Xiao and Yun Yurou kept hugging each other for some time, while in his embrace Yun Yurou seemed to calm down, all the problems that plunged her disappeared, to her right now all that matters is to be in his embrace, this continued for a few more minutes before Xiao finally broke it, leaving the embrace he looked into Yun Yurou's eyes as he cleaned away the tears from her eyes
"Don't worry Yurou, we are still family, so you don't have to be sad, okay?"
Yun Yurou said trying to smile, Xiao saw it but he didn't say anything, he just hopes that with time the feelings she has would disappear, because he wouldn't stay at the lowest heaven for long, after setting all the issues here while boosting his mothers talent, he would leave this realm
"Think about what I said, okay?"
'Now she will finally give up...'
'Now I just have to get stronger than anybody else so that no one would question our relationship'
Xiao and Yun Yurou had completely different thoughts, Xiao believed that he had helped reduce her feelings and drew a line, while Yun Yurou understood that Xiao feels the same about her but he was scared of hurting her because of their family ties, so it became clear to her that she has to get stronger than anybody else,
Whatever Xiao had said Yun Yurou had twisted it to her interest, things had totally gone off rails, finally after chatting for a bit Xiao gave his farewells to Yun Yurou as he headed to his mothers room, reaching it he could see a very grumpy Yun Lan sitting in the table demanding an answer
With a sigh Xiao entered his mothers room and started talking to her while spewing out some excuses with some clarity to cool down his mother, because he knows that she would surely do something drastic, something like assassinating Li Lan, well it's not like she didn't try it before....
Finally after an hour of talk, he left his mothers room, barely calming her down, at normal times Yun Yan is a very calm and rational person but when it comes to her family she gets out of control
'Well, that's my mother...'
Xiao chuckled at this thought as he now headed to his sisters room, as his mother had spoke to him that his sister wanted to meet him, walking a bit more he reached the outside of his sisters room, from where he could feel a dense heavy mood from his sister through his connection
'Sigh....Here we go again...'
Xiao lamented as he entered his sisters room, as soon as he did, he felt a small body coming to him and hugging him, smiling fondly Xiao hugged her back as he spoke
"What is it Xuanyin?, why are you so moody?"
Xiao didn't get any answer, so he looked down at his sister whose apathetic eyes looked at him, her eyes remained frozen as she looked at him, smiling Xiao ruffled her hair with a pat, which surely bought happiness to her which he felt through his connection
"So tell me are you mad at the family for shaming me?"
"I see.....well I am angry to but what can we do, in the martial world power reign supreme"
"Hhahhaa, I am indeed happy that you will fight for me but your big brother will easily deal with it"
"Yeah...yeah, my little sister is the best"
Xiao said smilingly as he bowed down a bit and pinched both of Xuanyin's cute chubby cheeks, he could feel her soft smooth cold skin, as he played around with it, Xuanyin acted like she didn't like it as she swatted his hand and walked away as she sat on her bed and looked away
"Oh?, playing hard to get?"
Xiao spoke with a devilish smile as he came forward and jumped at Xuainyin as he started to tickle her, causing Xuaynyin to fall on the bed helplessly as Xiao kept tickling her, there was no laugh from her but her eyelashes kept trembling while just the small edges of her lips seemed to be twitching
From others perspective this might seem a weird to see such a side from a child but Xiao just found it cute as he saw how desperate his sister was to hide her laugh, he spent the rest of the hour playing with her and making her mood better, an hour later Xiao sat behind Xaunyin in front of a mirror as he combed her hair
If one looked at Xuanyin there was not much change in her expression but if one was to focus deeply, one might be able to see a small, very small part of her lips risen in what seems to be a smile?, anyhow it seems that she was in a good mood, it was then that Xuanyin's eyes met Xiao's through the mirror, they seemed to be communicating as Xiao asked after some time
"Oh?, you want to know what I think of Li Lun?"
"Well, I think she's a bit cute and I am not much against her, who knows she might really send up as you sister-in-law, then you must treat her well"
Meanwhile Xuayin didn't say anything after Xiao spoke she just kept looking at her mirror, as she gazed upon Xiao's smile as he lovingly caressed and tied her hair, for her she would never get tired of looking at his face, she could do it for an eternity
Xuanyin thought, her eyes flashed over as her eyes sharpened for a moment but Xiao who was close to her didn't see nor feel any negative emotion, causing him to think that she just became quite again but he did feel some kind of emotion from her but it went quickly as it came making him unable to grasp it
He shrugged his shoulders not making much of it but he had forgotten something Xuanyin had managed to suppress her emotions from completely going to Xiao, she had slowly started to get better control of her feelings, the only problem was that she was just 7 years old....
