Yin and Yang are much more confusing than the other chakra natures, with the basic element chakra nature, you can see it, feel it, and understand it with ease.
But Yin and Yang are more unclear, there are many definitions to them, and all are equally confusing, the basic ones like Yin is evil, Yang is good, is plain incorrect, then others like Yang is body and Yin is mind, although appear correct, are not so entirely correct.
Then there’s the definitions provided by the sage of six paths himself in the original work, Yin is the spiritual power that forms imagination into shape and Yang is the physical power that breathes life into form.
Now if we take that definition, we don’t understand shit.
Even the smart me had troubles figuring out how Yin and Yang actually worked, but what they did was far easier to understand.
Yang does indeed affect the body, even stuff like the sage body of Senju is due to Yang chakra, and there’s also healing jutsu, another application of Yang chakra, which I am very good at.
Yin’s power is more confusing, since it can give birth to dojutsu like the sharingan, now, it awakens unique powers during the awakening of Mangekyo are beyond me, but, when it comes to Yin’s application, aka Genjutsu, is one of my strongest suits.
So, here came the dilemma, I knew about Yin and Yang, I used Yin and Yang, but I did not understand them.
I raised my hand and used the mystic palm jutsu, what I was trying to do, was split the combinations of chakra within the jutsu, in simpler terms, there’s ordinary chakra, which everyone produces when they extract chakra.
Then, while we use jutsu, we convert that chakra to specific types, but it is not actually 100% conversion, like when someone uses mystic palm, it is like 80% ordinary chakra, and 20% yang chakra.
Pleople with special bloodlines like Tsunade can do maybe a 60-40 due to the large amount of yang chakra within them, meanwhile, I can even reach 100% if I try hard enough...
But more is not always better, heck that high concentration of Yang chakra might even start causing mutations within the patient I am healing.
This is a problem which only I might face, but every jutsu has a kind of limit, like for example, for a simple fireball jutsu, unless you convert 20% of your chakra into fire type, a fireball will not be formed, but if you convert over 80% of the chakra into fire type, the fireball would fail yet again.
I know, it’s confusing and frustrating, but that’s how it is, and it needs a certain amount of chakra to activate a jutsu, no amount of chakra control can help with that, I can only use the minimal amount, and use it at max conversion rate, for best powers, but that’s all.
Anyways, I was talking about splitting the chakra types, so I separated every trace of ordinary unchanged chakra, and what was left with, was what caused the effects of the mystic palm, now, in it, there should be large amount of yang chakra.
Now, I fully concentrating, I removed the additional parts, which differed the medical jutsu from pure yang chakra with surgical accuracy.
And, what I was left with, was at least 98 or 99 percent pure yang chakra. But this was enough, I could purify it later even more, for now, let’s just go with it.
Next, I did the same with Yin chakra, which was much more difficult considering that Genjutsu doesn’t actually produce the same visible effects as Iryojutsu, but I still managed to do it somehow, and that was all that mattered.
But just as I planned to go and rest, I felt a presence appear in the compound of my mansion, an ANBU. Used to this, I just sighed, another work now? After hours of studying and training?
"Lord Inaba, your access to research department has been finalized, and your personal laboratory has also been created, according to lord hokage, you are ordered to work as the head researcher, Nara Kanzaki’s assistant for a few days, should I lead you to the department now?" Well at least the girl was respectful... Sometimes the ANBU have a stick up their asses for no apparent reason.
"Yeah, sure, lead me there." I accepted, and stretched by body, preparing myself for more work, I was tired, but was excited enough to carry on, and after checking out everything, I can have a more peaceful sleep.
And, I followed the female ANBU as she led me towards the Hokage faces, and, after climbing it, and moving up a bit ahead, we reached an underground base, the research department of Konoha, which, at least played the looks part of a shady military organization’s research department, where they conduct human experiments.
Though the interior was quite good, looking like a modern research facility, I first inspected the laboratory assigned to me, and I have to say, Tobirama sensei really did go all out for that one.
Then, it was the time to meet my new boss, well, at least a temporary boss for the next few days.
Though, Nara Kanzaki was a chill guy, sure, he found it all troublesome, but the moment he realized he could push some of his work onto me, he was excited beyond belief, He probably just thought I was here to fool around at first and couldn’t actually do any advanced research.
And that was all, returning home, well actually not, not home, I instead used the flying thunder god, and vanished from the facility.
Where I appeared, was a lavish... aesthetic, yes, elegant and aesthetic Japanese style room, I lowered my presence, and enhanced my senses, and removed all traces of my sound, a kunai in my hand, I was ready for the target to arrive.
And soon, someone entered the room, unaware of the danger lurking within, a noble girl from a nobler background. She was my target today.
I let a stream of chakra run through my entire body, preparing for action in a burst, it would all be over before she even notices it.
The girl, humming a song, stood in front of a mirror, and started doing her hair.
The time was here, I used body flicker, and appeared behind her in an instant, literally microseconds, the kunai in my right hand rested in front of her neck.
"Ahh.....umphhhh" She tried to shout, but my right hand covered her mouth, ensuring that there would be help coming for her.
"Well well well, if it isn’t the princess of Konoha herself, looks like all that reputation was false... you are just a foolish girl, now, what should I do with you?" I said with a evil smirk, but hearing my voice, relief flashed within the girl’s eyes, and her body relaxed.
My hand left her mouth, and started to trace her body, feeling her curves, especially the chest, though it hadn’t reached their peak yet...
"Now, if you wish to live, please me enough that I consider letting you live." I threatened with a grin, raising her head by pulling it up from the chin with my kunai.
The blonde girl within my grasp turned red and shuddered a bit, then replied with a meek voice, "yes...".
