CHAPTER 43
Part 1
"Welcome home mum." Sara greeted Mrs Smith as she came in the living room with Kevin, Bible in hand, the lovely woman opened her arms wide for a hug, and Sara couldn't help but fit into the loving motherly gesture.
She was beginning to love this reality, of having a family, of being loved, being cared for by someone, all those days when she stayed in the shelter lonely, and without companionship (except Ariel), was definitely beginning to pay off.
"How was church, ma." She asked, and Mrs Smith replied positively.
"Where's Christian?" Mrs Smith asked, raising her eyebrows suspiciously and suggestively.
Blushing profusely, her caramel cheeks turning red, Sara looked at the floor, as she answered, "He's in his room, I guess." Twining her fingers, she kept staring everywhere around the sitting room except but at Christian's Mum.
"Yeah right, and what did you guys do today at home, since Christian successfully discouraged you from going to church with us."
"Um, nothing of interest, ma'am." Sara answered still blushing, recalling snippets of the day in her head.
After they had left for church, leaving only her and Christian at home, they had been somewhat naughty.
Immediately Christian waved his mother and brother bye, he had headed to the kitchen where she had been, forcefully carried her to his bed, amidst her screams and had kissed the hell out of her, he had assisted her in washing her hair, using every opportunity and means possible to touch her breast which was always getting soaked with water.
They had made pancakes again together, pouring jelly and jams on inappropriate parts of their bodies and licking it off, Sara couldn't even believe they had done all these things. After she had taken her bath, they had both watched movies together, cuddling and eating some popcorn.
Still blushing, Sara finally looked up at the woman she had come to call her mother, and shrugged her elbows irritatingly, making her burst into fits of laughter.
"Well, well, I don't really want to know what the both of you have been up to, I'm just glad that you guys are having a nice time, and I'm grateful for the smile you put on my son's face, he needs it, and I pray it will never stop. I already see you as my daughter, and I don't want to lose you yet, okay."
Mrs Smith, said while putting her hands on Sara's shoulders, "Yes ma'am, you won't, I promise." She answered, getting emotional and at the same time vowing to herself that she was going to keep this promise.

Christian watched from the doorway as Sara and his mom worked together in unison, and dutifully in the kitchen. They were preparing his birthday dinner, and from the delicious smelling aroma coming from the kitchen, he knew they were going to gauge his tummy out and fill his stomach up.
Focusing on Sara, he watched as she turned to get something, and spotting him immediately, their eyes met and she couldn't take her eyes of his.
Scrutinizing her under his intense stare, he could see her light caramel coloured cheeks becoming red, and he smiled satisfyingly, as she brought down her eyes and continued with her work.
'Come to think of it' he thought she was becoming bold this days.
Earlier today, she had surprised him in so many shocking ways and he still couldn't believe that his 16 years old Sara, was beginning to behave in a sexual manner, turning him on inappropriately and making him imagine scenarios, he never wanted to think of for now.
He had touched and fondled her breasts at one time, and although she had resisted at first, she had overcome the shyness and had egged him on.
God! He thought as she moved to his mum, she was turning him on again, as he was already sporting an erection, which he tried to hide, as he moved away and went to his room painstakingly.

Knock, knock is anybody home?"
Christian stood up to answer the door. He had called his friend Daniel earlier, and had invited him and Ariel over for dinner to celebrate his birthday.
He had wanted the four of them to go out and have fun, but Sara had out rightly refused with backup from his mother, and together they had told him to save his money for something else and instead celebrate the birthday at home, something he had shruggingly accepted.
Opening the door, wide open, he greeted and fist bumped his best friend turned brother who handed him a package.
Turning over to face Ariel who looked gorgeous in a black sequined dinner gown, he said, "Wow, Ariel, you look stunning, you definitely are taking all the shine for the evening."
Chuckling she replied, while handing over a present to him also, "Don't let Sara hear you mister, happy happy birthday, once again. You are now a big man, 20 years old, God, kudos to this new chapter, our husband."
"Who's marrying who?" Christian heard his mother's voice from behind, as he finally allowed Daniel and Ariel inside the decorated Sitting room.
"Oh, Good evening ma'am." Ariel and Daniel greeted at once, and were answered with warm hugs.
"You are welcome. It's an honor to have you in my humble abode."
"We are honoured, ma'am." They replied as they made their way to the seats.
"Let me get some wine, you guys should settle down, and have fun, and don't bother about Sara, she's getting ready okay." Mrs Smith said as she went into the kitchen.
"I love your mom already Christian." Ariel said whispering in his ears, "Don't we all." He replied smiling to himself.

