CHAPTER 17
Ala awoke with a female standing over her glowering.
She kicked the bed Ala was laying on.. “Get up!”
“Go away, leave me alone.” Ala said. Her head was pounding.
“Get up!” The female said more sternly.
Ala set up slowly to look at the woman.
“Who are you?” She said in a weak voice.
“I’m Alaina.” She said with pride.
“What do you want with me?”
Why?” Her voice trailed off… Oh, my head..
“I’m here to extract your powers from you.”
And to give it to someone more worthy.” She spat at Ala.
“I can’t feel my wolf.” Ala said.
“WOLF?” What do you mean, Wolf?” Alaina stared at her in stund surprise.
“You have no wolf. You are a fox , no?”
“I’m done talking to you.
“GET OUT!” Ala yelled. Her head was pounding harder.
“I’ll be back later when you're more awake.”
Ala watched as the female sashayed out of the cell.
Ala passes out again.
Alaina POV
When Riker stepped into her coven to request her services, she was sceptical.
But, when he said he had found Firefox. Her eyes lit up in interest.
“You do know, it will be almost impossible to get her, and it takes three days to prepare
The elixir.”
“Also it takes four hours of chanting after she takes the elixir.”
“Yes, Yes, Do what you have to.” Riker said in a bored voice.
I don’t like this arrogant man standing in front of me.
“So, How do you plan on getting her?”
“She is a very powerful sorcerer. Even more powerful than me.”
“I can Mix up some wolfsbane.”
“But you will have to find a way of administering it.”
“I’m not getting anywhere near those mangy dogs.”
Riker growled at her again.
Alaina laughs.
“Listen Riker!! “ I know the legend of Firefox.”
“Her powers are highly coveted by my kind.”
“She won't be easy to capture.”
“Just get everything ready, “ Witch!!!” He spat.
“And I’ll do the rest.”
“I’ll be in touch.” Riker threw over his shoulder as he walked out the door.
I hate dealing with dogs!!! But they can be most useful. I thought.
Once I get Firefox’s essence, I can rule those mangy packs of muts.
Pack House
Eric, Kenon, Mika and Jeremy are in Adam’s office.
Adam, Ben and Connor are with the warriors, preparing for battle.
Tony has left to prepare Kenons Pack in case we need them.
“Eric!” Kenon yells. Pulling Eric from his thoughts..
“You share her powers. Or at least some of her powers.”
“Try and see if you can sense her.. She is also your mate.”
“Try to mind link with her.”
Eric closes his eyes and tries to reach out to her with his mind.
“Ala?!”
“Ala, can you hear me?”
Eric starts to get a vision of Ala, and her surroundings. She’s in a cell.. He growls.
Ala slowly starts to sit up.
“Eric? “Ala said, Her head is spinning again.
“Eric, what’s happening? “
“I'm at the Pack House.”
“Do you know where you are?”
“No, but a man and a female have me in a cell.”
‘They have me in silver cuffs.. I’m scared.”
“Teala is asleep. I can’t wake her up.”
“That’s because they drugged you with wolfsbane. It puts your wolf to sleep.”
“We are trying to find you..”Don’t let them know you can talk to me.”
“Try and get all the information you can.”
“And we will come for you.”
“Ok, I’ll try.” But my head hurts..
“Ala? Can you use your powers?”
Ala tries to make ice in her right hand.
When Only a blue puff of smoke forms..
“I can’t !!”
“What am I going to do?”
If we can mind link, maybe you can mind control or at least tap into their thoughts to get information on where you are.
Ok, I’ll try.
“Get some rest before they come back.” DON'T EAT OR DRINK anything!!.
“it could be drugged.”
Eric cuts off the mind link.
“She’s being held by two people that we know of.” Eric tells everyone..
“We need to find out who all knows about Firefox.
“Or maybe someone saw her training or maybe they saw her shift and don't know who or what she is.” Eric said with a worried look on his face.

Joshua is participating in getting Ala back.
Adam is giving instructions to all able warriors.
And is instructing on his battle plan.
Joshua gets all the information he can.
Adam starts asking questions to everyone on “ when was the last time they saw Ala’.
What was she doing when they saw her?
While Adam is preoccupied with the warriors, Joshua sneaks off without being noticed.
Pack house
Back at the pack house, Alex walks into Adam’s office without knocking.
She is wearing Black spandex pants with a black tutu, Black leather glove with the finger cut out
And a red crop top and black boots.
She has chains everywhere. On her wrists, around her hips.
Black eyeliner and a high ponytail.
Everyone turns and is staring at her. She doesn't smile.
“OK GUY’S, There is something you need to know about me.”
Everyone gets defensive and growls.
