Nate's POV
I stood there watching as Rex and Isabella were making out, a smirk forming on my face. Things are finally going as planned and the appalled look on Tory's face confirms my success.
"Yes, Tory, this whole thing is dedicated to you," I said in my mind as my smirk turned into a full-blown grin. She saw me grinning and the frown on her face deepened. Damn, she's so into Rex, isn't she?
As she tucked her now, golden blond hair and bite her lips in what I assume to be anger, a strange thing happened to me. My heart raced as I followed the movement of her lips, it felt like I wanted to pin her to the wall and kiss her senseless.
Why the hell would I feel that way? I hate her! Something must be wrong with whatever I had for breakfast cause it's messing with my hormonal function, I told myself as I shook my head in disgust.
As the bell rang for the start of class, Rex and Isabella headed for class along with everyone else while I opened my locker and tossed all my books in it. I don't want to fucking carry any unnecessary books to class. Two notes should be enough for the two classes I might choose to grace with my presence today.
My phone buzzed with a notification, I unlocked it and opened the text message cursing when I opened the wrong one. The text I just got was from Isabella and it read ;
" I can't believe you made me go through with being Rex's girlfriend and kissing him! I hope you're satisfied!"
I grinned as I imagined the scowl on her face when she typed this.
" Oh yeah baby, you have no idea how thrilled I am. Just wait till we get home and I'll kiss you senseless" I typed back and tucked the phone in my pocket, placing my headphones around my neck as I strolled to class.
" Hi Nate" two cute freshman year girls said to me and I winked and flashed them a smile which was followed by excited giggles. God, that works every time.
As I strolled into our first class for the day, obviously aware that I'm late, Mrs. Johnson, the science teacher gave me a kind smile as she paused her lecture and I sat down at the back.
She was the only teacher at the school who tolerated my ego. Not that the rest of them could do shit about it, they knew that Mr. Jenkins would never do anything to punish me so the best they could do was verbally discipline me while I brought their discipline to ridicule.
" Alright, now that Nate is here. Let's start with the first topic for today!" She said as she adjusted her glasses and peered at the textbook in her hand. I rolled my eyes thinking about how school is such a waste of time and found Isabella's eyes on me for a second before she looked away.
Such a cranky little toy.

I suppose I could say that I'm in a really good mood today since I didn't miss any class yet. Or maybe it's because I'm still relishing the look on Tory's face whenever she sees Rex and Isabella flirting.
As the bell rang for lunch, I stayed back a little, planning to use my phone a little bit before I go to the dining hall for a very delicious meal of salad with chicken, cheese, carrots ( which I will probably throw away), Hummus and crackers. It's what they usually serve on Mondays and it's probably the only lunch I look forward to eating.
" Dude, are you just gonna sit there while Penny is coming for you?" Zach whispered quickly in my ears and on an impulse I picked up my bag and headed for the dining hall as he followed me. I am not, ready for any of Penny's drama, I'm tired of dating her and that's final.
I heard her call my name and quickly sat close to Rex and Isabella, who were sitting side by side as they ate their lunch. I salivated as I saw the CHICKEN... Ah yes, this is the life...
" Nate, I was talking to you!" Penny yelled in her shrill, loud voice as I was about to eat a slice of my chicken. I dropped my fork in annoyance as I turned around and glared at her. She immediately moved back and gulped.
" I meant, that I wanted to talk to you," she said with a smile. Penny was a bitch, the whole school knew it and I was the only person she never dared to cross, any other person was beneath her - in her own opinion of course.
" I already told you, we're done," I said, doing my very best not to seem too upset that I was interrupted from eating this sexy chicken.
" What? You can't break up with me like that!" She said a little too loud and just like that Penny started causing a scene. Her two friends Maureen and Lola tried to calm her down, but she just brushed it off and placed her hands on her slim waist, and glared at me.
" How else should I break up with you? You should be glad that I even wrote you a two-word note at least" I said and Rex and the rest of my boys snickered.
" You should've talked with me before sending me that text"
" Why the hell would I do that?" I asked as I rested my elbows on the table and placed my fist under my jaw, looking at her.
" B- because, then you can tell me why you wanna break up with me and if it's something I can fix, I'll fix it," she said, nodding and smiling nervously.
I sighed and said " Alright" and she smiled.
" But can you change everything about you? If you can I'd really love that" I added before I drank the juice placed beside my plate and as a number of my friends burst out laughing, she shot them a fierce glare and they stopped laughing. Cowards.
" Nate, let's be serious" she said and I give her a bored look before I said, " I already have a girlfriend".
Immediately the words came out of my mouth, the hall went silent. The only sound I heard was the sound of Billie Bull asking chef Hathaway for more cheese and also, Penny's heavy breathing. The look on her face made her look like an angry Bull with hot air gushing out from her ears and nose and I laughed much to her displeasure.
" Who is it?" She managed to say after a while as she folded her arms and flipped her long brown hair.
I couldn't fathom why my new girlfriend hasn't come to sit by me yet, she should've by now since she obviously can't resist me. I looked around the hall to see if she was sitting elsewhere and my eyes locked with Tory's sexy, gray eyes and everyone turned to look at her.
A smirk crept on my face as I saw the horror in her eyes when she saw that I was now staring at her.
Was the thought that I'm about to announce that she's my girlfriend so scary to her?
