They arranged the party Andrew is throwing in Walter’s palace.
There was a special enormous party hall on the first floor of Walter’s palace with a separate door for the convenience of the guests.
Even though there was a famous party planner is contracted but Julia and Amy can’t be at ease until they will check it by themselves. They both checked everything and just now back to the living hall of the palace.
Julia sat on the couch being tired, but Amy collapsed, closed her eyes, leaning her head at the back of the couch.
“Elder sister, we both are working like a dog for inspecting the party preparations, but where are our daughters-in-law, shouldn’t they help us?”
Amy couldn’t think too much and always say her heart out.
“Just look at the stairs Stella is already here.”
Julia beckons through her eyes towards the stairs where Stella is climbing down, already got dressed up for the party.
Amy and Julia have a proud face for Stella, who got ready first to take care of everything, but before they would say anything a sudden voice gathered their attention and made their eyes wide.
“Aunt Amy, you only miss your daughters-in-law, we, the son of the family, have no value.”
Amy and Julia were surprised, turned around to see Ronald is walking towards them. They face cracked into a big smile.
Although Ronald was complaining he has a naughty expression on his face and Amy also knew he was only teasing her.
Ronald walked towards them and hugged both his mom and aunt side-wise alternatively.
Andrew, Daniel, and Jack, who was sitting at the next end of the living hall and discussing something about business, also came towards them.
“Ronald, it’s good to see you back in the family after many days. Let me call Ashley she must be excited to see you after many days.” Amy said and was about to ask a servant to call Ashley, but Ronald stopped her.
“Aunt Amy, don’t call her now; I will go upstairs and surprise her.”
“Alright.”
Amy and Julia moved towards their respective rooms to get ready because Stella is already here to take care of everything and Ronald moved to Andrew, Daniel and Jack.
After greeting each other formally, they all started talking about business and asked about his work preference.
Ronald was working as a branch head of Phoenix industries for Stefan and always report his work to Stefan. His father and other elders don’t know how was it going and were worried for him that’s why now they all surrounded him and wanted to know everything in one go.
After talking to him for some time they realized Ronald is not anymore as he was in the past, a carefree, reckless guy who couldn’t take his work seriously. He is changed and talking very professionally.
“Wow Ronald, your business skills have sharpened in these months. I must say you did well.” Jack said, patting Ronald’s shoulder.
“I am proud of you Ronald, but more than I am proud of Stefan, he polished you like a precious gem,” Andrew said and Daniel felt prouder for his own son.
They would carry on if Stella wouldn’t disturb them and remind them to get ready for the party.
Everybody disperses towards their room, and Ronald entered his room with soundless steps. He saw Ashley was sitting in front of the dressing table and getting ready, looking at her image in the mirror.
Ashley didn’t realize what is happening behind her back and Ronald again, with a soundless step walked towards Ashley and put his hand on her shoulder.
She wasn’t ready for anything and got startled.
Perhaps she has some fear in her mind that made her face pale. She turned around with a horrified expression and stunned to see Ronald in front of her suddenly. Shocked, surprised, and happy, so many emotions passed through her eyes in one go.
“Ronald, you suddenly came. When did you come and how? I mean, mom told me you have a workload and you are not coming for this celebration.”
“You know Ronald, I was so upset even I cried so much thinking that you can’t be with me for the first celebration after our marriage. Ronald, are you still upset with me? Please forgive me just once I will do anything to get your mercy.”
Ashley was very excited and just kept on blabbering without letting Ronald retort.
Ronald smiled seeing her glowing face, twinkling eyes, and above all, her excitement.
“Ashley, will you let me say something or only you will talk today?” Ronald said teasingly.
Then only Ashley realized she was so overwhelmed that didn’t realize what she is blabbering.
“Oops, I apologize. Actually, you appeared so suddenly in front of me that too after so many days that I lost all my common sense, I am sorry.” Ashely was still so excited that didn’t realize she apologized twice in a row and her lips were trembling.
“Don’t be so polite Ashley, and I am not upset with you anymore, so relax. Ashley, I realized your position in my life. While living far from you for so many days, I realized I started falling for you. It couldn’t be love yet but in the future, it can be with the passing of time.”
“Ashley, I want to give you all your rights as my wife. I promise, today you will get what you deserve.” Ronald said in a calm and gentle tone with a smile.
Ashley was beyond shock for a moment and then her face cracked into a never-ending smile, her excited and laughter-filled voice echoed in their room. “Are you saying the truth?”
“Of course, Ashley, you should get what you deserve,” Ronald said again in a simple tone, even though he is also smiling, he is definitely not as excited as Ashley.
“Thank you so much, Ronald.”
Ashley excitedly hugged him. Ronald gently departed her from the hug and said, “You are so polite Ashley, now get read fast we should get down.”
“Ronald, I am already dressed up.”
“No Ashley, today you will wear what I have brought for you.” Ronald by saying this forward a gift packet to her.
Ashley opened the packet and saw thin material, white-colored, a bit revealing gown.
She blushed, thinking Ronald wants to see her wearing this.
“Thanks, Ronald for accepting me.” Ashley again thanked him and was about to hug him again, but Ronald stopped her.
“Ashley, tonight I will give you a special gift. Ronald said while caressing her cheek. Now get ready fast.”
Post completing his words Ronald walked towards the change room.
Ashley was on cloud nine. She called her grandmother and shared the good news that Ronald was back.
Ronald came down first and noticed Amy, Julia and Stella were sitting in the living hall.
“Aunt Amy, where are Stefan and Sarah, I didn’t find them since I am back.”
Now only Amy realized that Stefan and Sarah went for shopping for a long and haven’t come back yet.
