"Why did you do that?" I ask when I find my voice at last.
"So that next time we fight, you'd have a comeback for me; that this time, I was the one who kissed you instead." He chuckles so lowly, and I savour the moment. He's incredibly handsome, like those gay men models with their amazing looks, and well-fitted body...and beautiful eye colour...and light-skinned body tone.
I smile. "So, we are still going to fight?"
"Very much. Be prepared." He gazes down at me, only few inches taller than me though. "I need to leave since I've accomplished my mission."
Oh, so soon. God, I have forgotten that he's going to leave. No!
While crying inwardly, I maintain my comportment on the outside. "Yeah, at least my complaint is being fulfilled."
"See you tomorrow at school, Rayne." He says with a ghosty smile, etching his features.
"Hey, better don't use that word. It doesn't lead to any good last time I remembered."
"True. Then, I guess that means there's a more than fifty percent chance that we are going to fight again tomorrow." Nicklaus says to my undivided attention.
Seriously, he freaky like crazy. He can read your emotions now? That's freakishly freaky.
"Wait, you can read emotions now?" I ask as Nicklaus takes a step away from me.
"Perhaps."
What he said earlier wasn't any lie, but practically true. I saw the air shift, and turn the lock of the window that it unlock, then like a blow of air, the glass opens to reveal the woods. Nicklaus approaches my bed, no doubt will soon jump out again. Is this all from his mystic doings, or he did some training, oh, maybe martial arts. You know those trainings make people do like there are inhuman when they are not. How come, that thought just came to you? Probably that's what is wrong with his... baffling acts.
"You're going back into that woods, right?" I ask, deciding not to press more into asking questions he'd probably not answer. And even if I was lucky to receive any answer, I would he left with more questions rather.
"Yes."
With that simply stated word, he's jumped out of the room oh-so-skilfully-and-professionally. I hurry to climb the bed as the window shutters down and peer at him from the inside. He waves at me, then turn towards the wood and run humanly off into the bushes where his figure disappear into.
"Night." I say in regards to his wave, and lie on the bed, deciding to read later since the thinking of the kiss we just shared again pierce gracefully into my mind, leaving me with no area to study books. My fingers trace the sensation of his lips on mine, and unconsciously I close my eyes, exploding into tiny, tons of thoughts. He's damn handsome. He's damn hot. He's damn sexy. He's damn demanding. He's a damn good kisser — that thought hurts me a bit, but then I can't control his life on who he kisses or not. At least not before I met him. One thing I know is that he's a Mr. damn-handsome Nicklaus Originals.
