But of course, I didn’t wait for her to answer, that defeats the entire purpose, so, I released her from my grip, raised my hand, and,

I reappeared in the Hokage’s office, well, outside the office cabin, since I can’t just waltz in...
I sighed, looked down, and controlled my hormones with chakra, calming myself, Then, I knocked on the door, and entered.
The scent of paper and ink greeting me as Tobirama sensei looked up from a stack of documents. Sometimes I pity him seeing how much work he has to do.
"You’re unusually late... where were you anyway?" he remarked, eyebrow raised.
"Sorry for the delay, I was busy, kissing your granddaughter." I replied with a smug face.
"I know you guys are dating, but I’d really beat you up if you put it that way just to rub it on me." Tobirama sensei glared, then laughed, then sighed, and said.
"So, what’s the reason for summoning me?... Wait, scratch that, I needed your help," I said plainly, stepping forward.
"I want to train my Yin and Yang Release. I need all your research data on them... and I’m requesting permission to join the village’s research division—especially in areas concerning Hashirama cells and the Sharingan."
Tobirama set down his pen, his gaze sharpening.
"You’re asking for access to some of the most sensitive projects in the village," he said. "You know what that entails."
"I do," I replied. "That’s why I’m asking you directly."
"Please, I am the only one you can ask." Sensei smirked
Then he leaned back slightly. "Fine. I’ll give you access. But there are conditions."
"Although I personally believe that research, including human research, is necessary, and there is nothing wrong with it...
But you are my student, and sadly, my grandson in law too, so there are extra rules for you.
You will control yourself. No reckless experiments. Not engage in research like a madman, forgetting about everything else. You will maintain certain ethical standards at all times.
Break that... and I’ll personally strip you of all access." He listed them all one by one, nothing serious, not like I planned to break it anyway.
I gave a small nod. "Understood."
Satisfied, he began pulling out scrolls, some sealed with multiple chakra locks.

"Then let’s discuss your entry into the department. You’ll start with some assisting jobs to learn how to use the labs and all, then I would grant you the resources to research whatever you want."

He nodded. "With advanced specialization courses available from the age of ten."
"Great. So you didn’t just call me to inform that, right?" I asked sceptically
"Of course not, what I called you for was to discuss details about the specialization courses."
"Oh, that, yeah, I have it all figured out, so the first four years of education will be the basic ones, like will of fire, survival practicals, basics about everything.
After that comes the fifth year, a special year, where they would be taught, and judged about almost every ninja specialization, like, ninjutsu, genjutsu, kenjutsu, everything.
Then, they would be sorted according to their talents, and instead of forming a class, they would be individually assigned to teachers specializing in a certain field, with this, each student can have the best training.
And, we also increase the resources like jutsus made available to the academy students, it doesn’t cost a dime, and would significantly increase our strength.
Furthermore, this would also help in completion of the ideals of the first hokage, keeping the children of the village safe." I enlisted everything I had planned, Konoha academy was trash, but I was here to make it better.
