Sydney Marin Chapter 56

Jacen’s POV: “Iam her boyfriend. I care for her as much as you care. Each second, we are arguing is a waste of time. You can rather allow me to go there. We don’t know what she will do alone in Hell. Do something, please,” I said. I yelled at the Queen which at last turned into a pleading request. I have no choice now. Victoria didn’t reply for a minute. I couldn’t understand what she’s thinking right now. I told her that Iam her boyfriend which isn’t fully true. What will be her reaction? “First of all, you can’t care for her like I do. We all need a brilliant plan than taking decisions in anger. And I also protect the students who are studying here. If you keep on insisting, nothing’s going to change. But mark my words, I will surely bring my daughter back. I lost her once, which won’t happen again,” the Queen said and turned away just like that. This is going nowhere. No one ready is to take any sudden action. “Okay, we are not going to attend any classes. Just plan something to get her back now,” Noah said to Kassidy. Who looked confused and clueless that us? With more unnecessary arguments, we reached the throne hall. For a second, I was unaware of who’s sitting on the throne. Dorothy. She’s back. “What the hell are you doing here?” Victoria shouted. Victoria and Peter stopped searching for her after Sydney got into a problem. Now she’s back by herself. It isn’t a good sign at all. “Hi, sister. I heard your daughter is in hell. How are you doing?” Dorothy spoke without guilty that she’s the reason for everything. “How can you act like this when you are the reason for everything? Right now, I won’t hesitate to kill you here.” Victoria said and called the guards. Over twenty guards surrounded the hall, blocking all the paths to go out. “Do you think it’s easy to kill me? Well, it’s a funny joke,” she laughed out loud. “If you can’t be killed, then why did you run like a coward?” I asked, shutting her mouth and her awful laugh. “I didn’t run away,” she yelled, standing up from the throne. “After killing Lydia, you just vanished with our aunt. Don’t you think it’s running away? Why are you back now?” Noah raised his voice. I still hate that Pamela who’s our aunt. She’s the reason for every problem. Nina should have tied her up in our house that kicking her out. “I am back as Iam going to reign Slateville and you can’t be able to stop it,” she said resolutely. “What? You are not the Queen. You will be executed for this.” “Kill her, guards,” Victoria ordered strongly. With all her anger and pain, Victoria should kill Dorothy by herself. But she can’t stand seeing her again and again. I desperately wished for this to be over. But the Guards turned against us. “What the heck?” Kassidy said, stepping back as the twenty guards and much more targeted us. “We always are well-planned before our return. Isn’t it fascinating?” Pamela entered the hall with Cassie walking behind her proudly. “Why are you doing this? Iam ashamed that you are blood-related to us,” Noah said with disgust. “Don’t forget that you all kicked me out for an orphan girl. I have never been nice to others, but I respected my family. You throw it away. Your loss.” she said to both of us. Cassie silently stepped towards us and spoke. “Leave these two. We can deal with them later, mom,” “Of course, dear. Our target is only my sister. It never changes,” “We are not leaving the Queen. We don’t need your fucking sympathy. Do whatever you can. Bring it on. We are not afraid. Slateville knows Sydney is the princess, Victoria is the Queen,” I said loudly and didn’t take another step back. Let’s see what the guards can do. Betrayers. “That’s wrong. Slateville doesn’t know Sydney’s the princess. The coronation got cancelled. Now there’s no chance to bring Sydney back or for Victoria to rule Slateville,” Dorothy said victoriously. “They will know it soon. My daughter will come back,” Victoria hopefully said. “Okay. Cut those nonsense talks. Now all the guards are under our control, so can we talk privately, sister?” Dorothy stressed the word ‘sister’ and smirked. “No. Do what you can?” “Aw, sis. You are going to talk to me. Get the boys and portrait girl out of here, Guards,” she ordered as they obeyed her. Arrows pointed behind our back, we got out of the hall to the corridor unwillingly. “It’s time for history class, boys. Are you coming?” Cassie asked, as if she is our friend. “Go away, bitch,” Noah simply said, and that’s where Cassie always feels embarrassed or sad. It only happens when it’s my brother. “Noah, Iam trying to be nice to you after your betrayal. You got close to me just to get my mom’s diary key. It hurts a lot. Apologize.” she ordered, locking eyes with him. “Should I say you deserve to get hurt a million more times? You deserve it,” I interrupted to help my brother. “Don’t involve yourself in our conversation. It’s between us,” she said like Noah and she’s a thing. “You are crazy. There’s nothing between us. Hear me out. If I got a chance to betray you, I will do it for an infinite time,” Noah told her, and we both really walked to our history class without waiting to see her look. We got no chance but to attend the stupid classes. The situations take away from my mission to find Sydney. I have no idea what she’s doing in Hell.
