DRAKE POV.
I loved the way Amanda slept peacefully on my shoulder and every single breath she breathed was calm.
I held her soft and smooth hands in mine.
'I don't know how her reaction will be if I propose to her', I thought within me.
Whoever thought I would be thinking this way.
I just wanted her by my side all the time and I will try my luck when we get back to New York.
"Lost in thought ." Angela cooed behind me as I jerked up from my thoughts, thank goodness Amanda didn't wake up.
"What?" I asked arrogantly.
She smirked at me and glanced over at Amanda.
"Such a sleeping beauty," She said with sarcasm in her voice.
"Is there anything I can help you with?" I asked irritated.
I didn't want her getting any closer to Amanda talkless of hurting her.
"You changed your dad's mind, didn't you?" She asked disappointedly.
" Yes, I did," I said firmly.
"It's okay, Just wanted to let you know that I will let you have your way and would never disturb you again." She said sincerely.
Shocked with what she stated, I stared at her for some time.
"Do you mean it?" I asked to be sure of myself.
"Yes, I do." She said as she tried smiling at me.
"It's just useless so I have to let go." She said and walked away.
' Wow! ' I thought loudly.
This was exciting and relieving but whatever the case that made Angela changed better be for good.

10 hours later.
AMANDA POV.
The sun's rays shone gently on my eyes as I opened them slightly.
"Drake!" I called still trying to process where I am.
I sat on the bed still booting up as I yawned and stretch lazily.
I got down from the bed and noticed that we were back in New York and back to my room.
"Oh my!!" I muttered realizing I slept for almost 12hours throughout the flight till I got home.
I looked at myself in the mirror and my dress was still on me and my hair was in a messy state.
My phone beeped and I went back to the bed to check out who was calling.
"Annie!!" I muttered happily.
"Hey, baby!" I said as I picked the call.
"Ammy!!" She squealed into the phone making me move it a bit farther from my ear.
"Are you back?" She asked impatiently.
"Yes just got in yesterday night," I said not even knowing exactly when I got home.
" Have missed you!" She sniffed.
"I missed you too," I said.
"Can you make it to my house today?" She asked anxiously.
" Yes of course," I said as I sat on the bed.
" Great!! And make you get ready to gist me." She said happily.
I rolled my eyes and fall on the bed completely.
"Yes ma'am," I said.
"Fine and bye for now." She said and hanged the call.
I sighed as I rubbed my hands on the blanket.
Have missed this bed a lot.
I stood up, undressed, and got into the bathroom with a towel wrapped around my body.
I switch on the shower and let the water soothe gently on my skin.
Feeling satisfied, I stepped out of the bathroom, drying my hair with my small towel.
I got dressed wearing a pair of boyfriend jeans with a pink crop top and sneakers, then I tied my hair into a ponytail. I took my handbag and hopped out of the room.
I got downstairs happily and met Drake at the dining table.
He noticed my presence and his warm smile captivated my heart.
He stood up and came over to me hugging me. I hugged him tightly smelling more of his scent into me.
"Good morning princess," He said.
"Good morning," I replied.
He broke the hug and stared into my face before giving me a light kiss on my lips.
"To Annie's?" He asked.
"Yes!" I giggled as I sat on the dining chair.
"Our beauty is finally up," Max sing-sang as he set the table and served us breakfast.
"Nice to see you again Max," I said happily.
"Yummy!" I said as I licked my lips.
Drake's hand was on mine and he has been smiling a lot and a bit anxious.
"What's wrong with you?" I asked with a smirk raising my brow at him.
"Me?" He asked surprised at my question.
"You seem kinda nervous," I said staring at him suspiciously.
"Me No-nooo!" He chuckled.
"Very well then," I said and started eating my food.
I could still feel his eyes on me and I glanced towards him making him look away immediately with a chuckle.
I rolled my eyes and finishing the last bite I got up.
"Bye!" I said as I grabbed my handbag.
"Don't stay too long." He said and I giggled nodding my hair.
DRAKE POV.
I watched her as she left the sight of me.
She was really cute when she's stubborn and annoying.
Well, she was right about me being anxious earlier.
I was thinking of a perfect time when I will ask for a date and make a proposal to her.
"You look like someone who's gonna die about asking someone for a hand in marriage," Max said behind jolting me up.
"Yeah you're right," I said feeling sick about it. I was always bold and confident but with Amanda is the way different.
"Have you ever asked her?" Max inquired from me.
"Who?" I asked wanted to be sure of who he was referring to.
"Amanda of course," He said with a smirk.
"Yes, she's the one." I sighed.
"I don't know how her reaction will be if I ask her about it. What if she's not ready?" I sighed opening up with my favorite and trusted cook.
" You can never tell when you haven't asked her," Max said.
"Maybe I will do that during the weekends," I said feeling a bit positive about it.
"Exactly, take her for a date and you proposed to her there," Max said encouraging me.
"Yes, I will," I said feeling relieved.
"What of Angela, how are you going to handle her case?" He asked.
"We've settled that yesterday night, she's no longer interested in me," I said with a smirk.
"Wow! What a change of mind easily though she would be the difficult type." Max chuckled.
"No matter how difficult she is am not interested in her," I said with a smirk.
