The news of his death reached the ears of Xia Gu, the father of Xia Yunbai, his brows had furrowed when he had heard about it but that's all the reaction he showed at the death of his son, his mind soon lost interest in the topic as he ordered the servants to bury his son's body, hearing the orders the servants acted quickly as they did all the required action
And as such the story of Xia Yunbai ended without making any huge waves within the four heavens...or did it?, after burying Xia Yunbai all had forgotten about him but not all had given up, some powerful people working for the unknowns still kept an eye on Xia Yunbai, expecting a miracle of life to occur
But sadly they were to be disappointed as they didn't see any change within the place that XIa Yunbai had been buried, even after a week but if they were to dig up the area where he was buried then they would find that his body was missing! along with it, they would find a tunnel that would be connected to the grave
Sadly none of them noticed it, and now three days after being declared dead Xia Yunbai finally opened his eyes, his body was still skinny and stick-like but if anybody had looked into his eyes the moment he opened them, then they would have be been forever lost within it, his eyes were deep and unfathomable as they radiated deep madness and hunger, hunger for revenge
Just as Xia Yunbai was making guesses about where he was, he heard a pleasant and calming childish voice, he tried to move his body which was proving to be more difficult than he imagined as his body was in a coma for 5 years without any movement and yet even then he forced to move his body
Neither the pain of his bones cracking nor the pain of moving his body seemed to be affecting him at all, with cracking and creaking sounds he used his arms to prop himself up, as he twisted his head to where the sound came from, at first he could see that he was in the ground within a forest, his eyes moved fast as he looked at where the voice came from
His eyes soon came upon the most beautiful child he had ever seen, the child sat above him within a boulder as he looked down upon him, his deep black eyes that shined with a hint of white was attractive, moreover Xia Yunbai could feel calm and more connecting? as he looked at the boy, his calm eyes that shined with madness looked at the boy as he tried to speak
"Agh...Wghk...argh...yokj"
But only unrecognizable voices would be heard from his mouth, his throat that hadn't even felt the touch of water of years was too dried up, Xiao sat calmly upon the boulder as he looked at the 15-year-old boy seething with madness, a boy that has lost all faith in everything and only lives to fulfill his revenge
Xiao didn't say anything as he picked up a bottle filled with water as he tossed it to the boy who was desperately trying to speak, the bottle rolled on the ground as it reached Xia Yunbai, he looked between the bottle and Xia for a moment before he started to drink the water like there no tomorrow
Xia took a small pouch and he threw it towards Xia Yunbai, he noticed it but he didn't do or say anything as he kept drinking the water, Xia didn't mind as he spoke out loud
"After drinking the water eat the pills on the pouch, it won't heal you completely but it would at least help you regain some of your vitality"
There was no answer this time too but it was no problem, Xiao has all the time he needs, looking at Xia Yunbai in front of him, he would only sigh in relief as everything had gone according to his plan, it was a simple plan but a small mistake and everything would have gone under the drain
Xiao's main objective was to get Xia Yunbai without having to have both the Emperor and the Heavenly Immortals at his back and the solution for that was simple, all that needed to happen was for Xia Yunbai to 'die' and from there it was easy
For this to happen Xiao just had to bribe the maidservant that looked after Xia Yunbai, after simple pay he just had her drop some liquid down Xia Yunabi's throat, it was a poison that would put up the person who consumed it into a dead-like state for three days, no matter how a person looks, it would seem that Xia Yunabi was truly dead
Though the poison was extremely rare and expensive it was worth it to get his hand on Xia Yunbai, plus his mother's rich so it was no problem, from there he just had to watch the servants bury Xia Yunbai, meanwhile, after he was buried Xiao made elder Fan use his beast companion the death worm to dig under the ground and take Xia Yunbai to his side
He had to be careful not to come under the people that was watching Xia Yunbai from the shadows, thankfully everything went all and all the problems was solved
