CHAPTER 34
Sara stepped out of the bathroom as she had finished taking her bath, walking to her bunk, she was stunned when she saw papers on the bed.
Not just papers, the papers were in pieces and tinted with red, picking one of the papers, she turned the back trying to see if there was any messages written on it, but she saw nothing.
Chills running down her spine, Sara dropped the paper abruptly and turned to look round the room, but she didn't notice anything suspicious.
She was alone, as all the other girls were either in the bathroom or in the shelter's hall. Sighing Sara started picking up all the papers, intending to throw them away.
Suddenly she heard the room's door being opened, startled she dropped the papers she was holding and they littered all over the floor.
Looking up, she saw it was Ariel who looked at the ground in shock, "What's all this?" Ariel asked bending down to pick up the papers.
"Why do you have papers marked in red with you, or are you bleeding? What's this?" She kept on asking looking at the papers in surprise.
"Oh Ariel, there's something I've been hiding from you." Sara answered putting her hands on her head and going to sit on her bed.
She was tired, she was frustrated and now she was scared. Somebody in this shelter was monitoring her, someone wanted to hurt her that was for sure and she was tired of holing the thought deep within herself.
When the little girl had given her that envelope the other day, she had not given it much thought, she had merely thought it was a case of mistaken identity, but now it was obvious that she was the one being targeted.
"What is it, what have you been hiding from me?" Ariel asked as she came to sit with her on the bed.
"Someone is threatening me here at the shelter." She answered and Ariel looked at her as if she was joking.
"What are you saying? Are you listening to yourself, who would want to threaten you, did you offend anyone?"
"You should know me by now, you know the real me, who would I probably offend." She said as she looked at her friend, "What even gave you such thought? Is it because of this tinted papers or is there any other thing again?" Ariel asked and she just nodded getting emotional all of a sudden.
Her eyes were beginning to get teary, wiping at them, she looked downwards, "What's the matter Sara, talk to me, confide in me, tell me this thing that has been bothering you, is this person really threatening you, I'm beginning to get scared too." Ariel said, taking her hands and rubbing them soothingly.
Wiping her eyes furiously she began to speak, "Well some few days ago, a little girl approached me and gave me an envelope, according to her she had been directed by someone who had pointed me to her."
"Ok, then what was in the envelope?" Ariel asked.
“A written threat telling me to watch my back, at first I was scared but later I waved it off as mistaken identity, cause I have not offended anyone in this shelter before, but it's now obvious that this person definitely means me, I mean look, he/she just littered my bed with this, this person is someone close to me, he/she knows me, oh God, Ariel I'm so scared, I don't know what to think or do anymore."
"Come on, don't let this bring you down okay, we'll surely get to know who's behind all these silly threats, it might even be a prank you know." Ariel said and Sara just rubbed at her chest calmly.
"I'm not sure, why would this person deliberately paint the papers with red, which indicates blood, I'm just scared, I don't even know if I should tell Christian or I should keep this to myself for a little longer." She said looking at her friend waiting for her opinion.
"Well, if we get another threat then you are definitely telling him, you know how possessive he can be, I'm sure if you tell him he'll tell you to come stay with him, he'll surely come to this shelter, pack your belongings and off the both of you go." Ariel replied her laughing quietly.
"Oh Madame, only you can make fun out of a dangerous situation, just stop laughing already." Sara said looking at her friend and raising her eyebrows.
"Well, what do I know." Ariel said, taking Sara's hands in hers she dragged her up and motioned her to get dressed.
"Put on some sexy ass clothes, let's go and meet your handsome as fuck boo." She said making Sara blush and smile, although the threat thoughts lingered in her mind, she decided to take it off for a little while.
DINAH
Dinah watched as Christian flexed his muscles under the hot weather as he worked in the construction site, the hot sun tanning his skin and making him look so sexy she was already becoming wet.
With the help of one of her numerous boyfriends she had gotten all the necessary information on Christian, where he lived, where he worked (she had been surprised that he worked in two different places) he really was hard-working that was for sure and this made her love him more, his personal life, she knew his Dad was dead and he had just two siblings.
Now watching from afar, his tanned skin calling her invitingly, his long legs with the trouser rolled up showed patches of his hairy skin mad she melted internally, she longed to stretch her hands all over him, oh how she wished she could get him in a private place, just the both of them, she was definitely going to make sure he had the time of his life.
She would pleasure him immeasurably, in a way she knew that virgin Sara could not, thinking of her now just soiled her mood, shaking of all thoughts of her out of her mind, Dinah brought out her phone and began snapping him.

DANIEL
She had arrived, opening the door of the store, Daniel saw his girl coming in with her friend.
Ever since the both of them had stepped into the store that fateful day, he had fell in love with Ariel as soon as he had set his eyes on her.
Her sparkly attitude, her carefree lifestyle, or was it her looks, her long brunette hair, which he wanted to fist round his arms, or was it her large and inviting hips, one he wished to sink in, God! She was damn pretty.
"My girl." He called out as she came to the counter.
"And who is your girl?" She asked raising her eyebrows at him, she was proving hard to get this one.
He had asked her out a lot of times, even gotten a bracelet for her, surprising her in little ways at the store, but she had shunned him off, with talks of her not wanting to be in a relationship at the moment.
"You are my girl." He replied flirtily, turning to Sara who was looking at the both of them suspiciously he greeted, "Sorry I didn't even greet our wife all because of you Ariel."
"Oh, don't even call my name here." She answered collecting the inventory book he was holding and glancing at it.
"Who's our wife? I don't understand." Sara asked smiling widely, a half cast, she was a stunning caramel skinned beauty, he could definitely see why his best friend was enamored and taken with her, she radiated peace, calm and he knew the happiness she brought in Christian's life.
He envied their relationship a little bit, truth be told and he wanted something of the sort with Ariel, but she was being stubborn.
"You of course, don't act as if you don't know what I'm talking about, Christian's own, soon to be Mrs Smith." He answered her laughing and she joined him too.
"Well, what of Christian." She asked and suddenly he remembered that Christian was working at the Construction site today,
Looking at her face, he could see she had no idea that he worked elsewhere, why hadn't Christian told her, or maybe he forgot.
Clearing his throat, he answered her question, "He's working at the site today, so he's not coming to the store till tommorow."
"What site? I don't understand you." She asked him sounding confused, and her facial expression said it all, she really had no idea.
"He manages the store and he also works in a construction company on his off days, you know so he can make some more cash."
"Oh, okay, and I don't even know, what kind of girlfriend am I, oh he must be really stressing himself, God!" She exclaimed putting her hands on her forehead.
"Well, just tell me the address of this company, is it far?" She asked him and he nodded in the negative while writing the address of the company on a note and handing it over to her.
"Thanks so much, I'm definitely going to pay him a surprise visit, oh he's going to be shocked." She said smiling to herself.
"Today? Are you going over there now." Ariel asked her.
"No, if I go see him now, I'm going to be late for work." She answered.
"Well I think I'll be off now, tell him I stopped by." She said as she went out.
"Yeah I definitely well." He answered her, waving her goodbye.
Finally he was alone with Ariel, "So Ariel....." Turning to her side he could see the counter was empty, where had she run too now, this girl.
