Six months later

Maryam was sitting on a couch with her daughter and feeding her. An affectionate smile was plastered at the corner of her lips looking at the innocent baby in her arms.
" Isn't she cute?" Maryam asked a man who was sitting in an electric wheelchair and looking at her with wide eyes.
She asked the man smiling," Do you know what I am going to call her?"
" Mehzabin. My daughter's name is Mehzabin," Maryam finished saying when the man started groaning and trying hard to move.
" Meh.....Mah.....Meh..........." The man was letting out unclear words that amused Maryam.
Maryam asked mockingly," What? I didn't hear you? Tsk...tsk.... I feel so sorry that your whole body is paralysed and you have lost your voice too. Karma is really a bitch, right Mr Yardan Al Shamsi."
" Oh!! Who is the father of my daughter? You must be asking this, I guess. Definitely, you aren't her father. Well, my daughter is only mine. I am not going to share her with anyone. Not even her biological father," Maryam said holding her daughter possessively.
Yardan was trying hard to say something when Maryam shouted in his face," You snatched my children from me. See, Allah has returned my child to me."
" Omi......Ya.....mir..........." The man let out having a broken expression on his face when a tear rolled down his eyes.
Maryam answered sounding like a psycho," Do you know the rule of nature? An eye for an eye. You separated me from my children and I did the same. I kept you away from your children. Now, how are you feeling? Aren't you understanding what I felt when my kids were snatched from me?"
" S.....o....r.....y....... A....po....lo........" Yardan started letting out unclear words nodding his head when Maryam started laughing.
She said in disbelief," Sorry!! Do you think a sorry will fill up the void you have left in me?"
" What was my fault, Yardan? What was my baby's fault? I just wanted you to love me like any other husband who loves his wife. I just wanted to have a peaceful, happy family. But, what you did? Huh!! You ruined everything," she screamed at the top of her lungs clutching his collar tightly while Yardan only closed his eyes.
Then, she whispered in his ear," Do you know why I kept you alive? You are gonna see me having a peaceful life with my daughter. I will inflict every single emotional pain on you that you inflicted on me. Remember, I told you already that an eye for an eye."
" I......s....r....y," Yardan tried to say something but couldn't form a single word.
Chuckling slightly Maryam said," I am going to Pakistan to meet Yamir & Omaira."
Yardan's face lit up when Maryam said," Don't get so much excited, hmm. I am not bringing them here. I didn't give birth to them but I did raise them giving my everything. I do love them and care for them but because of you, I am keeping them away from myself."

" I am nervous," Aurin said to Mikaeel having a scared expression.
Mikaeel assured kissing her forehead," Don't get nervous, ok. I am here. No matter what I will be with you. Just go and check it."
Taking the pregnancy kit, Aurin walked inside the washroom and Mikaeel started waiting outside. He started pacing here and there having a nervous expression on his face.
A few moments later Aurin came out of the washroom and Mikaeel rushed toward her. But, looking at her gloomy face he realised that the result didn't come out in their favour. Aurin's eyes were almost teary.
" It's ok. We will try again," Mikaeel consoled pulling her into his chest when Aurin burst into tears.
It's been six months since Aurin & Mikaeel are trying for a child but Aurin didn't conceive even for once. They consulted a gynaecologist who told her that Aurin has hormonal problems and that's why she isn't conceiving. The doctor even assured them that with proper medication Aurin's condition will improve and she will be able to conceive.
" You have an appointment with the doctor. Do you remember?" Mikaeel asked stroking Aurin's hair.
Aurin only hummed when Mikaeel said," Do you want me to take you there or do you want to go alone?"
" I can manage," Aurin replied having a gloomy face.
A few hours later Aurin is now sitting in front of a doctor who was checking Aurin's reports. Aurin was looking nervous and frightened wondering if everything is alright or not.
" Your reports are normal, Mrs Sheikh. But, there are a few problems with your estrogen level. I am suggesting you some medicines. Take them regularly and once your estrogen level becomes normal. You will conceive," the doctor said prescribing some medicines and Aurin sighed in relief that it was nothing serious.
Coming out of the doctor's room Aurin forwarded her legs to leave the hospital when she heard a child crying loudly. The crying was coming out of the waiting room. Out of curiosity, Aurin forwarded her legs to the waiting room and reaching there she found that a six-month-old baby is crying nonstop in a woman's arms.
Noticing the baby's expensive clothes and the woman's shabby clothes Aurin realized that the woman isn't the baby's mother. Maybe she is the baby's nanny or any maid.
Aurin couldn't see the baby crying anymore and without any warning snatched the baby from its nanny's hands. She started trying to console the baby but the baby continued crying.
" Where is the baby's mother?" Aurin asked the nanny.
The nanny was naive and didn't hesitate to talk with a stranger. In fact, she was glad that Aurin took this irritating baby from her arms.
" Mam went outside to attend a call," The nanny answered and Aurin lost it.
She shouted angrily," What kind of mother is she, huh!! Her phone call is more important to her than her baby!"
Aurin was spitting hateful words toward the mother when Maryam entered the waiting room. She recognised Aurin immediately and seeing her, an amused expression appeared on her face.
" I wonder why you cross my path always?" Maryam asked coming in front of Aurin and snatched the baby from her hand.
Aurin was surprised to see Maryam here but she masked her shocked expression instantly.
" Mrs Shamsi!!!" Aurin mumbled wondering when did Maryam have this new baby.
Maryam said glaring at Aurin from head to toe," How are you, Mrs Sheikh?"
" You shouldn't have left your child alone. Do you have any idea how the baby was crying? Don't you have any knowledge of how to take care of a baby," Aurin snapped at Maryam instead of answering her question.
Maryam taunted Aurin," A childless woman is giving lectures about how to take care of a baby."
Saying that Maryam forwarded her legs to leave while Aurin felt her words very insulting. She looked at her surroundings and noticed that everyone was looking at her with weird eyes.