Sara could hear voices she already identified as Ariel's, Daniel's and Christian's down the hall.
She was ready, putting on a sexy inner lingerie, standing in an emerald gown, given to her by Mrs Smith (which fitted her perfectly well), and makeup done by herself, she really looked beautiful.
Now all she had to do, was to go into the living room, but she felt shy all over. Shaking her pinned up hair furiously, making some strands fall off, she didn't even notice when Mrs Smith walked in and stood beside her, by the bedside mirror.
"My dear, you look so gorgeous, oh my, I can't wait to carry kids with the combination of you and Christian in my arms. Come on, dinner is already served, we are all waiting for you, and you are not even the celebrant heh." Mrs Smith said winking funnily and she smiled and straightened.
"You want me to walk you out? We should go out together?" Mrs Smith asked again.
"Yes mother, please." Sara said in relief, and as if the lovely woman she now called mother, could read her mind, she intertwined their hands together and off they went.

She was a queen bathed in green light, an emerald goddess, his girl, she was so beautiful, pretty, gorgeous, stunning. God! Words could describe what he felt, how she looked, the electric atmosphere as soon as she stepped alongside his mom into the room.
Closing his parted lips, he walked forward and took her hands from his mother, as he bent to kiss her palm.
"You look so beautiful, Sara, you are the best birthday gift I could ever wish for, you here, dressed for me, looking like an angel, what more do i need? Heh! I love you, Sara I really do." He said all at once, he didn't even know when all the word flew out of his mouth, but he was glad to have poured them out from his chest.
Looking at her eyes, he smiled when he saw her smile together with him in unison, her cheeks deepening revealing a cute dimple, and she opened her lips to say something, when he shushed her with a kiss.
"Whooooooo, the lovebirds are beginning to start the party early. Guess we should excuse them right?" Christian could hear Ariel talking in the background, and he chuckled heartily in her lips, removing his mouth and placing his, lips on her neck inhaling her scent.
Without turning to look at them all, Christian said, "Let's get this party started, shall we?"

Sitting on the love chair in the sitting room, Sara kicked of her heels and bent to massage her feet.
After they had all had dinner, she had walked, danced with Christian so many times, and had pranced and rambled about.
Now, already feeling tired, as the night was gradually coming to an end, she watched as Christian approached her and sat down beside her.
"Feeling tired already?" He asked as he put his hands on her shoulders and squeezed gently.
"Not yet, we still have a long night ahead of us." She replied looking at him and winking suggestively.
"I don't understand you, Ariel and Daniel are already gone, the party is over, what long night awaits us?"
Smiling albeit shyly, she whispered slowly in his ears, "I've not given you your birthday gift, have I?"
"No you haven't, Sara I don't need anything from you. You being here is the gift I have always dreamed and wished for. You are enough."
"Well, I still want to give you something."
"And what's that?"
"It's my special gift from me to you, it's supposed to be secret right?"
"Oh yeah, I'm curious though."
Standing up, she offered him her hands, and said, "Let's go." "To where?" He asked and she just gestured at him to obey her orders.

As they walked upstairs, Christian called out to his mom, and bade her goodnight.
As he followed Sara to his room, his mind spinned as he thought of what special gift she wanted to give him, a shoe, tie, he gave up and decided to see what awaited him.
