"Thrice, what are you saying?"
Everybody was shocked after listening to the new revelation, but Ronald and Sarah looked at each other than at Stefan in disbelief.
"Thrice....."
"Stefan....." Sarah and Ronald said in unison and took a few steps towards him.
Stefan showed them a hand, to not let them get excited, and continued talking to the police officer, "Yes, officer, she has tried multiple times to hurt my wife and I have all the proof with me."
Ashley has committed so many crimes that she herself has forgotten the count, that's why when Stefan mentioned that she has tried to harm Sarah multiple times, she felt it's a trap for her, laid by Stefan.
"Stefan, it's a big lie. Officer, don't trust him, he is lying, they all have planned a trap against me. I didn't do anything; they are just fabricating fake proofs against me." Ashley said anxiously.
"Oh, shut up, Ashley, we both know what you have done in the past, behind your family's back to get Ronald, in fact, to snatch Ronald from your sister. Ashley, it's time for the revelation of your deeds."
Stefan said with a dark and stern face, Ashley was blanked out, if Stefan will disclose whatever he knows about her then she will be finished. Once before when he had tried, she had taken care of the matter somehow, and nobody had believed him, but now everything was against her and Stefan will be favored by everyone and they will also believe him.
Sarah was extremely shocked, if Stefan will reveal the entire truth then he might only have to face the family's wrath and she can't let him do such a thing.
"Stefan, you don't have to say anything. Let the police see her deeds in the video and arrest her."
Sarah tried to stop Stefan and Ashley's lips cracked into an evil smirk. If Stefan will expose her, then he will also be exposed.
"Stefan, Sarah is right. Why do you want to stake your own respect in the family? If you will say something then they will hate you too as they hate me." Ashley murmured in Stefan's ears that only two people can hear, and then she had a triumphant smile.
"I don't care....." Stefan pushed Ashley aside and looked towards the family members sitting on the couches.
"Big uncle, six years back I fell in love with Valerie Black, who was a daughter of a single mother and born out of wedlock. That was the reason you can not only oppose her alliance in our family but would also have chased me out of the house and disowned me."
"When I had already been disowned by the family, I didn't care about anything else and decided to get married to Valerie. When we were on our way to the civil affairs bureau a few goons attacked us, they beat both of us brutally and Valerie was more severely injured than me."
"I tried to fight back, but I was alone and they numbered me out, I saw Valerie collapse in front of me and before closing my eyes I had seen that she was being beaten by the goons."
"When I regained my composure in the hospital after two days, I came to know that Valerie had died on the accident spot. I was heartbroken and completely shattered. I had left everything for Valerie and she had left me alone in this world to live, only with her memory."
Stefan took a pause and breathed a sigh, his eyes were foggy and his face was gloomy. Sarah understood his inner turmoil, she moved towards him and held his hand to comfort him.
Sarah knew, even though Stefan had completely moved on from Valerie, but still, she was his first love and her death is like pain and guilt in his heart. Right now, it's difficult for him to reminisce about the past.
Stefan was moved by Sarah's simple but loving gesture and he continued.
"Gradually my pain turned into hatred towards the goon who had killed my Valerie. I found them and they informed me they were hired by Andrew and Ronald Walker, to stop me from getting married to her."
Everyone gasped, listening to how wrongly Stefan was informed, it was a trap to make Stefan misunderstand his own family, but nobody interrupted him and let him continue.
"Though I was in a rage, I was vengeful to punish the criminals who were responsible for my Valerie's death, I was penniless, and empty-handed at that time so I went to another city and worked with a friend.
Slowly I established my own business and after a lot of hard work for four years, my company got to the position of the topmost company in the city."
"Between all this, I always had my spy spying on the family and came to know about all the moves of the entire family."
"One day I came to know that Ronald was engaged with Ashley Miller by the big uncle and big aunt with. I searched the history and found that Ashley was a simple and timid girl and she could not be the dish served for Ronald. I know none of you know that Ronald, who is an obedient and dutiful son at home and was actually a rebellious guy and only pretended at home."
"I was correct, Ronald never wanted to get married to Ashley, but he actually started liking Ashley's good friend Sarah. That was shocking, and when I searched for Sarah's history I came to know that she is also a daughter out of wedlock, but much more surprising was that she is the daughter of Sebastian Miller, half-sister of Ashley."
"I didn't want Ronald to get his love, who is the culprit behind Valerie's murder and because of whom my love had departed not only me but from the world. My resources disclosed the news about Sarah's real identity and about mom Laura and Mr. Miller's relationship."
Stefan after completing his words crouched his head in front of Laura.
"Laura, mom, I am ashamed of my past deeds and can only apologize, and because of me, you have also suffered. If you want to punish me, I will accept it."
"Stefan, I don't think you deserve any punishment. In fact, because of you, I could see the true colors of some of my family members."
Laura not only comforted Stefan but also taunted Sebastian and the Miller family in the same line while sparing a sharp look at all of them.
"As you all know after that Sebastian Miller accepted Sarah as his daughter and tied the knot with mom Laura, and made her a legally wedded wife and Sarah a legal daughter."
"Even after that I knew big uncle would not accept this alliance, I knew he will break the engagement between Ronald and Ashley, let alone accept Sarah as the daughter-in-law of the Walter clan. That would be a heartbreak for Ronald and the first step to my revenge and how could I miss that?"
"After that I planned my come back in your life, but I knew once being disowned by big uncle nobody will accept me back in the clan that's why I planned my come back like a lunatic."
