"Sarah, I like this baby set, a cute pink one, lets buy this one."
They both were looking at the baby stuffs in the baby care shop when Stefan not only shows a cute pink-colored baby set to Sarah but kept it inside the trolley he was pushing.
"No, we will take this blue one." Sarah immediately refused and removed the pink one from the trolley and kept the blue one which was in her hand.
"Sarah, blue is a boyish color, our princess will look beautiful in a pink one." Stefan once again replaced the blue with the pink.
"Stefan, the baby boy will be our champion, so we will buy the blue one."
"Sarah, the baby will be our princess, so pink will be the best. In fact, I have a plan to design her nursery in pink and white color with power girl prints."
Stefan said dreamingly, and Sarah snapped her fingers in front of him.
"It will be our champ so the nursery will be blue."
"No, I want a princess, a power girl just like my Sarah angel."
"But Stefan, I want a son just like you."
"Sarah, I want a princess so we will buy the pink one."
"No, we will buy the blue stuff."
"Pink."
"Blue."
Their cute argument had dragged several other customer's attention.
What's more, most people present there knew president Stefan Walter, but nobody had seen this side of him.
"Excuse me, may I help you?"
A salesgirl intervened in their fight and got a harsh reaction from them. They both turned and said together, "Yes."
Even though the salesgirl had been startled, but it's her job, she gulped her saliva and continued, "If the baby is a boy go for blue, or if the baby is a girl go for pink."
"Wonderful suggestion, but we also know that," Sarah said excitedly.
"The problem is baby is still unborn." Sarah kept her hand on her flat belly and the salesgirl understood everything.
"Oh, what great parents, you both are so considerate about it." The salesgirl said flatteringly. She didn't want to let president Stefan go without shopping.
"I have a solution to your problem; you can try universal colors."
"As....?" Sarah raised her eyebrows.
"As like white, yellow, pastel green."
The salesgirl not only suggested a solution to solve their problem but also picked a few baby set and spread it in front of Sarah and Stefan.
The salesgirl was too smart. She dragged Stefan and Sarah's interest very fast; they looked at everything with enthusiasm, then after lots of discussions they finally selected a few pieces of the stuff in white and cute yellow color.
After a few more shopping in universal colors, they went towards the parking. Still, none of them had forgotten about their favorite color pink and blue.
Sarah opened the car door while thinking something and said, "Stefan, I am still thinking, what should we do regarding the baby's nursery?"
"You Don't need to bother, sweetheart, it will be will be pink for our princess," Stefan said carelessly and started the car.
"Stefan, you are not getting my point the baby is in my womb and I can feel it will be a baby boy and my champ."
Sarah said with so much conviction and innocent manner that it seemed like the baby himself had told her he was a baby boy. Even though Sarah's confidence was on her face, Stefan didn't buy her words.
"Sarah, I am also her father; and I know she will be my princess."
Sarah knew she couldn't win with Stefan in an argument, that's why she thoughtfully said something else to pursue Stefan, "After we have planned the pink nursery then if the baby will be boy, what will we do then?"
Stefan was driving attentively and didn't turn his head, just nodded thoughtfully. "Hmm, angel you are right."
"See, I was correct, so we will plan a blue shade nursery, alright?"
Sarah was cherishing the enthusiasm but was stopped by Stefan's words
"And what if it will be a baby girl after planning a blue nursery for a baby boy, sorry we can't do that."
Sarah's face hung down, then both were drowned in a thought, few minutes later both yelled in unison, "Idea."
They both lifted their heads, looked at each other then nodded in a no together. "Sex determination is wrong and a crime too."
They both made a sad face as they couldn't find a solution to their problem.
"Sarah, I have an idea if you will agree," Stefan said suddenly while driving the car and looking at the road.
"Hmm, let me know first, then I will say how is it," Sarah answered with an attitude.
"We can design two nurseries, one in pink color and another one in blue. How is that?"
"Are you crazy, what is the need for so much expense? One will be completely wasted." Sarah chided.
She was born into a simple middle-class family and knew her mother had worked hard all her life; she hates the wastage of money as rich people do.
"No angel, it will not be wasted, as I will not stop on one kid. If our first baby will be our princess, then I will try hard to fulfill your wish of a son."
At the last line, Stefan smirked and said seductively, near Sarah's ear.
Sarah's cheeks turned red in shyness. "Stefan, you are too shameless."
"Why angel, what is wrong?" Stefan said innocently and teased Sarah a little more.
"Stop it, Stefan. About the nursery, we will plan it later, after the baby will be born, till I recuperate in the baby care center you can make all the arrangements, did you hear me."
"As my angel wishes." Stefan nodded his head and said obediently.
Now the problem of the nursery had been solved. Then they both started talking about the baby's initial growth, and their upcoming checkups, and all. They were so much engulfed in their conversation that none of them realized what is going to happen to them.
Suddenly a car came near them at high speed, drove past them, and stopped in front of their car, blocking their path. If Stefan couldn't control the speed and applied the brakes on time, then they would have had an accident.
Sarah was startled, and her heartbeat raised to its fastest speed when the car was about to strike another wagon in front of them.
Stefan also was perplexed, then looked around and noticed that it was a deserted place. Nobody was there.
"Sarah, are you alright?" Stefan caressed Sarah's hair and asked in concern. Sarah was still panting and just nodded her head.
Stefan looked for the bottle of water for Sarah before starting the car, but before he could do anything for Sarah, a few goons came out of the car that was blocking their path. They opened the door of Stefan's side and dragged him out.
They started beating Stefan, but after one punch Stefan held the goons' hand who was going to punch him again, and he punched him hard. Then he pushed the second goon and kicked the third one.
Stefan was alone dealing with all the three and continued beating them black and blue when the first goon stood up from the road and went towards Sarah. He was about to open the door on Sarah's side when a hand suddenly held the goon's hand and stopped him.
Sarah looked at the person who had stopped the goon and her eyes were wide in shock.
