"Xiao is something wrong?"
Yun Yurou asked as she looked towards Xiao, she couldn't understand the reason for Xiao's sudden change, during the past weeks she had been trying her best to get closer to Xiao but it was not going well at all but she didn't despair as she had the will keep trying until she succeeded but now all of a sudden Xiao was looking at her with a gentleness that she had never seen before
Well, it was not like she hated it, no in fact she could feel her face heat up while her heart started beating faster as she saw Xiao's gentle gaze, as for Xiao he couldn't help but feel a bit glad at his heart for being able to meet Yurou once again
And as he kept gazing at her more, the more he felt like she was similar to the Yurou he knew, well one couldn't blame him not for recognizing it earlier, not only did she look vastly different from the future her name too was different, she was renamed as Yurou Flammia well that was the name he knew, pointing towards her royal blood of the shrine of fire
The naming of people was different in the 3rd and 4th heaven as their name would come in the front while their family name would be last, the reason for this was simple from the third heaven onwards family names would be tied to power and fate, there could be hundreds of Yun family but there would only be one family with the name of Flammia
And if anybody else tries to use that name, well if they are not stronger than the family or shrine, they would be immediately eliminated, at a certain power level just saying the family name was enough to crush someone to oblivion, take the name Flammia for example just saying that name would let the surrounding fire element in the air tremble in excitement
One might even lose control of one's fire, this is the gift given to the one that had grown up to the power that Heaven and Earth itself recognizes, soon Xiao got out of his daze as he looked at Yun Yurou as he smiled and spoke
"Nothing's wrong, I'm fine"
Hearing Xiao's words Yun Yurou nodded her head she couldn't keep looking at his eyes that seemed to be oozing gentleness, the change was so quick that Yun Yurou still hasn't adapted to it, it was at this time that Xiao did notice a peculiarity, Yun Yurou wasn't at all surprised when she learned that she was part Pheonix it was as if she knew it from the very beginning
"Yurou?, did you know from before that you're a Pheonix?"
Hearing Xiao's question Yun Yurou started to act like a cat whose tail got stepped on as she kept looking left and right in confusion but in the end she looked directly into Xiao's eyes, she kept gazing at them for a few seconds before she finally took a deep breath before she started speaking, hearing it Xiao was surprised

Just as Yun Yurou was about to answer she became quiet as she kept looking straight into his face, just the hesitation and the weird look she was giving him was more than enough for Xiao to understand why she did it....she didn't want to leave because of him, and when he understood this Xiao couldn't help but have his heart beating faster

Xiao thought as he looked at Yun Yurou who was fidgeting in front of him, even In the past she stayed with him, the current Yun Yurou hasn't matured into what she was in the future but just for a moment Xiao was able to witness the Yurou of the future and it only deeply shook his heart
Just how many people in the world will be able to stay back when they were given a chance to get a better life?, just how many people will have to heart to sacrifice a better future for something that might not happen?, even if she didn't show it Xiao could understand that Yun Yurou wanted to meet her mother dearly but she stayed back for him
Even if Xiao's heart was made of stone it would still crack under this kind of powerful attack and under Yun Yurou's surprised face Xiao's hand moved forward as he pulled her towards him for a hug, he held her body in a tight hug, at first Yun Yurou could only stay within his hug stunned but soon a smile came to her face as her hands moved as she hugged him back, they stood there floating within all the beautiful stars
The heat from each other's bodies was transmitted to each other as they kept hugging each other, it was as if they were the only ones left in the world, after a few seconds that felt like eternity Xiao and Yun Yurou finally let go of their hug and just as they were leaving the hug Xiao raised his hand as he held Yun Yurou's face
Feeling Xiao's heated gaze on her face Yun Yurou blushed a bit as she turned her head sideways, seeing it Xiao smiled as he spoke
"You are full of surprises Yurou"
Hearing Xiao's words Yun Yurou smiled, she could feel an unprecedented sense of gentleness from Xiao's words, and just as she was about to speak someone else did
The voice of the Pheonix in the above them was heard, there seemed to be a mysterious twinkle within them as it spoke again
"Perhaps this is fate? who would have thought that things would come to this?"
Xiao asked with narrowed eyes as he looked at the humungous eyes that floated above him, hearing his question a burst of quiet laughter was heard that spread across the space he was in
"Originally she should have just inherited my power but it would seem that fate has different plans for you"
And just as she had finished speaking a red and yellow flame seemed to be lit up as it surrounded both of Xiao's and Yun Yurou's bodies and soon they were transported and just as they were leaving they heard the phoenix's voice
"Go and survive and create your path towards the future"
And with that, they were transported to a huge red flame-like world that was on the edge of destruction
