Natalie finally said after a long pause and Nicole could only look with mouth open, she just said she didn't have anything to say, after leaving for six fucking months, she didn't have anything to say, no explanation, nothing.
"Are you for real Natalie? You ran away for six whole months and you don't have anything to say? Are you fucking kidding me? You left me stranded for months and you don't have an explanation? That has to be the most unreasonable thing you have ever said to me,"
She yelled at her sister.
"I left you stranded? That's doesn't seem to be the case, I mean you enjoyed living my life and I am sure you are secretly praying that I don't come back,"
She accused.
"What? Why will I do that? Have you lost your mind Natalie?"
"No, you are the one that has lost your God damn mind Nicole, we had a deal, we had rules, but you broke every one of the damn rules, you were sleeping with my husband the minute the wedding was over, you had one thing, help me keep a man yet you stole him, you fucking stole my life,"
Natalie yelled back at her, Nicole stared in shock at the world her sister's was spitting out, she was saying so much awful things to her.
"What? I was sleeping with him? You are mad Natalie, you are honestly stupid and Rafael is my husband, not yours, he married me and not you, as for sleeping with him, yes I did that but that was months after we got married, what? We had a deal? Yes, we did but that fucked ass deal was broken and obsolete the minute you decided to ghost me,".
She yelled right back.
"What? A week? A month? Six months? What does it matter how long I take? You had one assignment, keep Rafael for me instead you went around sleeping with him and playing fucking couples goals and you want me to come back and he happy with you when you openly took what's mine,"
Her sister accused.
"I didn't steal anything from you, Rafael was never yours, to begin with, he loves me and not you, you can't blame me for being with a man I love, he is my husband,"
Nicole yelled at her fighting back tears that threatened to drop, she wasn't going to give Natalie the chance to make her cry, she was going to stand firm and make her claims, Natalie couldn't just ride on her and call her a thief when she didn't take anything from her.
"Let's see, whose name is on the marriage certificate? Shall we start from there, if you can answer, is it Nicole or Natalie?"
Her sister asked, it was clear Natalie wasn't back to make peace.
"What are you getting at Natalie?"
"I asked you a simple logical question, very straightforward, all you need to do is give a straight answer, who owns the fucking name of the register?"
"It's you, you know that, why are you asking me?"
"Well, again, who was proposed to by Rafael?"
Her sister ask again, Nicole saw where this was leading to, what Natalie was driving at.
"Answer me bitch, who the fuck did Rafael propose to? You or me?"
"It is you,"
Nicole responded.
"Now, let's go back to where I talked about you being a fucking man stealer and betrayer, now let's see you deny taking what's mine, you are a fucking ass betrayer Nicole, you betrayed me and was fooling around with my husband, all I did was tell you to take my place until I sort things out and I come back and you are playing house with my husband? People like you are part of the problem of the world, you betray me, and after doing all these shits, you come here smiling expecting to do what? Welcome you and be happy for you? No fucking way bitch,"
Natalie yelled at each word pointing at Nicole, she could only stand there, short of words, everything Natalie was saying was true, she took what's her sister's, Rafael wasn't hers and wouldn't have been with her if Natalie hadn't gone away on her wedding day but it wasn't her fault things turned out the way they did, it was Natalie's fault, she was the one that pushed her to her husband, was the one that stayed away for six months and what did she expect? It's not her fault if Rafael and her had fallen in love, she tried her best to resist it, they were married for more than a month before they slept together, if Natalie had come back when she was supposed to then all these might not have happened.
"What? Did I make you speechless? Why? You don't have a come back for that, then, there, you have your answer, you thief,"
"I am not a thief, I didn't take anything from you, you never owned Rafael, the moment you choose to leave and stayed six months away, you gave up all right to Rafael, mind you, yes, he proposed to you and was going to marry you but the thing is, he married me instead and he loves me, I don't care what you fucking say Natalie, I love my husband too,"
Nicole said with all calmness, she wasn't going to raise her voice anymore, she shouldn't even be stressing herself, to begin with, it won't be good for her baby.
"Then, kiss goodbye to you and I ever being sisters again,"
Natalie threatened.
"Natalie, that's not fair,"
"Them fix this! If you want us to remain as sisters then you have to fix this,"
Fix? That was exactly what she has been trying to do since Natalie returned but Natalie has been the one putting the barrier between them, now she was talking about fixing.
