It had been months since Rose narrowly escaped the clutches of her trusted uncle and godfather, Mr. Matteo. The memories of that harrowing experience still haunt her, but she had managed to build a new life for herself with the unwavering support and love of her husband, Alfonso.
Little did Rose know that the shadows of the past would resurface once again, threatening to shatter her newfound happiness. Unbeknownst to her, Mr. Matteo had returned, consumed by greed and fueled by a desire to obtain the will her late father had entrusted to her.

Anna took a sip of her coffee before continuing, a playful grin spreading across her face. "I think it's time we gave them a gentle reminder that they can't outsmart us. What do you say, Mrs. Tommaso?"
Mrs. Tommaso nodded, her laughter bubbling forth. "Oh, I couldn't agree more, Anna. Let's show them that we're always one step ahead!"
With their plan in motion, Anna and Mrs. Tommaso set out to create a series of unexpected and lighthearted surprises for Rose and Alfonso. They planned to leave clues in subtle ways, just enough to intrigue the couple and let them know that their secrets were not as concealed as they thought.

Much to their surprise, Anna and Mrs. Tommaso burst into laughter, their eyes twinkling with mischief. "Oh, my dear," Anna said between fits of laughter, "you think all these could work? I guess we should go along with it to see what happens first. We need to make them realize that they can't just hide anything from us!"
As they continued to enjoy their time together, Anna and Mrs. Tommaso shared themselves. They encouraged open communication, reminding them that trust and honesty were the foundations of a strong marriage.
And so, with hearts full of love and understanding, Anna and Mrs. Tommaso continued to guide and support their children secretly, hoping and waiting to teach them the value of trust and patience and also sharing in the joy of witnessing their blossoming relationship while cherishing the memories of their mischievous secret-keeping adventure.
Anna smiled at her newly formed alliance slash friend. She was happy she could share a moment like this with someone, even after she decided to keep to herself and refused to get married.
She couldn't help but thank the stars for making her come across Mr. Alexander, who in turn gave her Rose, a goddaughter she could never trade for anything.
