Right now Xiao knows that he would only find Mortal, Spirit and Earth Rank techniques which would be a great blessing to any other but even then the style of the way one cultivates are different, there are some techniques based on speed, some on stability and some requires a special condition to cultivate, one must be extremely careful of the cultivation technique one uses since they would follow you for life
