Stefan went out of the hospital and looked here and there in confusion. Suddenly he feels like he doesn't have any goal in life, even though he is adamant to save Sarah, he has nothing to do other than wait for Sarah to regain her composure.
Thinking about its Stefan's fast steps came to a halt, and he suddenly felt helpless in his heart and lifeless body. He moved towards the park near the hospital, sat down on the bench, and held his head in both hands.
Stefan is depressed with the thought that Sarah is in such a situation that he can't do anything to help her. He wanted to do something which can help Sarah, but what?
Distressed Stefan's gaze fell at the temple in front of the park and the mild sound of the bell of the temple touched his ears, which make him feel good in his heart. Gradually everybody's words started lingering in Stefan's mind when family members were saying to have faith in God.
Atheist Stefan got up and went inside the temple, this is the only way he can help Sarah. At this moment, only God can save her, and he doesn't want to leave any stone unturned to help her if he can.
Stefan got down on his knees in front of lord Jesus and prayed to God beseechingly. an atheist bows his head in front of God for his love
"Lord, please don't snatch my love again, please have mercy on me. We both, me and Sarah got each other as their true love after so many hurdles and problems, please don't do this to us again."
"Don't do this to my unborn child, please give me my Sarah, my life back, as healthy as she was before with our child."
Stefan begs to the god, repeating the same words till long until he cried his heart out, suddenly he felt very light in his heart.
He finally stood up and his legs got numb, he stumbles a bit, held the corner of the wall to make himself stable, then walked out of the temple to move towards hospital again and see Sarah.

Sarah was dressed in a beautiful white dress, running behind a little child in the garden of Walter's palace. Even though the child was only three feet tall, his tiny legs were so fast that Sarah couldn't catch him. She has a milk glass in hand that's why she can't increase her pace.
"Baby, stop, drink milk first....."
Sarah called the baby. He turned around, looked at his mother, and ran even faster while giggling, looking cute.
Sarah can't let him go like this, she changed her route, tricked the baby, suddenly appear in front of him, and caught him.
"Don't be naught anymore, drink it first."
Sarah made the baby sit on the bench in the garden and put the glass in his mouth while talking and motivating him to drink the milk.
"My son, you are just like mom, who hates to drink milk, but you have to drink to grow healthy and strong like your dad."
"Dad, dad......."
The baby finished the drink milk only half and started ranting for his father.
"Yes, dad daily drinks milk, that's why he is healthy and strong." Sarah encouraged the baby more excitedly.
"Dad, dad, sis, sis......." Baby again rant.
Even though the baby can't talk about everything clearly, still with his few words he made at least his mom understand what he wanted. Sarah looked around at the baby's request and saw Stefan.
"Here your dad and sister."
Sarah point towards the way Stefan was coming towards them with a little girl in his arm, who is the same age as the baby boy. They are Stefan and Sarah's twin kids.
"My daughter has already been finished her milk."
Stefan said and sat beside the mother and son with the little girl in his arms.
Stefan and Sarah are taking care of kids equally dividing their responsibilities.
The entire scene, Stefan and Sarah, with their two little kids was so heart-warming that anybody envies from their life.
Sarah was standing in front of the large curtain screen and watching four happy faces and wanted to go there. That's her family, Stefan is her husband, those her kids, she wanted to be a part of that beautiful moment. She was trying hard, struggling, to tear the curtain wall and go to her family, but she can't do it.
The more she is struggling, the more she felt something is stopping her, even though it was nothing but she felt something was holding her and couldn't let go.
Sarah once again tried with her full strength to break those invisible knots and at her last attempt, she finally broke through and entered the scene to her family.
A warm smile appeared on the comatose figure of Sarah, who has an enchanting and motivational dream.
It was almost dawn when Stefan walked out of the temple, but the first time Stefan felt this is the most pleasant morning he has ever seen. The sounds of birds chirping were soothing to his ears and mild light sun rays peeping behind the hole in clouds making the morning more enchanting and energetic.
This morning brought a pleasant hope for Stefan when he entered the emergency ward of Sarah. He felt like Sarah is coming to him with a big smiling face.
"Stefan, where were you all night?" It wasn't Sarah, but Laura asked with concern. Stefan's pupils shrink and he looked at Sarah with worried.
"Why, is there anything wrong? Is Sarah alright?"
Stefan was anxious for Sarah; Laura couldn't help but feel good for her daughter, but it can't be helpful until Sarah will regain her composure.
Laura sighed and said, "Nothing has happened to Sarah, I was worried about you because I know you couldn't go anywhere recklessly leaving Sarah alone."
"Laura mom, I actually went to the temple for asking God to give me my Sarah back, I begged in front of him the entire night and you know what, God has listened to me, he will give me my Sarah back, today."
Laura was already shocked to know Stefan an atheist bows in front of God, but his latter words made her doubt his mental condition.
"What does that mean?" Laura asked with a frown.
"Now once again after many years, I have faith in God that he will listen to my prayers and answer soon. My Sarah will get her conscious soon."
Stefan's positive attitude gave a ray of hope to Laura, too. She prayed in mind for Stefan's faith will be true.
Sarah in deep slumber Stefan's voice, which gave her strength to fight and come back, her eyes squint but Laura and Stefan failed to notice that.
