Doctor Gu looked at Yuexue and smiled, then tenderly raised his hand and ruffled Yuexue’s little head. The little girl was not only beautiful but also smart, truly endearing.
“I came today to check on your mental state, Yuexue. Seeing that you still have the energy to joke around, I feel much more at ease.”
Doctor Gu felt a sense of relief seeing Yuexue so lively and spirited; it seemed his recent research direction and efforts were correct.

“Don’t push yourself so hard. Yuexue’s life is indeed very important, but so is your health,” Gu Siyu comforted Shen Heyu.
“Didn’t you notice today? Yuexue is a very smart little girl. If you show even the slightest sign that something is wrong, she will quickly sense it.”
