My jaw could not stop tensing because of my annoyance at what happened earlier. Jules Simson...he's Damon's cousin and he's much worse than Damon when I first met him! Is that really the attitude of those people? They're always sloppy at the first meeting!
"Are you okay, Luna?" I stopped when Anna suddenly appeared in front of me. I'm now inside the library waiting for Anna and I didn't realize that she was already here with a tray of food for me.
She placed the tray on my table and sat in front of me.
"Nothing. I was just…thinking,” I told her. She nodded and took my food. I ate quietly while Anna waited for me. I want to ask about Damon's cousin but I'm hesitant to tell Anna. After I finished eating, we left the library. Anna was behind me as we walked down the hall. But my brows furrowed as I see Delta Robin panting towards us.
“Luna!” he called me and took a deep breath. I can see the nervousness and worry on his face. I was suddenly nervous because of his reaction. Did something happen? Did something happen to Damon?
"Why? What happened?" I asked nervously.
"Alpha Damon and...Jules is...fighting!" My eyes widened at what he said. What? That Jules just arrived and then there's something like this right away?
"Where are they?" Anna asked quickly. Obviously also nervous about what is happening.
"They are in the hall!" Delta Robin said.
"Let's go, Luna!" Anna said quickly and walked ahead of me. I followed her.
"Why are they fighting, Anna? Aren't they cousins?" I asked puzzled. Just from the behavior that Jules showed me earlier I already knew that we would not get along. I thought it was different when Damon was in front of him but suddenly this happened!
"Yes, they are, Luna, but those cousins have been hating each other for a long time because of..." I frowned when Anna suddenly stopped speaking and seemed to be deep in thought.
"...because of Neticia..." Anna continued. I was stunned by what she said. Because of Neticia? Then...Jules also...have feelings with...Neticia?

"Damon..." I didn't realize I whispered his name. His eyes automatically bore into me. We both looked at each other. I can't read his thoughts. I didn't think he had the ability to close his mind to me every time he was in wolf form. His eyes remained blank as he turned his back on me and left.
I saw the wolf form of Jules look at me as well. He has brown fur and a huge physique. Damon was only slightly bigger than him.
Jules also left. Because of that, the viewers breathed a sigh of relief. I don't know but I felt a lack in my heart. Why? Why Damon? You said you love me, right? But why does it seem like until now...I'm still competing with Neticia for your heart?
I was silent until we reached the room. Damon wasn't there and I didn't know where he was. After I showered, I saw Anna preparing my nighties.
"Until now...they are still fighting with Neticia?" I asked Anna. She looked at me and I saw her concern for me. I sat on the bed while she watched me.
"Don't worry, Luna. I'm sure they are fighting now not because of Neticia but because—”
