"Dammit," she muttered. "What?" I asked
"I knew this would happen." she said. I became confused, and tried to remember if I had gotten cut off by something last night.
"What do you mean, exactly?"I asked
"How could you Ethan?.. ." she said looking at my face with her thick lashes. "Am sorry but what did I do wrong?" I was really confused here.
She sighed and began to collect her clothes that were scattered across the hardwood floor. "Does it hurt?" I questioned, refusing to let go of the subject.
"No, I'm fine." she assured me by snatching her black laced bra from behind the door. "I'm sorry, Nuella," shook my head in shame.
"I promise I'll never have sex with you again until I learn to control myself." I told her. "I thought you wanted this too? " I said but realized that it came out wrongly.
She frowned and then disappeared into the bathroom, not wanting to discuss this for a minute more, she was as fast as flash, I tried to explain to her but she didn't want to talk to me, she puts on her dress and rushed down stairs,i hurriedly put something on and followed her.
"Wait please Nuella!" I said as I followed her, she didn't stop, I watched as Mark and Maryam rushed out to see both of us in that situation, it was their fault, it was both of them fault.
"You took advantage of me Ethan and I actually thought you were better!" she said without getting a glance at me.
"I didn't take advantage of you! I mean I didn't mean to take advantage of you Nuella.. Please listen to me" I said.
"There's nothing to talk about Ethan, since my work here is done, I guess this is goodbye!" she said before banging the door to my face.
I ran after her but she was quick to get inside her car and zoom off.
I stood outside the house for a while, regreting everything that just happened right now, I actually just thought this was us getting back to gather, but it was the other way round and I felt even more stupid to let myself to think it was going to be that easy.
After some moments, I walked back inside the room and everything went totally silent, I looked at Mark who had the sad face on and Maryam who was looking like she had something to say to me, she was always ready to say something to me.
"Is there something you both want to say to me?" I asked but they stood there like status saying nothing.
"OK!.." I said and began to walk upstairs. "Ethan..I.. " Maryam started off.
"Boss.. We are very sorry.. We didn't mean to cause any problems" Mark said and walked closer to me, I wanted to stay strong, I didn't mean to cry but I couldn't hold the sadness In my heart, they say men don't cry but I do, maybe I wasn't just man enough.
"Ethan.. I mean instead of crying here why don't you after her if you really do love her" Maryam suggested and Mark agreed to it.
"Boss I think it's high time you take back your woman!" Mark declared and I reasoned what he said and felt I really needed to, I immediately stood up and wiped the bloody tears off my face.
"Am going to bring Nuella back!" I said with a lot of confidence in my voice. "Yes!" they both cheer.
I quickly rushed upstairs and dressed up, got my car key and my gun, this was it, If I ever wanted Nuella back I had to do this, Mark wanted to come with me but he was going to be my plan B, Maryam advised me not to cause any trouble, she made me promise I was going to come back to her no matter what happened and I did.
CECILIA'S POV
As I drove home the only thing I could think of was what happened yesterday, the way Ethan touched me, I might not have remembered everything that happened yesterday but I couldn't get my mind off Ethan.
I got home to find absolutely nobody at home, that was strange but it was a good thing, I quickly ran upstairs to my room, I wondered where Sandro could be, the thought of his name made me only worried.
"Oh God.. what have I done?" i asked myself thinking out loud to myself. "We shouldn't have, why did I let him do this?" I said out loud.
"Cecilia" I heard Sandro calling me, I didn't respond, I immediately took my clothes off and changed into my night wear, good thing we don't sleep in the same room, I had to lie to him.
"Cecilia darling" his voice even closer, he got to the door and banged on it, I didn't answer, I immediately jumped into bed and covered the duvet over my head.
I heard him open the door and enter the room, I didn't say anything, he walked towards my bed and went down, he entered underneath my duvet and tried to remove my panties, I moved because I didn't want him to touch, he noticed and fell by my side.
"Wake up you fucking slut!" he said and landed his large hand on my face, my eyes went wide as I shout out for help, he began to drag me out of the bedroom to the stairs, I screamed for a savour and everytime I did, he slapped the voice out of me.
"So yiu has the mind to fucking leave the house and not come back?!" he said and as I open my mouth to explain he began to drag my body down stairs.
"Am going to fucking kill you today, am going to cut you into tiny pieces" he told me and the fear in my heart, I wished I never came back.
The minute my wounded body touched the cold tiles of the floor, he began to slap me, he had a belt in his hand and he flogged me constantly.
I cried for help but no one came, I cried to be saved but it only got worse, if I was going to die today, I didn't want to die this way.
