Drake POV.
I searched for my dad and finally saw him with some friends, I wanted to make it clear to him that am not interested in merging the company with the Castles'.
And there's no fucking way am going to be with Angela whether they like it or not have made up my mind to be with Amanda and only her.
I approached him he was unaware of my presence.
"Dad, " I called out.
He turned immediately and looked at me and a big smile formed on his face.
"Son, look at you quite a long time," He said as he pulled me in for a hug.
Am beginning to get sick of this hugging of a thing. I thought within me.
"Yeah," I said as I broke the hug.
"Dad we need to talk," I said firmly.
He raised a brow at me.
Just as I was about to talk, the host called me out for a speech.
"I will be right back," I said and went to the stage immediately.
All eyes were on me and I cleared my throat lightly.
I collected the microphone from the host and made my speech.
And I promised to donate a million dollars to a charity home in Paris.
When I was finally done, there was a round of applause from everyone.
I looked around and my eyes met Amanda's she was cleaning her eyes with a handkerchief as she smiled at me and kept on clapping.
She must be really proud of what I did.
I got down from the stage and went to meet my dad immediately.
"You did a great job there, son," He said amusingly as he patted my back.
"Yeah," I said smiling.
"So what is it you wanna talk about?" He asked as he sipped on the wine he was holding.
"I want you to call off the deal with the castles." I blurted.
"And why is that?" He asked again drinking his wine.
"Because nothing is gonna happen between me and his daughter," I said flatly.
"But she is a good and gorgeous girl all you have to do is spend more time with her." He said looking at me.
"No, I don't like her," I said annoyingly.
"Son you are already a man and need to get married." He said and I was beyond shocked.
"I have someone else in mind Dad," I said with a smirk.
"Hmmm, and who is that?" He asked.
"My...." I was about to say who I have in mind but my mum answered from behind.
"His assistant." She said smiling.
My dad stared at her then me.
"You mean that beautiful lady?" He asked.
I was already feeling happy that this would come out in a good way.
"Is she around?" He asked.
"Yes, she is," I said smiling and went to call her.
"Amanda, please come with me my dad wants to see you," I said smiling as I took her hands and led her to where my parents were.
"Nice to see you again gorgeous, " My dad said as he took her hand and kissed it.
"And you too sir," She said smiling at them.
"I see my son is in love with you," He said happily.
Amanda glanced at me and I nodded at her.
"Yes," she giggled a little.
"Hope you love him too?" He asked.
"Yes, I do," She said and smiled at me and I couldn't help smiling back.
"Since have seen you two are happy about it, I will tell the Castles to take back their company." He said and I could tell Drake was really happy.
"Thanks, Dad," He said happily.
"I'm happy for you too son." The mother said smiling at me.
His parents left us and Drake grabbed my hand and was walking.
"Where are we going to?" She asked.
"Back to the hotel, " I said with a smirk.
"But we are not done yet." She said.
"I know but we are leaving," I said and made way to the entrance.
"Wait won't we tell Angela we already going." She said looking at me.
" Go tell her then, I will wait for you then," I said.
She left me and went in search of Angela.
Amanda POV.
I went In search of Angela and spotted her sitting at one of the bars laughing her way with a guy.
I guess she is not interested in whatever's concerned with Drake.
But why is she forcing herself on him when she can easily find some guys that like her' I thought within me.
"Angela," I called out as I moved closer to her.
"How can I help you?" She asked and the guy she was talking to gazed at me.
"I'm going back to the hotel," I said.
"With Drake?" She asked.
"Yeah, he is tired," I lied.
"Anyway bye, take care of him, I will return whenever I like." She said with a smirk.
I made to leave until she spoke again.
"Do take care of him and have a nice night." She said as she sipped on her drink.
"You too," I said and left.
Is she Drunk or what' I thought within me.
I hurried quickly and met Drake waiting for me with hands crossed.
"What took you long?" He asked as he grabbed my hands and pulled me out.
"I'm suspecting you," I said sarcastically as the driver pulled up in front of us.
"You better do," He smirked mischievously.
We got into the car and he pulled me closer to him and the driver started the car and drove off.
He started nibbling on my neck, giving me little bites and my body became tense immediately.
I tried not to moan cause I didn't want the driver hearing sounds of me.
"He can't hear us," Drake said huskily as if he read my mind.
He pressed his lips on mine and kissed me deeply.
I kissed him back hotly, and we kept on teasing each other with our tongues and he rubbed his hands on my bareback.
I don't know how long we've been engrossed in our kiss until we heard a knock on the door.
We stopped immediately.
"We are at the hotel sir." The driver said.
Drake opened the door and took my hands in his and pulled it out.
I bent my head to hide my red cheeks and we got into the hotel.
We walked on the stairs and my heart raced.
Is this what he meant by tonight' I thought within me.
We got to my room and he opened the door and pushed me to wall closing the door behind him.
