Naira’s P.O.V.
Hearing Mom saying about some guy for me, I got totally shocked as I was not prepared at all for this.
But when she uttered “Parth” as for that guy on top of that, I couldn’t help uttering, “What?"
I was about to say something but got cut off as Mom spoke up again, “Don’t take decision in a rush dear. He is a good guy and from good family. Give it a thought at least.”
I nodded silently and continued packing while thinking in mind, “How could he think of doing this? He must have gone crazy.”
When Mom got out of my room, I called Parth that instant but got no response. Then texting him to meet me before going to resort, I called it a day and being all frustrated made my way to the bed.
Taking breakfast in the morning, I went to office for a short while. Completing my work there, I forwarded towards the road side cafe to meet Parth.
When I entered into the cafe, Parth was already there. I reached him taking long strides and putting my bag on the table with a thud, I got yelling at him, “What do you think you are doing? Have you gone crazy or what?”
Parth looked all calm which triggered my anger even more. “I am asking you something. Why aren’t you answering me?"
He uttered remaining still all calm, “Sit and take a breath, sweetheart.”
I glared at him but took a seat in front of him. He got uttering then, “I didn’t do it, okay? And you should have understood by yourself that it wasn’t my doing. I don’t even think of you that way and you know that. Dad spoke all this to your family without bothering to tell me before.
Last night when I got to know, I also got mad. When you called, I knew what you were about to say but I wanted to clarify myself to you in person. That's why I didn’t receive your calls.”
Hearing him, I got totally silent. I knew he wouldn’t do that. After remaining few minutes of silence, he spoke up, “Naira, you know if you are destined to someone, you will end up with him no matter what. And if you think he is the one for you, then you should also put some effort. Give him a chance.”
I was about to say something but got stopped midway as I heard Parth uttering again, “What is he doing here?”
Being confused, I followed his gaze only to get stopped at Ehan who was at the entrance. I immediately looked away and thought in mind, “Did he follow me here? No way.”
Parth was already looking at me with an expression like "What's going on?"
I just shrugged off and kept looking at other direction. When Ehan walked passed our table without bothering to look anywhere, I let out a sigh and uttered, “Let’s go from here.”
Parth tried to say something but I just stood up and was about to leave but couldn’t as Ehan’s bitter voice got into my hearing, “Take this money and go back from where you came from. Don’t appear in front of us ever.”
Parth gave me a shocked look as he stood by my side but without bothering that I looked behind to see who Ehan was talking to this way only to get shocked.
That woman.
His Mom.
She got uttering, “Ehan, listen to me.” but without bothering her, Ehan turned back and our eyes met. He looked at me and Parth for once and then left the cafe hurriedly.
He was looking all sad. The memory of that day when we encountered his mom jogged into my mind letting me again feel the pain of his childhood.
Getting me out of my stance, Parth got asking me, “What did just happen here?” but I spoke up otherwise, “Let’s go from here.”
I remembered the very next day of that encounter back then how Ehan looked. His fallen face, wounded hand..
This thought made me restless and I left the cafe hurriedly but didn’t get to see Ehan around.
I called Ehan for few times but his phone was switched off. I couldn’t call Akash to be with him saying all this as I wasn’t sure whether he knew about his mother.
I was getting some bad vibes which made me fall in deep thought where he would go in this situation.
Ehan’s P.O.V.
On my way to office in the morning, I called Akash to know about to the resort. But he spoke up, “Come to our place. Then we can go together. Bring Mack and Rivan also.”
“Okay.” uttering this, I was about to cut off the line but got remembering something and spoke up, “Akash, I was thinking..”
I got cut off midway as I heard his mother uttering all excitedly, “Akash, you know I have talked to Naira about Parth and she said she will think about it.”
Akash got asking her the same question which I thought in mind, “About what?”
Hearing Aunt, I got all shocked as she uttered with the excitement, “About marrying him. I think he is the one for her.”
I couldn’t hear anymore and cut off the line.
Did Naira really said that she would consider this alliance with Parth?
Like really!
I thought of meeting Naira that instance and forwarded towards her place. After few minutes, Akash called me. Receiving that, I got asking directly, “Where is Naira now? At home?”
“In the office. But Ehan listen to me first..” I didn’t let him complete and spoke up, “I will just talk to her. Don’t worry" and then cut off the call.
Trying to remain calm, I forwarded towards Mehra industries. Arriving there, I got shocked See that woman in front of me.
I was already disturbed like hell and on top that seeing her made me go crazy, I got yelling without bothering her pale face, “What the hell are you doing here?”
Like seriously she got uttering, “Ehan, I was going to your office. I wanted to meet Kevin. I need some money.” it triggered my anger even more. How could a person be this much shameless!
My mind went all blank for a while.. She kept uttering some more things but nothing went through my mind. Getting myself together, I got uttering, "Don’t even think of meeting Dad.”
She tried to utter something but cutting her off, I spoke up, “wait here for me..” and got to withdraw money from my card. When I got back, she wasn’t there anymore. I looked around only to find her entering a cafe.
I thought of leaving her like that but the thought of her appearing before Dad got disturbing me. I didn’t want to let that happen. The vulnerable condition of Dad never left my mind and this made me entering the cafe.
Without bothering to look anywhere, I got near the table where she was seated and put the money in front of her. Completing my say, I was about to leave but got shocked seeing Naira. She was at the cafe and with that guy Parth.
“So she really is considering to marry Parth” I thought in mind but couldn’t get to utter anything rather I rushed out of the cafe.
All of the happenings were making me just go crazy. I got into my car and then drove away without any particular destination in my mind..
