagging, she had been doing nonstop.
"Wow, now I am talking to myself, so much for true love,"
She let out when he didn’t respond to her, he rolled his eyes.
"Baby, you have been saying the same thing nonstop and I have told you will be fine,"
He responded.
"Yes, but I want to talk and you want to be quiet,"
She argued, her hormones were acting out and it was disturbing, she had become more talkative and was constantly looking for and starting conversations over the last two days, she had called Grace three times just because she needed someone to talk to and also she wakes her husband up just to talk to him about nothing in particular, the poor man couldn’t even say no.
"Who said I want to be quiet? You can talk to me all you want my love,"
He said pulling her closer to him, she felt safe and reassured in his arms knowing that he would never get tired of her, she spent the ride to the airport in his arms, and when they arrived at the airport, they were led to the private exit areas.
"A new private jet, wow, I should have known, I forgot you are a billionaire, how did I not know my husband is so fucking rich and influential? Wow, I sometimes forget how wealthy you are, so much money, I married rich, not a lot of people can relate.
She talked on, at this rate she was sure Rafael might be rethinking his decision to marry her or even to go on this trip but she couldn't stop chit chatting.
"Almost a trillionaire, just a few more loads and good deal and I will enter that league, so better get used to it, and also the attention that I plan on giving you,"
He said proudly.
"Yes, sir, I am looking further to it,"
"Why do you keep saying, sir?"
"It's fun,"
She answered walking away from him, this was not her first private jet ride, nope, her parents were loaded too so she has had those too, and also, she had ridden Rafael's other jet too but this felt different, aside from the fact that she was married, this was her first air travel since she got pregnant and since she and Rafael fell in love.
"Do you think I will be fine, I mean the doctor said it was okay to travel but still, I kind of feel scared, eleven hours on the plane is so long,"
She voiced as she sat down.
"Don't worry, you will be just fine, I am here with you,"
He replied holding her hands, the flight from Florida to Bora Bora was smooth even though it took so long, she had fun aboard and when they landed, they were taken to their resort, she asked and was told it was four seasons resorts, she already knew it would be beautiful but that still didn't prep her for how breathtaking the place turned out to be.
"Oh my God, it's so pretty here,"
Nicole exclaimed as they walked towards their reserved area, led by what would be a tour guy or security who worked for the resort, everything was so blue and green, she loved the feel of nature against her face.
"I know right? It is, and Armani made the best reservation as always.
"Who is Armani?"
"She is my personal assistant,"
"Oh, this is the first time I am hearing of her,"
"Yeah, she was away, she had some family issues, she is one of my best secretaries," and also she is the one that scolded me about Caleb,"
"Oh, now I want to meet her, she must be nice,"
"She is and she is smart too,"
He revealed opening the booth of their car and bringing out everything that they brought with them with the help of the taxi driver, when they were done, Rafael tipped the man and he drove off, Nicole looked around, their surrounding was covered in mostly water and beautiful beach houses and a perfect blue sky, she hasn't seen anything like this before, it was fascinating to watch, the houses were made of mainly straws and wood and they were built on top of the water, a beautiful place indeed, she kept turning around.
"Let's go in my love, you need to rest, you can explore starting tomorrow,"
Her husband said as they both walked into their home for ten whole days, she couldn't wait for the things they were going to do here and all the happy memories they were going to make, she already decided to capture every moment she can and save up memories as much as she could which is why she brought herself a new camera, she wanted to show her kids how her and their dad had been before they were born.
"I think this place was made for couples only, I will hate to come here if I am single,"
Nicole said as she stood by the window of their room, admiring the outside view from there, she was supposed to be resting but she couldn't get any sleep.
"I know right? I should have done better and brought us here as we planned,"
He said coming to stand beside her.
"You guys were originally coming here? She asked and she saw the look of realization and smiled.
"Sorry about that, but yeah, Natalie wanted us to come here but not this particular area though, not gonna lie, I don't even know where she planned but I know it was Bora Bora,"
"Oh, that's cool, at least I still came and I know I am going to have the best memories here because you are here with me,"
"Me too, Mine, me too,"
"Huh,"
"Let's get you to bed baby, we have a lot of exploring to do tomorrow,"
Her husband said leading her into their room
